About this villa rental
This amazing beachfront air conditioned two story holiday villa is located at Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort, Moreton Island. Villa 15 is an end villa.
Fully self-contained this villa sleeps 6, with two bedrooms (Queens size beds) and a sleepout (3rd bedroom 2 Single beds) upstairs. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.The kitchen has a dishwasher. Also there is an ice making and filtered water fridge, and a bar fridge. There is a weber for you to have those great barbecues. The air con is a reverse cycle so you can have it on cool in the summer and warm in the winter throughout the whole villa.
A deck on each level will provide you with many hours of relaxation and the perfect spot to watch Queensland’s amazing sunsets over the mainland and when in season the Whales go by.
For your enjoyment there is a 75 inch TV and a PS4 with games and DVD's for you to choose from. Also a Bose sound bar for you to play your favourite songs from your phone or i pad.
You are welcome to have complimentary use of 3 stand Up paddle boards (SUP) , two single kayaks and a double kayak. The double kayak has 2 glass viewing cylinders in it which allows you to see the amazing marine life beneath you.

How to get there:
The all sand island is serviced by the Tangalooma ferries, departing Holt St. Pinkenba and for 4 wheel drive vehicles only the MiCat departing from Fisherman Island near Wynnum on the south side of the Brisbane River near the Port of Brisbane. If you come on the Micat turn right when you drive off the boat and that that will take you to the resort. Park on the car park and grab a trolley for your luggage. Villa 15 is approximately 200 meters away.

We love Villa 15 at Tangalooma. Think perfect views, incredible wildlife and all the comforts of home. We saw whales, dugong, dolphins, turtles and so much more. Jonathon makes the trip effortless and all communication is seamless. It was the perfect place for our anniversary

Tangalooma is a true paradise and this Villa made our holiday just even better. The owner has thought of everything to make it feel extra special, including the small things from luxury towels, a universal phone charger, family friendly DVD's, Kayaks, soft blankets and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend Villa 15.

We absolutely Loved our stay at Vila 15 Tangalooma, we could have been anywhere in the world admiring these spectacular beach sunsets……and we were only a 75min Ferry Ride from Brisbane.
The Villa was perfect for our needs, it was really clean and well maintained and Jonathan supplied everything plus more. Our our 8 year old loved the “Fun Cupboard” We made use of the Villas Kayaks and paddled to the wrecks for a snorkel. We plan to use the stand up paddle boards next time.
Nature put on a “Show” we saw dolphins fish, Wobbegong Sharks, Curlews, Kookaburras and our favourite was sitting on the deck each evening looking out to the beach, enjoying a wine and watching the sugar gliders move between the Palm Trees.
It is great that we have access to the Resort Facilities, we dined one evening at the a resort the Chicken Parmigiana was great, and my Mothers Day massage was a real treat!
Jonathan communicated all instructions we would need and made our travels so easy. Such an Amazing Host.

Excellent communication from the host prior to the stay, and a full range of entertainment options and a great location made it a very enjoyable stay. The breeze at night and soft sound of the waves was really pleasant. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this Villa for a family members birthday and had a wonderful time. Johnathon was a very accommodating host who gave us many tips on what to see and do while we were there. Seeing sugar gliders at dusk was a highlight!

Villa contained everything we needed.
Tidy and clean. Comfortable recliner lounge chairs and beds. Wished we stayed longer, so we were able to use the paddle boards and kayak provided.
One carpark from the beach for the resort and Villas. Slight walk to Villa and limited trolleys provided by the resort. Sometimes you just need to walk around the villas to find a trolley.
So much to see while on Moreton Island and recommend snorkelling the wrecks in the morning.
Our UK friends loved the Villa and we are based in Brisbane and highly recommend.

The villa was clean, neat and tidy and had everything we needed and some extras. We thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent views and a sunset stand-up-paddle board in the most beautiful clear, warm water. We watched dolphins swim past, so close to shore. We had the best weekend away.

