Our as new (Completion May 2015), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa with top modern facilities and 32 ft swimming pool awaits you. The modern equipment and the design will inspire you.
The following beaches are nearby: Manasota Key Beach is 10 min by car, Nokomis Beach is a 18 minute drive and Siesta Key Beach is 30 minutes away. Manasota Key Beach is original and natural, Nokomis Beach is still a secret and Siesta Key beach with its world famous white, beautiful shell beach of pure quartz (voted the best beach in the USA for several years).
And the parking is for free at the beaches!
Shamrock Park and Nature Center is only 8 minutes: Play tennis for free or explore Florida's nature, by taking our bicycles on a 17 km long trail or just do a hike. For children there is a large children's playground and basketball court and much more in this gorgeous 32. hectare park.
Our quiet, yet centrally located tropical villa Lemon Tree leaves nothing to be desired - this can be completely relaxing holidays for you.

Large air-conditioned house in quiet area of Venice, with German assistance, free TV, telephone, high speed Internet. For up to 6 people, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bath / WC and tub, 1bath / WC and shower. For self-catering you can use a fully equipped open kitchen (4 ceramic hobs with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, dishes, utensils, etc.) with a breakfast counter available. All common household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, toaster, gas grill for outdoor use, coffee maker. Etc.) and textiles (towels, sheets, etc.) are present. 4 new bikes are also available.
Furthermore, a new washing machine and a new dryer are waiting for your laundry.

The pool water is purified through a salt unit, which has the advantage that the water is only loaded with little chlorine. The salinity of the water in turn is so low that there is little "salty" taste.

The house was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and absolutely gorgeous. The house was 5 minutes from Manasota beach we're we found lots of shark teeth that was very exciting for our girls. Everything we needed was supplied and they even had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. Torsten is an incredible host and was always available for questions if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived late to check in and we had a code for the door so we could get in without any issues. The House was exactly as described and our family of 5 was able to comfortably stretch out in the three bedrooms. The master bedroom with attached bathroom was perfect for me and my wife, the second bedroom was perfect for my 18 year old daughter and the third bedroom with the twin beds was great for my six and 12 year old. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. From the kitchen utensils and dishes to the pool towels, beach towels and everything in between. Our main goal was shark tooth hunting which was also covered. Three Florida snow shovels, a floating sifter, more chairs than we could ever need, umbrellas, sand toys, you name it and they had it. They also had the sand cart to carry it all the pictures don’t do it justice. We would 100% stay again in a heartbeat. The covered pool was also absolutely perfect after our long days at the beach!

Great house and property in Venice for a family spring break trip. Our family of 5 stayed here in March 2024, and the property was exactly as described. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Torsten was a great host, very communicative, and check-in was a breeze. The pool was fantastic, and the amenities provided at the property were well more than expected. Would recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation location that is still close to the beach.

This was a beautiful property and looked just like the pictures. The owner was easy to communicate with and wanted to provide good service to his guests. This house was the best stocked house I have ever rented. It was so nice that they provide so much for their guests. Anywhere from what was in the kitchen to pool toys and items for the beach. I would definitely recommend this house!

My husband and I very much enjoyed this comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house had everything we needed while being away from home. If you are a beach lover, all the beach equipment is there for you! The home also comes with a beautiful heated swimming pool and very comfortable lanai.
The home is in South Venice and just a short drive to Manasota Beach. Shopping for groceries or other necessities is five minutes away and historic downtown Venice is an easy 10 minute or so drive. Great restaurants and fun shopping in downtown Venice. There are so many great beaches in the area that are easy drives to get to. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating if we had any questions.
We will be back next year!

This has been the easiest rental. Communication with the owner is outstanding. The house except the living room furniture was just like the pictures. The living room furniture picture needs to be updated. The black couch and chair were slightly uncomfortable but we still made it work. The house has everything you need. Would differently rent again.

We booked LemonTree Villa to spend time with old friends who live in the area. It was excellent in every way with very practical yet tasteful furnishings and was fully equipped for our needs. We are seniors but access for families to the excellent beaches in the area is fine. Torsten responded instantly to our questions and we would not hesitate in staying there again.

The owners of this home have thought of every detail. My husband and I couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The first thing we noticed was how clean everything was inside and out, it was well organized and had all the extras, bikes, pool floats, beach chairs, pool/beach towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

The pool is amazing , the temperature and the salt chlorine system was irresistible, I couldn't not get out of the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and feel safe, is close to the beach .If you book this house don't need to worry about anything, it has everything , very tasteful and the best host.

Amazing house!
Our family of 6 stayed here for our Florida trip and we were beyond happy. The house is beautiful, the owners were so helpful with all aspects of the process including an in depth list of things to do in the area and highlights of each place. It’s a cool spot!
The house was modern & spacious, the pool was well taken care of, lots of privacy, quiet road, close to groceries, restaurants, and of course, many beaches. The private beach was nice for walking. The kitchen had tons of dishes, etc but had very little food supplies. There was no shortage of beach toys/tools available to use. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood. Overall we had a great time in Venice and the house was perfect for our stay! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this stay :)

Beautiful, clean and peaceful home!
We absolutely loved this property! We’ve stayed in Venice two prior times and this home was by far the cleanest, best-maintained, and most beautiful home we’ve stayed at. The owner, Torsten, was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to our messages. It was the perfect place to come back and relax and rest after long days spent at the beach finding hundreds of shark teeth (it’s our favorite Venice pastime) and had all the amenities of home to keep us comfortable. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. We will make it a point to stay at this home again on our next vacation to Venice! Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you again Armbrusters!!

Beautiful, super clean house in there heart of it all
We stayed here for 5 days to be close to our "framily" who live on Mangrove road. It was so welcoming, spacious, so clean and beautifully done. It made me want to Marie Kondo my house when I get home! The kitchen was well appointed. Linens were high quality and very clean.
The pool:
The pool was awesome. We spent so much time in there. The water was so warm, and there were so many toys available. The dining area was perfect for hanging out and chatting while kids were in the pool.
Beach amenities:
We didn't utilize the private beach due to red tide, we went further south to Englewood beach, which was really nice! Highly recommend the lock n key restaurant across the street! When we went to the beach, there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas, all in good shape.
Check in and check out were very easy. I hope to stay here again the next time we visit.
