About this house rental
"Neiz ar roch" The nest on the rock is a home made by and for big kids who are passionate about DIY. Facing the sea and the archipelago of 7 islands, here you will be quiet. At the end of the alley of the 7 islands you will drop your suitcases on the platform provided for this purpose, a staircase of 40 steps outside will guide you to the entrance of the house.
It is a terraced house that consists of 4 levels. Only 2 levels are rented: the floor of the rooms and the large loft living space. The attic and the basement are storage spaces for the owners. The entrance is through the floor of the rooms, it consists of 4 bedrooms, a TV lounge for children, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including 1 separate. Three rooms look at the sea, the 4th very sunny frame a green wall. The rooms are comfortable bright and quiet.
"Neiz ar roch" is a cozy nest in which one is inside while being outside, many windows frame and open on the terraces, the garden, the sky and the sea. Here, you will appreciate the storms in the heart of winter, the rare snows of December, the rains of Brittany on the sea, the mist and the almost daily sun (sometimes in a single day, you will be able to admire all these spectacles which offer the elements, well installed in our nest).
A particular care and originality were brought to the bathrooms: the bath and the sink of one are made with the wood of the frame of the old house, the walls which surround the bathtub, earth and orange color, s adorn with lego. The bathroom becomes an additional playground for children. The second bathroom consists of a black concrete sink area and a wet area in which is the hydromassage shower and the large spa bath (140 x 180 cm) that will relax after your sea bathing or hiking on the ways of customs.
You go down 1 level to find the living space fully open and glazed on the sea (north-west side) and on a terrace in a case of granite and greenery (South East side). Facing this terrace, the kitchen is open, friendly and modern in its equipment, several accessories will help you in your cooking.
The different spaces allow you to enjoy every moment of the day, breakfast on the terrace in the sun, a book shared with the children on the carpet in the reading corner, a meal with family or friends around the table at to eat or on the terrace, a coffee in the living room facing the sea, a musical experimentation on the piano facing the sea, a reading on the vegetal terrace facing the sea, an aperitif on the sea side terrace facing the setting sun and finally a fire at the corner of the fireplace.
The garden has a steep drop in front of the sea so you will go from a terrace planted to a wooden terrace and a large flat land, new playground for children through several stairs. Access to the beach is through a gate that opens on the path and the communal staircase down on the handle of Pors Nevez at the end of the beach of Trestraou.
Our house "Neiz ar roch" will be offered for rent 15 months only which correspond to our departure abroad. This is a unique opportunity that we propose to share.
Its location is rare, facing the sea and close to the city center and all shops. Here you can live without a car, feel alone in the world facing the elements and find civilization in a few steps.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is really nice with a hughe kitchen and living room. Also the garden with differnet levels and the terrace on the backside is great, You always find the right spot over the day. The view is extraordinary!!
However, one room is only separated with a carpet from the rest of the house (no door, no inner walls). The other big room is separated in two rooms with a wardrobe, so be careful here as well, when you plan who sleeps where, In the beginning, we found the house quite dusty and the shower in the smaller bath blocked with dirt. However, the owner was shocked as well after seeing the fotos, we made, they guaranteed to fix the problem with the cleaning service.
So after the little shaky start it was really great, the view -as said- is fantastic, the nights were quiet and peacful. Thanks to Sabine and her husband for the wonderful holidays, we were able to spend at their place!

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking.
The beds are also very good.
Also the different places on different levels (with stairs, not so easy) in the garden are very nice to relax with a sea view.
The house is well located at the end of a dead end facing the sea.
But be aware for the number of steps to access the house: reduced mobility to be avoided because access to the entrance (on the first floor) of the house is via an exterior staircase with 40 steps down and then there is also a stair in the house to the living room and kitchen on the ground floor.
Also to access the beach, you have to use a communal staircase of even more steps.
There is no parking (only to load and unload) but nearby and free parking possible.
For communication and questions, Sabine is very available, also at a distance.

Das schönste und ausgefallenste Objekt mit bester Strandlage und Aussicht, dass wir bisher in der Bretagne bewohnen durften. Glückwunsch an die Besitzer und herzlichen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit. Besser geht’s nicht - wir werden viel und gerne daran zurückdenken ….

