We stayed for a few nights and it was wonderful. The house was clean, the wifi worked well, and the host was responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

We had everything we needed for a beach town getaway. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has beach towels for guest use as well as beach chairs, a small cooler and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The details were very well thought out.

Sweet, romantic, cottage. Very comfortable place for seekers of a hike, beach, and snorkle vacation. The locals we encountered were so kind and the host is incredible - gave us lots of information we needed to know! We loved the outdoor patio too.

We loved the property. It was the perfect place for 2 people. The outdoor seating was so peaceful especially during the rain. We liked the outdoor shower after our daily beach excursions so no sand was brought in the cottage! Air conditioning was nice when we had been in the heat. We would love to stay here again!

We loved this quaint house! It was in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and activities and yet away from the bustle. Everything was clean and there were the essentials without clutter. We loved the outdoor shower - fun and different after a day at the sandy beach. It was small, but plenty of space for the 2 of us. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved this place! Very clean and efficient with a comfy bed. Within walking distance of the malecon even though we had a Jeep rental.
View of the Caribbean from the front porch. Nice covered outdoor sitting area (except the the security camera on the house behind facing directly in to that area).
Nicely equipped kitchen but we did buy and leave there a small drip coffee maker. There was one pictured in the listing but it actually was a single serve espresso maker which was not what we were wanting but not a deal breaker.
We would definitely stay there again without hesitation!

Cozy, cute cottage close to everything but you still have privacy thanks to the patio surrounded by beautiful Island foliage. The outdoor shower was great for beach cleanup. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The only thing I would change was the single cup coffee maker but only because sitting on the patio drinking coffee was my favorite thing

In all regards our 5-night stay in this cottage was delightful. The property manager was very communicative in assuring a smooth check in and satisfaction with the rental. Great location, quiet and clean. Loved the outdoor shower! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to local restaurants. Would strongly suggest car rental when staying on the island.

Perfect location if you’re looking to stay in Esperanza. There are many dining options in walkable distance. The unit was stocked for everything you could need for two. We hope to return in the future. Thank you again to Alicia for all of your help!

Like the outside and shower was convenient. Had a little cooler and beach chairs for use. View of ocean from front porch is good. Interior was nice and updated with air conditioning! Had a small but full kitchen and appliances. A little up hill walk back from the ocean but not bad.

Wonderful, enjoyable stay in Paradise. Very homey, comfortable place to stay.

Very cute place. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware- I cooked most meals while there. It was nice to have beach towels and beach chairs provided. My husband commented several times on how comfortable the bed was. We walked to the Lydia store (very nice little store. Better than the verde store) for groceries. And we walked to dinner one night. We also walked to the beach. All very manageable walks. We enjoyed our peaceful stay at Coralina Cottage.

This cottage was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable and walking convenience to shops and the nearby beach. We could not have found a better place to stay on Vieques. Sleeping was cool and comfortable and the outdoor sitting areas were wonderful.

This place was perfect. Clean and cure inside. A few blocks off the main road so it was nice and quiet at night but still close to the restaurants. Beautiful sunny mornings with coffee on the patio. Gated drive to keep a scooter or golfcart off the road.

This place worked very well for us, close to "downtown" Esperanza and the beaches, easy street parking, very clean, comfortable bed, basic amenities provided.

We loved staying here! The casita is very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay, including a nice kitchen. The outdoor garden/patio area is a lovely place to have your morning coffee or a cerveza. Esperanza is a charming town and it’s awesome to be able to walk to the beach. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful.

This is a wonderful cottage! As described, extremely clean and well organized, with small extra touches. Our time was short so we didn't get to take advantage of all it offered - didn't use the kitchen much because we ate out (all walking distance), or the outdoor sitting area, which is shady and private. The outdoor shower is a nice bonus! Only negative is the bed was too hard so sleep was not great.

