On two floors, you will live in bright, friendly and lovingly furnished rooms on approx. 160m² of living space. With the help of two air conditioning units, you can keep the house warm all year round.
The spacious living-dining area on the ground floor offers an above-average amount of space. The adjacent kitchen and direct access to the terrace ensure short distances.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a very tastefully furnished bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

The staircase is friendly and bright.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and another comfortable bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds. The second is a Spanish double bed (1.6 x 1.9m) and the third bedroom is equipped with a standard double bed (1.8 x 2.0m).
Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the approximately 20m² roof terrace.

You will quickly forget your everyday work on the 750m² plot with private pool and well-tended garden. Here you can recharge your batteries.

The spacious and covered terrace, with a view of the pool area, is a meeting point for family and friends under the Spanish sun.
The private pool with its staircase entry provides the whole family with cooling and lots of fun.

Gambas, sausages or steaks can be perfectly prepared on the in-house barbecue area. Nothing stands in the way of your barbecue party. The spacious stone grill with separate seating is located in the back of the property.

The property is completely fenced and cannot be seen from the street. You have a garage at your disposal. In addition to the garage, up to three other cars or a boat trailer can be parked directly on the property.
