Super Ausgangspunkt zum Biken. Vom Haus mit dem Rad zum direkten Hausstrand 2 Minuten. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, absolut unkompliziert. Zum Rewe, um frische Brötchen am Morgen zu holen mit dem Rad 7 Minuten, sogar Körnerbrötchen. Tolle Ausstattung, mega Aussicht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

L'abitazione corrisponde fedelmente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Se siete 4 adulti, dovete avere spirito di adattabilità e prepararvi a condividere spazi non troppo ampi :) Dotata del necessario, ordinata, essenziale, molto luminosa. La vista di cui si gode non può essere descritta a parole, sono emozioni soggettive: profumi e colori intensi, accompagnati dal continuo suggestivo rumore del mare. Ti dimentichi l'Aurelia, la TV e il cellulare. Molto apprezzato il terrazzo (con comode sedie sdraio - non in plastica! - e la tenda ombreggiante) affacciato sul mare. La signora Marina e il marito sono stati precisi, gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Da appuntare sicuramente tra i PREFERITI!

Die Lage ist einmalig, 2 Minuten zu Fuß an den wunderschönen Strand. Von dem Bett in der Wohnung hört man das Meer rauschen, insbesondere in der Nacht. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Marina hat uns trotz verspäteter Anreise herzlich empfangen und stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Appartement war sauber uns sehr gut ausgestattet wie auch in der Beschreibung angegeben. Wir waren begeistert. Der Weg nach Finale ist zu Fuss gut machbar, allerdings sollte man abends eine Taschenlampe dabej haben. Es war einfach ein toller Urlaub. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Überragende Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin

Die Bilder sagen eigentlich alles: Der nicht allzu überlaufene offene Strand ist in kürzester Zeit , der Ortskern in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen, aber halt eben auch direkt beim Haus :) Am Besten läßt man sich von der super lieben Marina erklären, wie man schadlos auf den Hof kommt. Je kleiner das Auto, desto besser ;) (Geht aber auch mit größeren, keine Sorge) Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche, das Meer war seeehr sauber und Finale ist ein wunderschöner Fleck. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Piccolo appartamento bellissimo ben arredato con terrazza vista mare splendida in una zona molto tranquilla, di più c‘è anche un parcheggio privato. La notte si sente solo il rumore del mare, meraviglioso! Molto vicino dalla spiaggia (2 min a piedi) e dal centro di Finale (10 min a piedi). Marina la propiertaria è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci è piaciuto veramente tutto. Assolutamente da consigliare. Grazie ancora Marina. Saluti Romina e Simon

Conosco bene Finale Ligure ma non ero mai stata nella zona di San Donato, la casa di Marina è silenziosa e affacciata sul mare che incornicia la vista dai finestroni in modo unico ed indescrivibile. Veramente una splendida esperienza, unita alla gentilezza ed empatia di Marina mi hanno ricaricata di energia!

Ganz herzliche und total nette Gastgeber und dank Internet auch kein Verständigungsproblem, wenn man kein Italienisch kann. Super Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Man hört sogar das Meeresrauschen. Und tatsächlich nur 5 Min zum Strand. Der Strand mit kleinen Steinen , wunderbar. Kein Sand in den Klamotten / Haut. Die Wohnung prima und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Für vier Erwachsene Personen (zwei erwachsene Kinder) etwas klein, da nur Ein- Zimmer Appartement aber wenn man sich etwas einschränkt trotzdem gut. Es fördert das Zusammenleben. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Min zum nächsten Supermarkt. Man braucht gar kein Auto. Privater Parkplatz. Vorteilhaft ist es mit einem kleineren Auto, da die Straßen recht eng und teilweise steil sind. Fazit, ein toller Urlaub zum Erholen und Entspannen. :) Danke

Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Fotos. Marina hat uns super nett empfangen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Der Platz war ausreichend. Die meiste Zeit waren wir am Strand und in der Stadt. Die Strasse ist wirklich fast nicht zu hören. Man hört nur das Meeresrauschen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war der Hammer. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Schön wäre noch ein Wasserkocher. Sonst war alles da was man brauchte. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur empfehlenswert. Bei Fragen und Problemen reagierte Marina sofort. Danke nochmal für den super schönen Urlaub.

Una bellissima vacanza con splendita vista, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal mare ( finalmente liberi dall'auto). Bello Appartamento molto comodo, detato di tutti i comfort (WiFi, lavastoviglia, condizionatore) Abbiamo lasciato un pezzettino di cuore in quell'angolo di Liguria. Splendida vacanza

Inizio dalla posizione: meravigliosa! Dalla casa si sente l’infrangersi delle onde e il profumo dei fiori e degli alberi presenti nella zona, bellissimo il colpo d’occhio della vicina torre e di tutta la spiaggia sottostante. La casa è luminosissima, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve (anche la lavastoviglie!!). I proprietari super disponibili e premurosi. La consiglio.

Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, da schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, und der Strand schnell zu erreichen (5 Minuten zu Fuss ). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, 2 kleine Mankos gibt es : die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten entfernt, und die Dusche ist recht eng. Wir werden sicher nochmal hinfahren.
