This place is in the perfect location. It is a quick walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer. The free parking right in the driveway is a big plus too. It is clean, nice, and a nice place to stay close to both downtown and the beach.

This Vrbo was very cute and perfect for a couple. It was very close to the boardwalk so we walked around that a lot. Also being super close to the beach and Boardwalk we never noticed noise being an issue. One minor inconvenience was making sure that we brought all of the essentials that are not provided in this listing (towels, linens, hand soap, etc.). Another minor inconvenience was that there was no bath mat which was not something I thought about bringing and made the floor a little slippery when getting out of the shower. Again these are just minor inconveniences and not deal breakers. Overall we enjoyed staying at this property.

We were very impressed with the property as well as being pleasantly surprised with even better amenities than were indicated in the photos. The individuals who administer this property take great care in providing a quality feel. This is a great place for a couple or small family and the close proximity to the beach and downtown Rehoboth is excellent. Would highly recommend!

The TV did not work, I called and reported the issue. I was told I would get a return call and have the issue fixed. I did not get a return call with an update, nor was the TV fixed during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean with a very efficient layout. This is a functional place for families who enjoy cooking meals on vacation. The location is convenient to the beach and boardwalk, local shops and restaurants. This was our first time in Rehoboth and it is both a lovely and lovely beach town! The outdoor shower is always a plus and such a pleasure if you have never experienced.

Such a cute space that’s perfect for anyone that wants to be close to the beach & main area of Rehoboth. Easily walkable to any place you want. Well appointed & great that it has washer/dryer if needed. It is very clean. Has a beach shower directly on property. It can accommodate 4 but we were a party of 2 & felt it was just right (especially with only one bathroom). Shower is a little tight & no shelf room for toiletries. I would suggest bringing over the door hooks as there is only 1 towel bar and 1 towel hook in bathroom (needed hooks for beach towels & suits). Bring a bathmat as tiles can be slippery. The closet does have hangers for clothes and a few shelves. Will stay again as it is the perfect bungalow due to its location & amenities.

Clean, well-equipped property a block from the beach, boardwalk and everything really! It was the perfect place for us. Our vacation was so easy, just pulled into the parking spot and we were all set for the week. Truly couldn't ask for much more.

The upper floor apartment was clean and close to everything, including the boardwalk. Judy was quickly responsive to questions. Important to recognize what to bring to avoid having to buy once there…In case it helps others to prepare, we had to provide the following: Bath towels Wash cloths Bath mat (we bought one there) Dish towel/sponge (we bought there) Beach towel Sheets Blankets 4 pillow covers (we brought pillows) Paper towels Toilet paper Tissues Soap Dishwasher detergent (we brought dishwashing soap and hand washed, but there was a machine) Clothes detergent (we didn’t use, but the machines are available) Paper Pen/pencil Ground coffee ( we brought Keurig pods but the coffee maker is standard so bring loose ground) Thanks. We enjoyed our stay.

Our rental was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We were a block from the beach and most everything was within walking distance which was a huge plus. We were able to meet one of the neighbors which were very friendly and gave some ideas to visit the next time we come.

This little condo had everything we needed!! It is close to boardwalk and beach (very short walk) , but just far enough that you still had peace and quiet. It really is central to everything and we walked everywhere. The condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It’s also had full size appliances, including a washer and dryer. I would recommend staying here!!

Just a block behind Funland but quiet and cozy. The furniture and finishing a were a little higher end, comfortable and functional. One recommendation is to upgrade the TVs - would have been nice to cast a movie or Netflix.

The stay was great. The property was perfect for walking to the beach as many times in the day as we wanted, and also for two people hanging out during downtime. Keep in mind that they require you to bring *everything* except kitchen utensils, down to toilet paper and bedsheets. The host only communicated this to me after my first non-refundable payment.

This was a beautifully decorated unit that was also super comfortable. Fantastic bed - no backaches which is something that we’ve experienced elsewhere. Very close to everything. Almost never used our car walked everywhere. We will be back.

My wife and I spent three relaxing days in this cozy space. The house is one block from the boardwalk and one block from Rehoboth Ave, so we just parked the car and walked everywhere. The property owner was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly. We will definitely be back.

This rental was perfect. I would say better than described. The location is a block away from the boardwalk and 2 blocks from Rehoboth Ave. But what I appreciated was how impeccably clean everything was. The unit was in great shape, and had everything I could need. Would definitely rent here again.
