25 Rocky Ridge Road - The Killington Mountain Retreat is the perfect place for your holiday. This pet-friendly 6 room, 3.5 bath home on 3 floors is located just off the main access road in Killington, Vermont. You're close to the mountain, shops, restaurants & bars, but still have 1.1 acres with ample privacy. We have every amenity you could need: hot tub (optional setup fee may apply), AC, BBQ grill, high-speed Wi-Fi, office for teleworking, mud room, game room, smart TVs, streaming services, Alexa & more. (Hot tub fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Pet fee may apply. Please read below.) DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS AVAILABLE!
You'll have our mountain home all to yourself and have all the amenities you could need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with stove, two fridges, microwave, Keurig, cooking essentials, dish-ware and cutlery; outdoor deck with hot tub, patio furniture and propane BBQ grill; living room with 55" LCD TV, cable, DVD, sound-bar, Netflix, wood burning stove; media room with TV and Roku, cable, DVD, stereo, Nintendo Wii; master bedroom with full bed and smart TV; office with two desks for teleworking; mud room; game room with darts, foosball and bar glassware; and much more. AC on the main floor and portable AC in two upstairs bedrooms.

• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the house pointed at the driveway which records all the time. Cameras are not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Fantastic property, lots of bedrooms, and perfect for large groups. Great television choices in the rooms to unwind, the outside seating is perfect and is rain proof and the BBQ is in great working order as is the hot tub. Great location just minutes from down town!!!

This house is in a great location and has many amenities. The bedrooms are spacious and plentiful, there are 3 full baths and 1 half bath so plenty of room for a big group. The outside area was where we spent most of our time. There is a foosball table for entertainment as well as several large TVs throughout the house. Overall great stay and would definitely go back.

The home has ample sleeping spaces for a large group but for having so many sleeping spaces it still has a cozy cabin feel which we love. We rented the home for a week in July for my parents 50th anniversary. There were 13 of us and we were very comfortable, lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, the house was very clean and neat. Plenty of parking!
I would definitely recommend this home for larger groups and the hot tub was a great amenity that the whole family enjoyed.
While there are plenty of things to do in the area for the summer just prepare yourself to have to drive to the locations. But a quiet area and not lots of traffic so it is very easy to get around.
Our communication with the owner was very easy including calling him when we thought there was an issue with water at 2am, which turned out to be nothing. Dave was very responsive and helpful.
Definitely would recommend this home!
PS: perfect location for skiers, snow boarders, etc.

Exceptional property for a large group of people
I organized a group of 17 golfers for a large tournament in the Rutland area. We stayed for three days and two nights,and this property was everything we could have hoped for.This is the second rental property we have rented from Dave and I have to say he knows his stuff when it comes to providing everything that is needed for a stay like we had.Everything was perfect. Great job Dave and we will be renting again, I dont think another place could do better. Thanks again John

Our graduation trip turned out amazing, which we based off of finding this house. The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone plus more. The house was super cozy, and the firepit was the highlight of our stay. Despite the restrictions regarding extra fees for linen and the hot tub, we had a great time in killington and couldn't have found a better place to suit our needs.

Large but cozy home very close to the mountain
My group of 28 people stayed here last weekend and had an amazing time. This was the second time for some of us staying in this home and we came back for a reason! Though the house is large and has lots of beds for multiple guests, it also feels cozy and warm, where many large houses do not. There were ample supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels( I had brought extra for our group because other houses we've stayed at, in the area, haven't had enough available). The home was clean and ready for us with bedding and towels. Dave was great at communicating throughout the booking process and during our stay. There is plenty of parking and it is a very quick drive to the mountain. We love the wood stove, hot tub, and dart board in the game room. We hope to return here for our next stay in Killington as we have stayed in 2 other houses here and this is by far our favorite!

Great Cabin to Get Away and Enjoy the Mountains
We had a group of 15 people stay here for a weekend. It was a great property for a large group. Beds for everyone, lots of rooms for private sleeping, a good kitchen, and an awesome space for a firepit. We enjoyed our time and would recommend for anyone interested in getting away up in Killington.
