Oceanaire is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Oceanaire the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

This was our 3rd year staying at Cinnamon Shore and as expected, it did not disappoint. The home was beautiful and clean- large enough for the whole extended family to gather together, while still having individual spaces as well.

Our second year at Cinnamon Shore, with two new families joining us. House was just beautiful, and perfect for three families. Beds were comfortable, blackout shades were great; all furnishings were beautiful and comfy. We loved the location next to the great lawn where our kids spent lots of time playing, and it was central to pools, the social circle and a short walk to the beach. The activities while we were there were a nice bonus (trip happened to fall over Easter, so there were extra activities in addition to concerts, outdoor movies). We also had an adult dinner out at Lisabellas which was fantastic. Our only qualm would be that the internet at the house was spotty (though workable enough that we didn't reach out about it). Our kids asked if we could come back before we even left.

We love this home and love Cinnamon Shore. However, the WiFi at this home is very weak (the signal appears strong but it doesn't actually work with multiple devices on it) so if you are hoping to work remotely while here or use WiFi for other reasons, it will not work.

Overall, we had a wonderful time! Our 4 family units all had plenty of room. Gathering space was great! I would say that one of the chairs on the 3rd floor deck was in poor condition. It needs to be fixed or replaced before other renters stay. Otherwise, great vacation!

This was our 5th trip to Cinnamon Shore, and the 3rd time to stay at The Oceanaire. It's our FAVORITE house, and it fits our extended family of 14 perfectly. It's situated on the Great Lawn, across from the Dune Pool, and a block from the Social Circle. We enjoyed Waves Coffee Bar, Dylan's Pizza and Lisabellas! The property is well-maintained and the managers provided excellent service. We highly recommend this home in Cinnamon Shore!

Oceanaire was a great house for our annual family trip. We had 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is large enough to move around with plenty of storage for everything we brought for snacks/meals. I was a bit surprised there were no seasonings provided. The last 2 houses we stayed in had all of the seasonings at the house. So I was not prepared this year when I did not bring any. I do wish it was the same across the board for all of the houses. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very nice. The location is perfect for going to the beach or the large pool. When we arrived there was no handle for one of the showers. I called the office and they had maintenance come look at it. They had to come back with a part, but they did get it fixed. Overall, I would say we would rent this house again next year due to the location and having a great kitchen layout.

Can't call it a reunion because this is the first time we have been able to gather up most of our kids and grand kids for extended family time together. The Oceanaire at CS was the perfect setting for this experience. There were 14 of us. 8 adults and 6 kids from ages 2 1/2 to 15. The size of the house gave us plenty of room and the proximity to the beach, pools and activities was perfect! Smores night on the great lawn right outside our door was a big hit! Evenings on the top deck were lovely.
Only problem was little ones who normally sleep in cribs. They were too big for pack and plays and rooms don't allow much space for a full crib. We brought a rail to attach to one of the lower bunks for one of the families and the other family brought a blow up boat type mattress that fit in their room for their 3 year old.
It was a great time with lots of wonderful memories! Hope we can do it again!
Only problem was little ones who normally sleep in cribs. They were too big for pack and plays and rooms don't allow much space for a full crib. We were very very pleased with the property. There were 3 families, we were all so comfortable, had a great time and will definitely book again if we can.
The home included all the comforts imaginable (the ice machine was a huge bonus!). Our ONLY tiny inconvenience was the lack of spices for cooking, not even salt or pepper, all other condos/homes have had the bare minimum. We visited during spring break at the start of the Covid 19 concerns, so the grocery stores were tapped out of a lot of things, spices included. BUT that wouldn't deter us from returning, we'll just pack spices next time.

This was the 6th year we have stayed st Cinnamon Shores with our extended family. We have loved taking our family here ... but this year things were not run as well and we were disturbed by the happenings st Kira’s Pool and cafe...food was good ...but dirty, people were allowed to drink and eat in the pool, so because of food around the sea gulls were was not an atmosphere to enjoy with children. Our chairs and umbrellas were not set up on the beach until late morning ...everything was just a bit “off” and not the caliber of resort stay as in the past.... we excuse some of this to the recent hurricane,but we hope the ownership will get the facility back to its past level of service, cleanliness and professionalism and high end resort that it was in the past.

My family (12 total) recently stayed in this beautiful home and it was extremely comfortable for all 12 of us. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect..walk across the street to the pool, walk just down the street to the beach and the great lawn is literally your front yard. Perfect for kids! The layout of the house is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed most of our meals outside on the decks and many of us enjoyed the 3rd floor deck very much. We will definitely book this rental again!

Such a beautiful house and decorated perfectly. Our whole family has been coming to Cinnamon Shore for 5 years and while all the beach houses have been beautiful, this one topped the cake. It is walking distance to pools, ponds and the boardwalk. The kids really enjoyed the big lawn for games of kickball and s'mores. We had one negative issue. One evening the fire alarm went off, It took quite a while to find the source of the problem, which was a leak in the ice machine. Other than those few stressful hours, we all enjoyed our stay.

We reserved this property because it was on the great lawn and we were told we could utilize the outdoor fire pit as our family (3 families) wanted to have a Saturday night campfire. When we requested that firewood be delivered Saturday night to fire pit we were told that there was a 150+ person wedding on the great lawn on Saturday night and we could not use the fire pit. Not to mention the band was right outside our window so we had to listen to it all evening and could hardly hear ourselves talking on our patio. Very disappointed that they did not mention this to us when we spoke to the management company on the phone when making reservations. We tried to make the best of it and have a fire on the beach but the wood got stolen and by the time more wood was delivered everyone was tired of standing since there were not chairs and we just went home. The house itself was perfect for our families just be sure to ASK if they will be having any weddings that weekend. I'm sure they knew since I only made the reservations 6 weeks out.
