The house "Sunset" has 3 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms with shower, a living / kitchen area, fireplace, TV, a sauna, a utility room with washing machine and a boat.
The open, bright living room, dining u. Kitchen area with unobstructed views of the Mühlfeldsee can be the center of your holiday together. The large glass surfaces and light bands convey the atmosphere of the four seasons unadulterated into your "own" four walls.
In addition to the high-quality equipment (air conditioning, underfloor heating, fitted kitchen with modern appliances) to expect a harmonious weights Interior. The south-facing terrace and the in-house sauna overlook the crystal-clear Mühlfeldsee. At the same time you have an exclusive private beach with direct, private lake access.
With your modern cottage on Mühlfeldsee enjoy on circa 100 m² living space for your well deserved days off. The spacious sun terrace and 550 m² extensive grounds invite you to relax, to barbecues and get-together. Your fully equipped vacation home leaves nothing to be desired.
The Mühlfeldsee is part of Leipziger Neuseenland and is immediately adjacent to the 2,000-strong community in Löbnitz charming environment with lots of nature.

The holiday house area is spacious enclosed by a fence with an electronic gate.
To the west, close to the lake and other lakes Seelhausener. This resulted from the former lignite mine and belong to the Central German Lake District. In the north the trough Nauen and 75 000 hectares of natural park close to Dübener Heide.
By car, by bicycle and on foot to open up various and varied excursions and cultural activities. So you can see the nearby nature reserves in Leipzig Lake and in the Dübener Heide as well as explore the vibrant cities of Leipzig and Berlin as well as the cultural highlights of Dresden and Potsdam or the Bauhaus Dessau.
The bike and hiking trails is expanded extensively. On these trails you reach the mills in the area.
If you like horses or Riding want to visit the local riding stables and enjoy a Kremser and carriage ride through the countryside.

Entspannung pur
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt um Mal von Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Tagsüber kann man super am Wasser liegen oder eine runde Boot fahren. Abends bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen rundet die Sauna den Tag super ab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 5 min. Mit dem Auto entfernt ,mit allem was man so üblicherweise braucht. Die Gastgeber super freundlich. Objekt kann ich nur empfehlen und wir werden sicherlich nochmal einen Aufenthalt buchen.

Schöner Urlaub zur Silberhochzeit in Löbnitz
Das Mietobjekt entsprach der Beschreibung vom Online Inserat fast genau. Da der Wettergott mitreiste konnten wir die Anlage optimal nutzen.

sehr entspannte Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist in direkt am See (Hanglage) mit anderen Ferienhäusern und sehr modern gestaltet.
Man hat einen eigenen Strand und kein Gegenüber. Es ist ein wenig Ostsee-Feeling.
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und erholsam. Die Kommunikation und kontaktlose Objektübergabe freundlich und sehr gut.

Super zum entspannen
Wir waren zu 7 in dem Haus, und es war wunderschön um zu entspannen!
Bis auf das tropfende Rohr im Heizungsraum war nichts zu bemängeln und einfach ein traum!

Wundervoller Kurzurlaub
Wir haben als 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern unseren spontanen Kurzurlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus war super schön und hatte alles zu bieten was man benötigt. Der private Strand und die Außensauna waren dabei unser absolutes Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns auch für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation ;)

Superschöner Strandurlaub mitten in Deutschland
Wir sind mit unseren beiden Kindern 5 Nächte in diesem schicken Haus gewesen und hätten gern kurzfristig verlängert, so schön war es. Der Blick vom Sofa und Esstisch auf den See ist traumhaft. Das Ruderboot war für alle ein tolles Highlight, sowie die Sauna mit Seeblick. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Zimmer haben alle Fernseher, Fliegengitter und Rollos, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse stehen 2 Liegen mit Schirmen, Sessel und Sofa und ein großer Esstisch perfekt für Grillabende mit der Familie und/oder Freunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht, diesmal aber gleich 7 Tage

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer reinen Feriensiedlung, ist sehr modern und bietet einen einzigartig tollen Blick auf Strand und See. Die Sauna, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den See, ist ein echtes Highlight. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht, die Betten sind gut, allg. ist alles sehr sauber und es gibt auch eine eingebaute Stereo-Anlage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief bestens. Nur Handtücher & Bettwäsche sind vglw. teuer und eine Schlüssebox mit Code würde den Check-in Prozess vereinfachen. Das kann man ja vllt. in Zukunft verbessern!

60. Geburtstag
Wir haben vergangenes Wochenende meinen 60. Geburtstag mit Freunden in dem Haus gefeiert. Es war ein voller Erfolg.
Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist super.

perfektes Wochenende am See
Wir verbrachten 3 sehr entspannte Tage als Familie in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es fehlte nichts, das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausverwaltung war sehr sympathisch und kompetent. Vielen Dank nochmal für die reibungslose und freundliche Abwicklung! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, selbst bei Regen kann man Dank Sauna und Panoramafenstern super entspannen und eine tolle Zeit haben. Herzliche Grüße Familie S. aus DD

Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist in Ordnung und man hat neben der FeWo selbst, noch viele andere Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Die Immobilie ist nur leider schon ziemlich abgelebt und unsere Kritik an der Leistung der Putzfrau wurde mit "da muss man mal ein Auge zudrücken" abgetan.

