Not bad

Very friendly staff. They arranged a motorbike within 10 minutes from a external company for us. They also arranged transport to the seaport, the driver was on time which was nice. The bed is good, the room is big and the airco is cold. Bathroom also big. The pool area looks great with the palm trees.

- Lots of ants and little turds under the sink (not sure from which animal) - bathroom has a lot of damages and sloppy parts - not enough umbrellas near the pool as you see on the pictures - they removed the beds from the water at the pool, this is also not like the pictures - overall a nice place but they should work on the details

Everything is very good. Wi-Fi needs improvement.

We loved our kitchen and patio. The room is really big and we were happy to be able to fix a breakfast for ourselves using a gas stove.

Wi-fi really sucks. If you need a stable internet for tiur stay this place is not for you.

Lovely tranquil place with great staff

Peaceful, clean , nice rooms . Big supermarket just opposite. Good pool . Staff were always so helpful.

I like the accommodation, good size room perfect for a long stay. I actually extended my stay another week as I was happy with it.

Unfortunately, I got a severe allergic reaction to dustmite from the sofa bed and spent the last few days in the accommadation extremely ill. Luckily, it happened towards the end of my trip so I managed to see a doctor in my home country right after who confirmed it was dustmite allergy. I was not planning to leave a feedback but Booking.com kept reminding me and I thought the owner should know what happened so they can improve.

Exceptional

It was our favorite accommodation during our travel in the Philippines. Our apartment was cosy, with everything we needed, including a kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed to relax in the swimming pool in the evenings. The girls in the reception were very helpful and friendly, they helped us to rent a motorcycle as well as a transfer to the port. The wifi worked well. We definitely recommend.

Superb

The rooms are big , kitchen is provided with complete utensils to cook, free mineral water to drink. Beds are comfortable, big washroom with warm & cold water. Garden outside is well maintained. 2x huge terrace facing the pool😊 Better than I've expected.

Location takes about 30 minutes to walk to Alona Beach, but if you rent a scooter or car (in our case as a group of 6 person) would not be a problem. Tricycles can also be hired at the main road.

just bad timing.. since the road was being repaired. Vehicles were parked at the beginning of the main road.. so tricycle cannot pass. We have to walk. Wifi is not so stable.

The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and the pool is very nice

The location is quite far from everything. You really need to hire a motorbike. There aren't any beaches within walking distance.There isn't a restaurant in the complex and the nearest restaurant is 30 minutes walk away but most are further than that. There are cooking facilities.

A good apartment in panglao

Big clean rooms with kitchen aircon fan and veranda.

We arrived at 12 and the official check-in was at 14. Rooms were empty. Hotel required 200 peso per hour ( in our case 400 peso for early check-in!!!). If someone sleeps in living room has to pass next to main bed in the main bedroom in order to use the toilet ( we were only a couple) Nothing around for eating or drinking. We had a scooter.

Clean and big appartement with a nice balkony, quiet location, clean pool. I definitely recommend to stay there. Especially with bad weather..... Kitchen is also amazing

Very clean and comfortable

The very muddy road and very dangerous because its only one lane. We are struggling to get in and out. Also the parking area is so small. Please improve it.

I killed 2 cockroaches. Fairly big but then they could have slipped in from the bathroom since the windows do not screens.

in general the rooms are spacious as well as the balconies.

it was dirty, there were quite a lot of cockroaches and the staff is only superficially friendly. as soon as you have a standard request they don’t care. you only get one roll of toilet paper per day, the wifi is really bad and in the rooms completely unavailable although they state they have solid wifi.

We loved the size of the rooms, proximity to the airport, the beds, the pool and the bathroom. The staff were very courteous all throughout our stay. They booked our rides and they cleaned daily. With cooking equipment and kitchen utensils. Very clean. Not crowded. We even had the pool to ourselves during our stay.

Probably my fault as I did not pay much attention to the nearby establishments while booking. It is located in a subdivision (somewhat). To get to the store, it's a 10 minute walk. But it does not affect how I feel about Portofino. Also, if you are on a budget, be conscious of the 2 restaurants they recommend because it's quite pricey. Portofino only serves breakfast. Though delivery is possible from other restaurants.