Checking was very easy, the property manager was very responsive, and she was always so friendly and kind. If it's your first time to the island know that this neighborhood is on the south side of the island where the majority of the beaches are however a lot of restaurants are more so on the north side of the island. I would also suggest you not come during hurricane season which is from June to November but the property was beautiful, it was clean, it was cozy, and very inviting and welcoming

Awesome!
The pictures and description of the property were accurate. It was very clean and had all the amenities for 2 people for a week in Vieques. Alicia was responsive to all messages. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Casita
We really lucked out with booking this casita in Esperanza! It was a perfect little cottage in a very quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the bars and restaurants and even got to watch a bit of a local baseball game right down the street. We also enjoyed visits from the owners outside cat Miki. Thank you Alicia!

Super sweet property on a quiet street. The owner thought of every little detail to make the cottage warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We loved sitting in the side yard. It was a beautiful and peaceful spot. Would definitely return!

Clean, comfortable cottage a short walk to the waterfront restaurants, shops and bars. Nice outdoor patio space as well. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

We didn't actually stay here, but we liked the manager...
We didn't actually stay at the property due to a calendar mix up. However, Alicia found us another beautiful place to stay on the island, so we didn't have to modify our flights. She kept in contact with us prior to our arrival and the new accommodations were very nice. We still hope to stay at her cottage on our next trip to Vieques.

Perfect getaway!!!
Super nice, cozy, clean cottage. Perfect size for a couple located on a residential area, quiet street but just 5 min walk to the nightlife action. Very safe to walk around at any time.

quaint stay with Locals
Great place to stay when you want to explore the island and live like the locals. Bedroom is simple with great AC. Host is super hospitable and welcoming. Duplex style with 95% privacy (small window in living room that connects homes above the door-- nobody can see in or out). parking on sight and SUPER close the best beach around. Feel like staying with family (the good kind)

Perfect for enjoying Esperanza and the Biobay!
Clean, easy, and bright, this adorable Casita has been a favorite of ours to return to year after year. Kitchen with eat-in dining table allows us to choose what meals to eat in and what meals to eat out. Bathroom has luxurious shower, bed is comfy and perfectly sized queen bed. The a/c unit makes sleeping on slightly too warm evenings just right, and overhead fans with lots of screened windows makes warm winter days dreamy and light-filled delight. We met with friends from the island on the outside covered gazebo, rinsed our sandy feet in the outdoor shower, and enjoyed the ocean views from the front porch. It's perfect. Our hosts, Mireya and Annette are always warm, friendly, and responsive when we needed something, and respectful and absent when we wanted our alone time together. This is a guest house, which means we take care of our own daily cleaning which we prefer, but we got fresh towels twice a week I think? And for a small extra fee, they were able to help us get our laundry done while we were there. Esperanza was amazing. We didn't know what to expect after Hurricane Maria caused so much damage, but it turned out that we had no trouble at all. Electricity on the island was fine, internet might have been actually better than before, and Verizon cell service spotty as ever, but suitable for texting at least. Almost all of the restaurants were open in town, and the biobay is the brightest I've ever seen it. We went out several nights during our stay, but couldn't the last bit due to full moon closure. If you've never been, put it on your bucket list and go! If you've been before, it's ok to go back. Things are on track there.

Perfect for 2!
Loved staying here for our Vieques honeymoon. Perfect place for two. Loved the garden and outdoor shower (there is an indoor restroom/shower as well). Only thing that could improve the place are sharper knives. I cook a lot and the knives provided weren't cutting it (no pun intended)! Otherwise the place was more than perfect for our needs and the ladies running it were very nice.

Perfect!
My husband and I stayed three nights, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The Co-owners were both very friendly and helpful. The casita is the embodiment of charming from the banana tree and hammock in the garden to the cozy bed. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, relax, and lounge on the beach. We will most definitely stay again.

The Happiest Place on Earth - Carolina Cottage
We stayed in the "cottage" (villacoralguesthouse also rents rooms and an apartment), which is a little closer to the the Malecon (food, drinks, new friends), because we were staying a little longer (10 days) and wanted the more room and a kitchenette. We had to pay a little bit more but it was worth it. The place was clean and comfortable. We grilled chicken and pork chops on the outdoor gas-grill. There is a outdoor shower for cleaning up after the beach and place to store beach equipment provided (chairs, towels, & cooler). It is one block from Lydia's (small market) and the bakery (closed Sundays and Mondays). Night sky is nice too.
