''3 By the Sea'' is one of a kind luxury property providing the ability to sleep 14 people in three different homes on the same property.
This could be you...: Walk to the beach and explore the flats or relax in the sand. In the evening sit on your deck under the umbrella or grab a beverage at your personal outdoor bar. Grill up some food at the outdoor kitchen and steam some lobsters while the kids swim. Move on to the huge lawn area and play volleyball, wiffle ball, or boccie ball. Walk to the beach with a cocktail to see an amazing sunset. Sit in your Adirondack chairs and enjoy good stories while listening to the crackle of the wood in the fire pit. Entertain the kids with an outdoor movie in the pavilion. You'll be happy here!

The first house is detached, and offers 2 bedrooms, along with new 2 1/2 baths. It features a deck, farmers porch, granite counters, outdoor shower, laundry, and central air.

The other two houses are attached by a two car garage, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath home have it all: central air, granite counters, stainless appliances, laundry in the basements, and beautiful mahogany decks to dine on. A must visit summer rental for multiple families who, at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.

Great family getaway: All three homes are situated on a 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a 20x40 in ground, heated salt water pool, volleyball net, outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit for the colder evenings. There is an outside pavilion area with a bar and tv. This is a great place to gather the entire group for meals and activities - even if it's raining we have a large indoor dining room that can accommodate your group!

These cottages are walking distance to Cooks Brook Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Other close amenities are: great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, flea market, go carts, walking trails and charter boats. Be the first to enjoy this Cape Cod experience in style!

Family vacation with comfort: How many times have you been away with friends or family and say that you would love to do that again if you had your own space to retreat to. This property could not be set up better for someone like you. Each family can have their own house but you are close enough to enjoy outdoor activities and meals together. Had our three-family summer vacation at this wonderful property. Super convenient, well-located, and thoughtfully appointed. The pool is gorgeous, and the outdoor TV/fireplace were anchors for our evenings together. Appreciated the host’s responsiveness and the thoroughness of the materials they provided. Walking distance to the closest beach, 5 mins drive from a dozen excellent family-friendly restaurants. Will definitely consider going back!

This property is exactly as depicted and was the perfect venue for seven couples. There was more than enough space for lounging around the pool and for enjoying our communal dinners on the patio. All the appliances were in good working order and the kitchens were very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. I highly recommend Three by the Sea as your family resort destination!

This is a great property for a big group. Having three separate places allows for some separation but we’re still together. The outdoor cook area was fantastic and allowed us all to gather and play and enjoy spending time together. We loved the pizza oven. The pool is wonderful especially since the close beach was closed the entire week. Brianna was very available and helpful. We loved our stay.

Property is perfect for a large group like ours (21)......very functional for sleeping arrangements and for meals, etc. with the common outdoor area in the center. The owner is more than accomodating and very pleasant. Pool is warmed nicely for this time of year.

Property perfect for our 4 generation get-together. Very nice cottages afforded privacy when people wanted it and well-equipped outdoor living/cooking area great for group mingling. All very kid friendly. Lots of indoor and outdoor entertainment for youngsters. Pirate ship big hit with everybody. Peaceful neighborhood, almost no traffic. Owners Brian and Brianna couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. More great Cape memories for family that loves the Cape.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this spot. It was advertised in terms of space, furnishings and amenities and exceeded all of our expectations in terms of cleanlieness, preparation and special touches including games and equipment for kids, outdoor space for big dinners, grilling, sports and movie watching. We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous family compound! There was plenty of room between the 3 homes for the different groups to have their own private space and the outdoor entertaining areas were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for a fun time together. The heated salt water pool was such a treat... would highly recommend!

We had seven couples and five children (4 and under) stay for a week and it was lovely. Perfect amount of space and outside entertainment area was incredible. Brianna was extremely helpful, accommodating and responsive. Would be glad to book again!

Phenomenal! Our family of three sons with wives and 6 grandchildren along with 4 older generation individuals spent the week before Labor Day at 3 By the Sea. It is an amazing place. The photos are great and really do show the property well. But it’s the atmosphere and the way that everything is put together that will make your vacation amazing. We had a fire going in the firepit almost every night with some combo of family sitting around, telling tales, remembering experiences and playing games. Every dinner and lunch was spent in the structure between the kitchen and fire pit. A roof over our heads kept us warmer and the open sides meant it felt like we were outdoors, which we were. The grills and pizza oven made dinners easy. The outdoor kitchen refrigerators were a great spot to keep beverages. The salt water pool was the favorite of the entire younger generation. It was heated and they spent hours playing in the pool. They also used some of the sports equipment that is available. The homes are each self contained and comfortable. They’re a place to get away from everyone if that’s what you need, or a place to congregate for coffee in the morning, to plan out the day. The houses are up to date, and spotless. I knew I had found a unique place when we booked it after seeing the pictures, but we had no idea about just how special it would turn out to be.

The three cottages perfectly suited the needs of our three generations (age 72 to 2 months). The large heated pool was a huge hit, as was the large yard, which accommodated many games and activities. The outdoor bar and covered patio space offered the perfect evening dining and gathering environment. Brianna and Brian were wonderful hosts offering terrific recommendations for a clambake caterer, a swim instructor, and babysitters (who happened to be their creative, energetic twin daughters). A fantastic week!