Einfach super
Da wir mit 4 Erwachsenen, 4 Teenagern und einem Baby unterwegs waren, haben wir die Häuser Sunset und Sunrise zusammen gebucht und bewohnt. Der Urlaub war (bei herrlichem Wetter) richtig klasse. Möglichkeit zum Wassersport von morgens bis abends direkt am Haus an einem ruhigen See, wo hat man das sonst noch..?
Betten bequem, gute Bäder, Küchenausstattung top... Supermarkt fußläufig..

Es waren 5 wundervolle Tage in Löbnitz am Mühlfeldsee. Wir würden immer wieder gerne dahin fahren und ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Einrichtung war super modern und sauber. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes mal ( dann gerne im größeren Objekt;)

Modernes, sauberes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Und der Privatstrand ist besonders für Familien mit Kindern einfach unschlagbar. Die Abwicklung mit Vermieter Tino und Frau Wandt war sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder an den Mühlfeldsee!

Ich weiß ja nicht auf welchem Stern Sie leben, die Erde kann es jedenfalls nicht sein. Ansonsten wäre Ihnen bestimmt aufgefallen das seit Wochen das Reisen nicht möglich ist.
Vielleicht sollten Sie ihren Internetauftritt mal aktualisieren und den Gegebenheiten anpassen.

Perfekt zum Entspannen
Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick von Wohnraum und Küche aus auf den See. Alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sauna mit Blick auf den See ist natürlich ein kleines Highlight. Perfekt zum Entspannen, auch schon mit nur 3 oder 4 Personen.
Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Das WLAN hat eine Volumenbeschränkung auf 7,5 GB pro Monat. Man kann also ganz normal mit dem Handy surfen und E-Mails checken, aber keine Filme streamen etc. Das ist man heutzutage ja nicht mehr so gewöhnt :)

Ein Wintermärchen
Ich habe hier 5 tolle Tage verbracht. Trotz anfänglicher Kälte, die Fussbodenheizung braucht ein paar Stunden um hochzufahren, haben meine Familie und ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum See und die eigene Sauna sind einfach unschlagbar zu der Jahreszeit. Ich miete bestimmt mal wieder ein Haus dieses Vermieters.

Toller Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 5 Nächte über den Jahreswechsel gemietet und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super und die Übergaben am Beginn und am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes waren sehr unkompliziert.
Es gibt einen einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt: Es wäre toll, wenn seitlich am Bettende eine kleine Ablage/Board vorhanden wäre, um ein Buch, Brille usw. ablegen zu können.
Ansonsten alles top!!!!

Die „nähere“ Umgebung bietet -abgesehen von dem Super Haus am See- nicht ganz so viel, aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache.

Kurzurlaub
Im November bzw. Anfang Dezember ist es natürlich sehr kalt. Aber gibt es was schöneres wie morgens sich auf die Terasse zu setzen in decken eingehüllt und den Sonnenaufgang auf dem See zu genießen? Für uns nicht.
Es waren schöne 4 Tage. Ja in Löbnitz selber gibt es nicht viel zu entdecken aber dafür ist man schnell in den umliegenden Stätten und kann dort einiges erleben.
Das Haus war wirklich schön und kann hatte alles das was man bräuchte. Es war Sauber und man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war Janette sofort für uns da. Das ein und auschecken ging auch reiblunglos und war in wenigen Minuten erledigt.
Fazit: wir werden wieder kommen :)

Ein toller Urlaub der leider schon zu Ende ist...
Es war eine tolle Woche in Familie zum Entspannen. Wir haben den Comfort des Hauses sehr genossen und auch den überwiegenden Teil unserer Zeit in diesem verbracht. Das einzige was in diesem Areal fehlt ist ein Gemeinschaftsspielplatz. Ansonsten alles schön ruhig und der Zugang und der Blick auf den See ein absolutes Highlight. Schade ist, dass der Zaun nicht bis ganz runter geht und die Planken relativ viel Zwischenraum haben, sodass man den Hund (zumindest meinen der gern alle Leute mal anschauen geht, wenn er frei läuft) nicht einfach so im Garten laufen lassen kann. Aber das habe ich ja vorher gewusst. Außerdem wäre eine Beleuchtung bis zum See (Weg) toll.
Wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden
Es war rundum ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende. Die Temperaturen ließen sogar ein Baden im angrenzenden See zu. Der kurze Weg zum Wasser ist ideal. Das Objekt ist top ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der netten Dame die uns vor Ort betreute war reibungslos. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen (ich weiß es steht in der Objektbeschreibung) ist das angrenzende Kieswerk und der kleine Flugplatz. Bei ungünstigem Wind sind beide Anlagen gut hörbar. Dieser Umstand soll aber den Gesamteindruck nicht schmäler und wir sind gerne Gäste im nächsten Jahr.
