Explore the beauty of Flathead Lake with your friends and family from the comfort of this lovely pet-friendly vacation rental. 2 homes available on this property. Main house with 3 bedrooms/2 baths, and a guest house with 2 bedrooms/1 bath. This rental can be rented together or separately…monthly, weekly or 3 day minimum.
Located right on the shore of Big Arm, 1 mile from Big Arm Marina/restaurant. These homes are perfect for large or small groups looking for a vacation, family reunion or just friends gathering. The closest grocery store is 15 miles away in the city of Polson, 25 miles to Lakeside, 38 miles to Blacktail Ski resort, 39 miles to Kalispell, 55 miles to Whitefish which has Whitefish Mountain Resort downhill skiing. Firepit right at the waters edge for those smores and hotdogs. Big Arm Marina has RV hookups, cabins and a full restaurant/bar, with gas for your boats or recreational vehicles, just minutes from the lake house.
MAIN HOUSE: Inside, the main house is 3 bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom/king bed and ensuite bath. Large 2nd bedroom/queen bed across from main bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a bunkroom/queen bed. 1 set of bunks with a queen bed. Large living room looking out on Big Arm Bay with Mission Mountains in the background. The 2 couches are hide-a-beds so will sleep 4 more. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room and has a large table seating 8. The kitchen is very large and comes completely equipped for all cooking needs. This home has a large laundry room with washer/dryer right off the kitchen. Both bathrooms have showers and tubs. The main house can sleep up to 12, but will incur extra cost of $15 per person for over 10 per night.
GUEST HOUSE: The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 is a large room with queen bed. Bedroom 2 1 bunkbed & 1 Full bed. Full kitchen with a small dining area and full living room. Couch folds to make an additional double bed. The guest house can sleep up to 8, but will incur extra costs of $15 per person for over 8 per night.
WiFi available to keep your friends back home updated on your travels, or stream a movie to your personal Netflix account.
Altogether, this property can accommodate up to 20 guests. Please note that dogs are welcome at this vacation rental with an additional nightly pet fee. There is a dog kennel but the dogs must be quiet as it is next to the neighbors. And please pick up after your pets.
The covered porch for BQ, or lounging off the living room/dining room has a stunning view of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountain range. The yard has fruit trees, apples, pears and plums.
We want to ensure that the people who rent from us are respectful of the property and our neighbors and will treat it with same nurturing care we do.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from in the Flathead Lake area, the main draw is, of course, the lake. This vacation rental has a private dock. On the east side of the lake, you’ll find many orchards that grow the regions famous Flathead Lake Cherries. There is even a Cherry Festival in nearby Polson. During cherry season, make sure to stop by a roadside stand to pick some up! Provided are various outdoor games, horseshoes and badminton.
Glacier National Park is about 105 miles away for a day trip the whole family will remember! If you brought hiking boots, head to Wild Horse Island, which is only accessible by boat. Big Arm State Park is just around the corner from us and has a nice boat launch available. A wedding venue is next door to the property so very convenient for wedding parties.
Your group will love the opportunity to relax and unwind at this quiet lakefront property.

This home and property are excellent. We swam, enjoyed meals on the deck, snorkeled, fished and played on the boat. The water is warm and clean. We loved our time there!

Had a mini family reunion at Flathead Lake—the property -both the main house and guest house— was clean and well-cared for. Host communicated about a few maintenance items that weren’t able to be repaired before our stay, so that was nice to have a heads up. Beautiful spot on the lake, a very relaxing stay. Thank you for hosting us!

We have been to this home probably a half dozen times and always love our stay. It’s always perfect for our big family. The dock has plenty of room for several boats and the cove is great for the kids to play on their paddle boards.

The Lakehouse was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed running outside, playing in the water and fishing off the dock. We rented a boat one day and it was great to be able to park it on the dock. Robyn was very responsive to things needed in the cabin, as it seems we were one of the first guests of the season. We enjoyed our stay there!

We stay at the Marsh cabin every year and it gets better each time. Upgrades and new remodeled area are the norm! The place is up to date and location is fantastic! Perfect setup for my senior parents and for the kids. I highly recommend and always appreciate the hospitality!

Despite the difficulties the home does not disappoint. Protected dock but the boat was under the dock. Still ok but you’ll need 4 tie offs for sure. The rooms are comfortable and the couches make a nice bed. Well stocked. Bring your own shampoo conditioner and bath soaps. May need more paper towels and tp. There are two refrigerators available for use. There’s no air conditioning, but the house stays fairly cool. There’s something for everyone you can pick cherries apples make sure that you put your boat in at the state big arm, boat launch. Do not try to use waddle it’s too shallow. we had no trouble leaving her boat in for the entire weekend, even though the wind came up a few times. The house is neat and tidy and super comfortable. The porch facing the lake is amazing.

Perfect vacation location. Close to town, restaurants, grocery and activities. Lakefront was awesome. Boat slip was a convenient added amenity to enabled us to enjoy water and boating activities. Close to boat launch. Lots of parking. Everything you could imagine in the kitchen for preparing meals. Comfortable beds. Amazing deck for meals and conversation. Hoping to book again.

This is a fantastic house and bunk house on the lake. We swam from the dock and did activities in Polson, Lake Side and Whitefish. We also boated to Wild Horse Island.

This was our first time staying at Robynn’s home and we couldn’t be more pleased! There was plenty of space for all 17 of us and 3 dogs. When any issues did arise the owner was quick to respond and accommodate. We would love to come again!

Beautiful home that is well supplied to accommodate our family for the week between Christmas & New Years. We had everything we needed to relax, enjoy meals together and play games. Robynn does a great job of hosting so that our stay is great! So glad our family & dog were able to stay again this year. Thank you.

This is a magnificent property, all that you could want. The house is extremely well stocked which was much appreciated. The owners were very accommodating in letting us check in a few hours early which was terrific. Only one slightly negative observation. The patio door was not opening properly when we got there. We didn't want to bother the owners and so managed to open it a little and just went through the gap. Our fault for not contacting the owners at the beginning because we were then charged for a repair man to come and fix it. We were also charged more than the cleaning fee stipulated because we were told the cleaning lady complained that the house was in such a state that she couldn't clean it all by herself. We rent vrbos multiple times a year and fact we had rented one in Missoula before we went up to Big Arm and I have never ever been charged for "extra cleaning". We are tidy, not messy people and we respect our owner's properties. So take care. But don't let these comments put you off, you will have a magnificent stay here and enjoy it immensely!

Great place and location. Surrounding area was beautiful. Close to everything we needed. Spent one day on the lake and over on Wild Horse Island (saw the horses). Morning view of the lake was spectacular. Great place for a base to explore all this part of Montana has to offer.

The title says it all. We very much enjoyed this property. It had plenty of space for our family, was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary items to stay in and cook every meal - which we did. The view and lake were beautiful. I hope I get the opportunity to come back to the area and stay at this property!

We spent three nights at this beautiful home. We rented both the house and the cottage and we’re very happy that we did. The house is lovely, has fabulous lake views and a deck with grill and lots of seating. The kitchen is well stocked and indoor living area is spacious and comfortable. Loved it!

This home was absolutely perfect for our small family gathering of 40. The property has a million dollar view of the lake, it was the perfect setting for my son’s wedding. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and are hoping there is a opening for next summer.

The house was lovely! The perfect size for our party of 8. The yard was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. Loved using the grill and little bar, was perfect for cooking with a view. Really is a gorgeous gorgeous property. The host was wonderful and great to communicate with. We could’ve used a few more days!
