Flat Screen TV's in family room, master, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms and game room (4 total). Game room offers a TV viewing area, cocktail table and pool table. Single story, 2 car garage, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, stainless BBQ, 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool and spa. Enjoy sunset views over the desert as well!

This is a fantastic property in a quiet pocket north of all the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale, yet close to amenities. The backyard space is superb. We cancelled activities just to spend more time in this space. Why pay to visit the desert botanical gardens when all the plants are literally in the backyard? The wide variety of bird species all sing in full glory every morning. This property is one we would rebook in a heartbeat.

Our second stay at Casa Saguaro was every bit as enjoyable as our first month's rental there in 2023. The property is well located, clean, and nicely appointed with quality furniture and appliances. Cave Creek is a favourite destination for us. A nice artisan community N of Pheonix. We particularly like hiking and cycling in and around the area.

This was a great spot for a Thanksgiving getaway for 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain. It was spacious with more than enough bedrooms and baths. The pool was great, but pretty expensive to heat.
Overall, this is a great spot in the desert for a nice getaway.

This was the 5th time we stayed at Cash Saguaro and as always it was brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is great and the neighbours, when you see them, are friendly and welcoming. Our only disappointment was that the houses namesake cactus had died!

This property was perfect and accommodated a group of 5 adults very nicely. Everything worked great and it is well stocked. The location gives you easy access to Carefree and Cave Creek while still be close to North Scottsdale. We explored the lakes and desert and would love to come back.

We rented this property ticket together with our children and grandchildren all at the same time who live out of state it was a wonderful experience that was plenty of room it wasn't too far from any kind of grocery store but it was far enough you felt the peace and the quiet and could see the stars the pool made it even more enjoyable along with the seating and the entertainment and such that we we're able to do that they had given us in the experience thank you again

Great location! The property is located on a beautiful large lot surrounded by nature and foliage indicative of Arizona's natural landscape. Home was great for our two teen grandsons with the game room and pool area. Kitchen was large and had all the cooking necessities. Our only complaint would be that their housekeeping service could step it up a notch. Baseboards and corners were dirty otherwise we would definitely rent again.

The accommodation was well above expectations. This was a home meant to live in, not a rental. Everything. appliances, furniture, pool, spa, was top quality, and in new condition. The home design was wonderful, again, meant for a full-time home for someone. This was not a typical rental unit. A lot of time, care, and attention to quality was apparent. This was perhaps the best rental home experience we have had in the area.

We were in AZ for a funeral. Latitude 8 was amazing to work with. Wes was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The house was clean, there were extra linens, and towels. The kids loved the hot tub and playing Monopoly in the game room.

Property was nice, but the manager did not meet us there, the bbq propane was almost empty, and we were charged for heating the pool and spa, neither of which we used.

My family has been renting VRBO houses for many years and this house is possibly the best one yet! Spacious, clean, modern, beautiful location in the remote desert (which is what we were looking for after being in dense NJ), quiet, and all the amenities. I wish we had been here with the family we usually travel with because the kitchen is super organized, has every utensil and gadget you could ever want and is meant for cooking and entertaining. We were contacted by Wes weeks before our arrival to confirm our arrival and then he promptly met us at the property and walked through all the details. I just can’t say enough about the property. It was the true relaxing getaway we were looking for.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was large, clean and well stocked (could use more spoons). It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the backyard and pool (although we did have to remove several drowned mice and a live garter snake) but that’s being more in a rural location. Wes was responsive to any questions. We would stay here again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! We wish our schedule would have allowed us to spend more time at the house to enjoy all it had to offer! The home was clean, well appointed and the floorplan was just what we hoped for! Nice open spacious family area with a big center island for gathering together with views of the beautiful yard and pool. The kitchen had all we needed. The rooms each were secluded enough from each other for privacy. We loved the convenience of parking in the garage as well! We liked the location of the home since it was not in the heart of the city and offered peace and quiet while relaxing next to the pool! Wes was very accommodating, friendly and very responsive which we sincerely appreciated! We would definitely stay there again should we visit the area again! Thank you for the special memories this home afforded us!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Casa Saguaro and we enjoyed the home again, especially the outside area where we stayed most of the time. The pool area is very secluded but there is no need for high walls like some other homes we have stayed in. We love the funky location and fun restaurants and bars in Cave Creek. Wes is very attentive if you have any questions and we had no problem getting a late check out as we had a late flight out of Phoenix. All the appliances worked and the TV has thousands of channels. Internet is fast and reliable. The house is very clean and is a very comfortable lived in home. We do intend to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Saguaro. the property was just as described and was perfect for our entire family. We spent much of our time enjoying the pool and the surrounding views. This quiet neighborhood gives you the feeling of being outside the city, while still near enough to enjoy the city. Also want to give a shout out to Wes, the property manager. He met us on-site and walked us through everything and was easily available with any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

Great communication from the host onsite and the property was as pictured. Perfect for a friends’ getaway. Loved the area which was perfect for long walks complete with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely return to Casa Saguaro!

Cave creek
The property was better then the pictures, huge and luxurious. A few small issues already mentioned in previous reviews, in addition a bit of mold in both showers and the pool where tiles are missing. We would definitely stay here again. Be prepared to clean the pool because you are in the middle of the ranch county- which we loved. Quite private. Also, for grocery delivery we used Safeway’s and that was nice too.

The Perfect Getaway
Great house for ourselves and best friends! The pool was clean and we had lots of fresh pool towels and noodles for our use. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. The beds were super comfy after days of golf and sight seeing. We would definitely stay here again!

The desert surrounds this house, so critters are expected, but not the dead fruit rat in the pool skimmer or the gopher snake in the pool.
The house needs some attention. Patio furniture is broken, light bulbs were burned out surrounding the pool so you never get that lovely evening glow in the pictures. There is a broken door handle to one of the bathrooms and the microwave has a top that should be removed.
I called about a garage door opener but never got a response only to find it the last day we were there.
The house is a great for a group if you don't mind rural atmosphere. The management company should consider a bit of home maintenance.

The problem was fix with no apology from Wes!The second night while sitting by the fire a rat came and ran up next to the fire! Thinking nothing of it and not saying anything to you we let it go! But then it turned out that we found one in the pool a day later! Pictures have been sent!This house is a very lovely house but needs many updates in fact the pictures are not even up to date! There is no cactus in the pool area and none of the outdoor lights even work!! pool chairs tare tattered and torn in fact my daughter got stuck in one when she sat down! We expected an air mattress upon arrival since it was requested months in advance but it was not provided! Wes the property Mgr was very hard to get a hold of. He delivered an air mattress day 2 that leaked and my daughter slept on the ground! Day three with no reply from Wes we received a knock on the door and he delivered a new air mattress which was great but no communication again!I have now received an email indicating we are going to be charged for towels that would not come clean? The towels that are dirty were used to clean off the patio furniture that was not clean in the first place so this is not our fault! If any monies are deducted I will be disappointed! In fact I am going to ask that you consider refunding part of my stay due to our issues!
