Good location to train for travel to Cinque Terre. Further from beach than expected. Parking space is available. Was really warm so a/c would be helpful.

Highly recommended!

The apartment is highly recommended! It is very centrally located in Chiavari. To the beach it is only about 5-10 minutes walk and also the beautiful city center is within short walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean and nicely furnished. Just perfect for four people. The landlady is very friendly, everything went smoothly. Also her insider tips for good restaurants were very helpful. From Chiavari itself you can get very well by train to other beautiful small Italian towns. We would definitely vacation here again.

Proprietaria disponibilissima. Unico neo la temperatura al nostro arrivo, problema risolto immediatamente modificando la programmazione del termostato. Due belle camere da letto, letti comodi, assenza di rumori, un posto che consiglio.

Everything was great. The Owners were very nice and helpful and could be reached day and night. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, shops, and Banks. The house was very clean and neat. 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a fine kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Also, a very nice little garden to sit outside. Overall, we've had a very nice holiday and a great experience!

Amazing.

Our stay at Cristina’s apartment was everything we needed. It was such a great location and town for us to have some not so crazy days. Cristina’s husband picked us up from the train station which was super helpful. Also every night she made dinner reservations for us which was awesome. 5/5 would recommend!!

E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole presso Cristina. L'alloggio è molto confortevole, le camere da letto sono spaziose e luminose e anche il resto della casa è luminoso anche se si trova al piano terra. E' in posizione silenziosa e il mare si può raggiungere in una decina di minuti. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla. C'è anche un piccolo spazio esterno che però abbiamo utilizzato pochissimo dato che la stagione non è ancora favorevole. La padrona di casa è gentilissima e disponibilissima. Tutte le volte che abbiamo avuto qualche necessità anche piccola si è sempre spesa per risolvere tutti i problemi. Se capiterà l'occasione di tornare a Chiavari ritorneremo senz'altro ed eventualmente lo consiglieremo agli amici.

Casa ampia, molto ben pulita e con piccolo spazio all’aperto ben godibile in estate. Zona molto tranquilla e non incastrata tra i palazzoni di Chiavari. Ottima posizione, ma soprattutto l’Accoglienza dei proprietari (Cristina sei super!) che ci hanno trattato come se ci conoscessero da sempre. Siamo stati con un bimbo piccolo: ci sono tutte le comodità e gli spazi. Children friendly... e non è da tutti! Non vedo l’ora di tornare

Beau logement, propriétaires chaleureux et disponibles. Proches commerces, plages, restaurants, centre ville, bateau pour visiter les cinq terres, portofino .... voiture non prise en 7 jours :-) Nous recommandons ce logement!

siamo stati due settimane presso questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Cristina e Massimiliano sono stati disponibilissimi sempre, la casa è pulita, in una buona posizione, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge sia il centro che la spiaggia. Fornito anche il cambio settimanale e la casa è attrezzata in modo completo. se dovessimo ritornare da queste parti sicuramente ritorneremo da loro!

Nous avons été reçus très amicalement par les propriétaires de l'appartement à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour. Le logement est confortable à la propreté impeccable et pratique. Il correspondait bien à la description faite sur l'annonce. Le parking est payant ( 5 euros par jour, ce qui est peu) mais très commode : il est juste à côté de l'immeuble. On peut surveiller sa voiture et pratique pour décharger les bagages !! Quartier tranquille et résidentiel très proche de la mer et du centre ville , la gare est environ à 20 minutes ce qui est très commode, magasins et pharmacie à proximité. Le wifi est de bonne qualité . Seul petit bémol : la literie du canapé lit de la deuxième chambre est peu confortable . Un agréable séjour sans mauvaise surprise, au contraire ! Nous y séjournerons de nouveau avec plaisir .

L'appartamento, risponde fedelmente alla descrizione sull'annuncio, è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, è pulito ed accogliente è consigliabile a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla e, nel contempo trovarsi a pochi passi dal mare e da tutte le principali attrattive e dai servizi che la riviera del Levante Ligure offre; La proprietaria è veramente simpatica, gentile e premurosa ed attenta a metterti a proprio agio e rendere gradevole il soggiorno; Senzaltro da consigliare!!!!!

La descrizione fornita dal proprietario era accurata. La casa era in ordine e pulita e come vista in fotografia. La signora Cristina ci é venuta incontro nel fornirci lettino e seggiolone per la bimba. Comodo il parcheggio fuori casa. Bella la zona piastrellata antistante per pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Una posizione ideale per raggiungere la spiaggia comodamente a piedi, la stazione di Chiavari per poter visitare le altre città della Liguria ( Per esempio cinque terre ) e imbarco dei traghetti ( Portofino e San fruttuoso). I proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili.
