This penthouse, oceanfront, southeast corner unit is second to none. The unit faces both the Northeast and Southeast giving you a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean from virtually every room in the condo.

Feel at home immediately in the open concept renovated kitchen, dining room & living room.

The first master bedroom has a top quality king sized bed, flat screen TV, views of the ocean from bed, and renovated ensuite.

The second master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, TV, huge balcony off of one side and a Florida room with a 6 person hot tub off of the other side (one of only two units in the building with the additional Florida room)

The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. All of the bedrooms have new furniture and top quality linens. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping for two people (not a sofa sleeper).

THE AREA

This quiet slice of heaven is so unique in that it feels nice and secluded, yet is close to so much. The building is situated so close to the ocean that you feel like you are on a cruise ship!!

There is a grocery store right across the street and many attractions nearby. The complex is located 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 15 minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minutes to Indialantic, and an hour away from the Orlando Airport and Disneyworld.

This is a great place to stay. Had my family of 6 stay for the week and it was amazing!! Water was warm, lots of seashells. The penthouse was clean and the hot tub and pool were relaxing to use at the end of our beach days. Highly recommend!

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us (all women). Spent most of our time lounging around on the beach and enjoying that patio view of the Ocean. Pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tub was very enjoyable in the evenings. Thank you for a great stay! Jacqui Johnson

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at the Paradise Beach Club in this beautiful corner unit condo. Easily accommodated our five person family (four adults and one 10 month old). Sunrise views are spectacular. Condo was clean and appointed for whatever you needed.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect! Just steps away from the beach, Publix and Planet Fitness across the street, and an amazing view from almost every room. We lucked out with gorgeous weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, so you’re able to cook every meal if you like. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone to use and the washer and dryer is so incredibly handy, especially being on the beach. We were thankful for the boogie boards and umbrella and made use of the jacuzzi every evening. The only feedback we have is that the condo could really use a good deep clean. At first glance everything appears clean, but you notice things as you use the condo. The biggest thing being it just smells musty. A good deep clean should help significantly. This rental is definitely on our list for return visits!

Paradise Beach Club met every expectation we had! We wanted to be just steps from the beach and we were!! The view from our balcony was amazing! It was only a 45 minute drive from Universal Studios where we spent a couple of days. The rest of our days were spent on the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to be comfortable. Having the Publix grocery store right across the street was super handy. We will most definitely be returning to Paradise Beach Club in the near future!

the view was nice, I made a complete video of inside the room on rumble and youtube check it out!!!! my channel red handed reviews........ Please check it out to see everything you may or may not want. We loved the size of the unit, and the views and the stocked kitchen... We didnt like the mold, poor workmanship on bathroom with peeling latex sealant on shower floor, kitchen counters were cracked in several spots, ripped door screens, crumbling upper deck hidden by a outdoor rug, vents were clogged with what looked like dryer lint ..filters for central air and the ac in the room. The room AC smelled like burning oil and wires everyday. The spraying of bushes and plants in the evening smells worse than sulfur water, more like sewage, Black Mold real bad in the bathroom in shower and ceiling vents, jacuzzi was NOT CLEANED. we stayed there and no one was ever in to clean it it smelled like moldy mildew and Body odor...yeah I had cameras on hand to make sure no one was going to snoop around if they came in to clean it...never was done so.....metal roof flakes blowing off the roof and landing in the jacuzzi and all over the jacuzzi room floor ...........................Watch my video on youtube and rumble on my channel ..... red handed reviews.. you will be suprised to find out that the master bedroom........I have done many reviews on hotels and they almost never expect someone to record the property and the rooms. All in all we will never stay here again...we will go else were....the view doesnt take away all the minuses and the murder of the sheriff right down the street, and the big drug bust down the street at the 7 eleven of I think it was 10 people. My friend and I was there that night buying beer and seen and heard all the arguments and people flipping out...he just wanted to leave the store...

Loved the view and location....can't be beat. It was perfect for 2 couples. Very quiet and the views. Enjoyed the hot tub and short walk to beach (at your footsteps). Parts of condo were a little dated and having one bathroom separate from one bedroom was a little inconvenience but we knew that. Kitchen and big table was nice, as were the balconies....bedrooms nice as well. Everything was as stated in the listing and we would rent this out again. Enjoyed the rocket launch and viewing the 3 cruise ships docked nearby. As others have stated, it is like being on a cruise ship for the constant ocean views everything in the place.

WE WILL BE BACK! The place was beautiful and very clean. You will enjoy the ocean views and the sound of crashing waves; You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The pool was like bath water. The customer service was through the roof amazing. I emailed questions the day of check-in and I received a phone call within minutes to help. Once we were in the condo, I emailed about a missing TV Remote and there was a service man at my door almost instantaneously. It was like I wiggled my nose and they were here to help. BOOK THIS PLACE! LOVED IT!

The condo has all the elements for the makings of a wonderful stay. We used the hot tub every day. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars... does it get any sweeter? Gorgeous views of the ocean from almost every room is an added plus. Plenty of towels and a Washer and dryer in the condo to wash them is quite handy. It could stand a good cleaning, and the refrigerator needed a good wiping out due to having stored seafood by those that were there before us. It is a definite keeper!!

If you want to stay in a place right on the beach this is your spot! Unbeatable views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The view compares to being on a cruise ship and looking out at the water when you wake up. Hot tub was nice as well. Owners are very responsive if you have any questions. We will definitely be back!

This is a perfect beach location. Great views from all areas of the unit. The unit was equipped with ONLY essentials; we had to purchase plastic wrap, napkins, extra soap, dish soap, basic cleaning spray, paper towels, toilet paper etc...The photos make this unit look much nicer than in person ie: Popcorn ceiling, marks on walls, worn sofas. I think the most surprising thing to us was that the large bedroom with hot tub on the balcony had a separate (loud) window ac unit, no closet or bathroom en suite. It smelled musty. The hot tub cover was covered in mold and the entire area had an odor. For the price they charge And from the photos, was expecting more. The beach was great!!!

Couldn’t ask for more at this condo. Quick response to any needs! The location and condo itself are pretty tough to beat. Two balconies overlooking the water was awesome. Condo itself was very spacious. The hot tub was also a great benefit to this rental. We would love to stay again as our trip was cut a little short due to a family emergency. This place was fantastic for the views of the ocean and the number of people it sleeps. It was comfortable, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and clean. If you are picky about stuff like ruff toilet paper, how to turn on ceiling fan/lights, or how to operate remotes to get off of Disney channel, then pass. We would go here again.