Das Nest am Fels
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem spannenden Architektenhaus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr individuell, die Aussicht aus den großen Panoramafenstern auf das Meer sensationell und die Lage - direkt in den Fels gebaut - bietet interessante Details wie die von hohen Felswänden umgebene, windgeschützte Terrasse. Über den Garten kann man über einige Stufen direkt zum Strand hinabsteigen, über den man bei Ebbe leicht zur Strandpromenade spazieren kann. Auch das Ortszentrum mit kleinem Supermarkt, Fromagerie und vielen kleinen Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Viele interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in der Nähe, wir haben z.B. die Cote de Granit Rose erwandert und Armorik-Whisky direkt in der Brennerei in Lannion probiert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Haus und Lage sind einfach wunderbar
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus in vollen Zügen genossen und hatten eine herrliche Zeit dort. Der Wohn- und Essraum mit der offenen Küche hat einen freien Blick über das Meer. Alle Zimmer sind gemütlich und geschmackvoll extravagant eingerichtet. In den Räumen oben haben die Kinder gerne viel Zeit verbracht. Nachts hört man das Meer rauschen. Wir waren sehr glücklich in unseren Ferien in diesem schönen Haus.

Wunderschöne Ferientage
Das Haus ist wunderbar an der Klippe gelegen, die Beschreibungen und die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% dem, was man vorfindet. Der Blick auf das Meer durch die grossen und hellen Fenster ist traumhaft. Der kleine Innenhof, umrundet von Felsen, ist ebenfalls eine kleine Oase.
Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

A l'étage attention seules 2 vraies chambres non 4. Couchages sur le palier. Pas de volets occultants.

Il y a la maison elle-même où tout a été conçu sur mesure, dans une atmosphère aussi ludique qu’énergique. Nous y avons passé 15 jours magnifiques, entourés d’amis qui souvent ne s’étaient pas rencontrés. La magie des lieux a opéré. Les longues promenades sur la côte, les superbes villages aux alentours, les repas en terrasses, tout a contribué à ce que l’on attend des vacances : dépaysement, découvertes et moments de qualité qui construiront de bien jolis souvenirs. À côté de tout cela, il serait pingre de parler d’une chasse qui fuit, non ? D’autant que pour chaque chose que vous estimez améliorable, pour chaque questionnement que vous avez, Sabine se montre extrêmement disponible, même si à distance, pragmatique et constructive. Esprits chagrins, passez votre chemin, vous êtes ici dans la maison du bonheur.

Très belle maison originale , belle vue
Très belle maison pour une seule famille, une vraie maison d architecte avec des idées a prendre. Pas adaptée pour plusieurs familles car tout est ouvert, ni pour les personnes d'un age a cause des marches pour rejoindre la maison et celles pour gagner la plage. Vue extraordinaire depuis le salon, maison très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité.

Très beau séjour
Bonjour,
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location vaste, claire et très bien équipée. Le bémol est le nombre de marches pour accéder à la maison, à la plage etc...mais il y a beaucoup de points forts: la situation à proximité de la plage et des commerces, les équipements (balnéo, douche à jets, TV géante, PS3, etc... mais aussi et surtout une vue incroyable sur les 7 îles et la mer bleue et turquoise dont on profite de quasiment toutes les pièces.

Une maison magnifique posée sur un rocher surplombant la mer, une vue à couper le souffle de toutes les pièces, un équipement magistral, et une situation idéale entre la plage et le coeur de ville... bref, tout y est pour un séjour de rêve ! A recommander !

Face à la mer, juste merveilleux!
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse fin février dans ce nid sur le rocher.
En effet, après de belles promenades sur les sentiers, quel plaisir de rentrer dans cette superbe et cosy maison, et de se reposer dans le salon avec un bon livre, face à la mer...ou de déguster du poisson ou des fruits de mer toujours face à la mer... La mer est présente partout dans la maison et elle est toujours différente, en particulier en période de grande marée!! ..., dans le salon, dans les chambres, dans le jardin. Cette omniprésence de la mer est vraiment le caractère qui rend cette maison unique et féérique, au-delà de son grand confort, de sa super déco originale, de sa cuisine hyper équipée, de sa cheminée... La chambre où ont dormi nos quatre enfants est elle aussi extraordinaire! Hissez les voiles moussaillons...

Maison très chaleureuse, décorée avec goût et faisant la part belle aux matériaux bruts (bois, béton ciré, roche naturelle intégrée dans la cuisine et l'une des salles-de-bain...).
Piano dans le salon, suite parentale avec dressing et grand jacuzzi, cheminée, mobilier original, literie récente et confortable, équipement moderne et très complet, vue magnifique sur la mer et les îles avoisinantes depuis les baies vitrées du salon et des chambres, accès direct à la plage... tout simplement le rêve!