We spent 5nights at this gorgeous property. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens (13 & 16) and we are a mixed bag of adventurers and creative souls. So some needed energy, activity and adventure, others time to read and write and just be still. This property and location ticked all the boxes for us. There’s super comfy couch that reclines, plenty of board games and a PS4. One of the main appeals for us was the supply of so much water sport equipment - so no rent g from the resort saving us a bucket load. Paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel masks and life vests - all included.
There are lots of little thoughts put into this property that we don’t usually see when we go away. The little chalkboard message from the wonderful owner Johnathon, the supply of some free drinks in the mini fridge (there is also a full sized fridge in the very well equipped kitchen) and then the beautiful quality linen just to name a few.
The self contained kitchen was also a must for us. I don’t mind cooking so bringing ALL our food supplies for the entire stay saved us over $1000. The kitchen has everything you need. If you choose to eat at the resort that’s fine but you will pay through the nose for it.
Lastly….Jonathon. The owner of this property is a sheer delight to deal with. He has received so many lovely reviews here and I can truly see why. He made the whole process so smooth and was always quick to reply to the many questions I had. So thank you Jonathon. We hope to be back one day again :)

We have been staying at Tangalooma twice a year for the past 8 years This property and host are by far superior. Can not find one fault. Jonathan our host was helpful and approachable. The quality of this property outshines the rest on Tangalooma

We booked Villa 15 based on the reviews posted on Wotif. To be honest, they looked too good to be true.
They were not wrong, this place is exceptional. Jonathan, the host, goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.
Everything in the Villa is clean and modern and we were very comfortable for the duration of our stay.
My favourite spot was up on the bar stools on the balcony watching the world go by.
There is the added bonus of being 50m from the beach and having water equipment to use whenever we wanted without having to hire from Tangalooma.
That's not to say that we also didn't use the amenities provided at Tangalooma, they are all available despite this behing a private rental.
I would rent this place again in a heartbeat, and have recommended it to family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Tangalooma. Jonathon's Villa is perfectly maintained, with everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed bring able to use the paddle boards and kayaks at our leisure.

Everything was just as the listing showed! Amazing location, amazing outlook, amazing included extras like toys/activities/kayaks/SUPs etc that make a holiday with kids that much easier for the parents! Jonathan was fantastic, full of knowledge and only too happy to help - hopefully we will be back one day.

Fantastic Villa in a superb location. The villa is in a perfect spot, so close to resort facilities, the beach and everything the island has to offer.
The Villa itself is spacious - with 3 teenagers we had plenty of room, and we utilised the board games and wonderful water sport provisions, with kayaks, stand up paddle board and snorkel sets all provided.
Everything you could possibly need is provided, and really very thoughtful.
Jonathon was such a great host and lovely human ;-) Great communication and very helpful.
Loved our stay and can't wait to return!

Cannot speak highly enough of Jonathan and villa 15. The place is perfect; location, size, comfortable beds! Kids loved all the games inside and kayaking. Jonathan is absolutely lovely, explained everything in detail and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our trip. Will definitely be going back.

Perfect location Villa within the resort… not too close but not too far to the pool or other resort facilities - set up perfectly for a family, kids loved the ‘fun cupboard’ full of activities and made use of the kayak and surf board. Outlook is gorgeous through the palm trees looking straight out to the beach and the perfect shallow swimming lagoon for kids. We were lucky to see some sugar gliders in the trees at dusk. Host is friendly, welcoming and great communication. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The property is within Tangalooma resort. Perfection on the beachfront. Terrific host who gave us insights to make the most of our Moreton experience. Jonathon made the whole experience super easy - and was accommodating to our needs. The Villa was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The inclusions were great - games, water sports all taken care of. Watching the sunset from the deck was the best! Even supplied a tripod to take photos. Would definitely recommend this host, and this Villa and this location. Absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!

Jonathan’s villa is truly wonderful, located directly across from the beach and within easy walking distance to all the local attractions. The villa itself is fully equipped with all you need and more. We made daily use of the 2 kayaks and stand up paddle board, as well as the board games. Jonathan is a wonderful host and called me as soon as I made the initial booking to ensure we knew all we needed to know for our trip, and was accommodating during our stay. Thank you Jonathan for a truly great experience, we will definitely be back in the new year!

Jonathon has set the new standard on how private villas should be at tangalooma. Absolutely has everything there to keep you occupied in the water to kids toys etc. his neighbours are very friendly people and good to chat too. Definitely be booking this bad boy again for next year. Cheer mate
