My husband, two young kids ( 5 &7 ) and I stayed at the condo for our beach/disney vacation.
The condo was a great balance. 35min to Disney. 20 min to Newport where we hit the beach and explored the stunned PCH.
The condo with perfect for our family. The kids got their own beds. The TV in the “kids room” was a huge highlight for my 7year old. There were board games. Cute little kids toys, Beach toys, a wagon. It was fantastic. Rosemary was an absolute joy to communicate with. Quick to respond if we had and troubles with parking, kind, generous. The best host. I highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! Beautiful and quiet condo close to the beach and all the places we wanted to visit in the area. Very clean with all the amenities we wanted. Host was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the beach chairs and cart for hauling things.

We stayed at Rosemary’s place for a visit with family who live nearby. This place was ideal for our needs - clean, quiet, well decorated, stocked and maintained and close to everything including Dana Point, Laguna Niguel and Laguna Beach. Rosemary was an excellent host with great communications. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed Rosemary’s place. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. We liked the wine refrigerator. I did not cook because we went out to eat and we were busy with family. However, I am a cook and would have been happy with the kitchen. Rosemary even had children’s toys in one of the bedrooms. We would stay there again. Rosemary was available and easy to communicate if we had questions. Thank you Rosemary. We liked your place and we fell in love with Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and the town of Laguna Beach which had great shopping. Salt Creek Beach is beautiful! We would stay there again.

Everything was very nice. Rosemary was so easy to communicate with. My only issue was the stairs to get to the unit. I am recovering from knee surgery and had some trouble going down stairs. My fault for not inquiring!

Rosemary’s place is very close to all things Laguna beach. It is also located between Sam Diego and LA so it was easy to do day trips to each of those locations. Her place is very clean. There was everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. And the beds are super comfy! It was perfect for my sister and I and our teen daughters.

We had an awesome stay, and Rosemary was very accommodating! Beds are comfortable, condo was clean, plenty of toys for the kiddos, and a super convenient location for quick access the Laguna/Dana Point area! Highly recommend to anyone considering.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. This condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Convenient to area beaches and stores and restaurants. TV has access to Netflix and some other online channels. If you have Apple TV or Roku, suggest you bring it to access local TV stations. We would definitely stay here again, if in the area

Everything in this rental was perfect for my family of 4. Rosemary even gifted us with chocolates and champagne for my birthday! Salt Creek Beach at Dana Point was fantastic. As a luxury travel advisor, I highly recommend this property.

The condo was wonderful… well appointed and very comfortable. Rosemary is a great host. The location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants, hiking, beach, dolphin cruise, or just relaxing in the jacuzzi! It’s also close to Laguna Beach. We flew into John Wayne Airport which is less than 30 minutes to the condo!!! All in all, it’s a great condo!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Rosemary’s condo. Everything was clean & had everything for our needs; toys for our 3 year old, pack n play & highchair for our 1 year old and sand toys for the beach! Rosemary was always very quick to respond. The location was perfect, easy access to Dana Point, Laguna Beach & San Clemente! Would definitely stay there again!

This place was perfect for our family. My wife and I, and our two kids were in town for a wedding. This place was perfectly located. It was super easy and quick to get to Laguna Beach, and the neighborhood had everything we needed nearby. Rosemary made check in very easy, and was great with communication. Location is close to the beach and shopping in Laguna as well as many other places in the area. Access to the unit was easy and Rosemary was available when needed. Would definitely recommend!

This property was all it stated plus some. The location to beaches is outstanding from Dana point to Newport and all this amazing places between. Laguna beach! Carona deal mar! Balboa! Stores and shops are all right there too. We will be back next year for another 10 day stay. I would highly recommended this property.

Thanksgiving stay
Location was great! Rest of it, not so great. Unit is on lower level and very dark. Owners locked master closet, and no room to put clothes and suitcases. Cleanliness was poor, with kitchen counters and bathroom floors not cleaned properly, and some kitchen utensils covered with dust. They did have a welcome basket, which was very thoughtful. Overall would pick somewhere else.

Beautiful and Updated Condo
This condo is clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. It has been updated beautifully with high end finishes and products.
Our family of four stayed for 6 nights and it was quiet and comfortable. Two things to note if you are a light sleeper - there are high quality wooden blinds that are great for privacy, but they are not room darkening, so you may want to bring an eye mask to darken the room...and I used a sound machine to dampen any noises, not that there were too many - just a little foot traffic from the above unit (usually around waking and going to bed) and a little road noise from a street down the hill.
The beds were comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and extra bedding, if needed.
It was a little cool for swimming while we were there, but we sat by the pool one sunny afternoon, and it is in good shape (though both bathrooms were out of order - hopefully that was just a short term issue).
Rosemary was easy to contact / stay in touch with. We felt safe in this community and it was a short drive to Dana Point, which was a fun place to go, along with San Clemente - both beautiful and right on the ocean. It was about a 30 minute drive to SNA Airport, so really convenient for our travels.
There is a garage, but it is a tight fit. We were able to use it, but only the driver went in and out with the car - everyone else entered or departed prior to parking. There is also a parking lot which we could have used, if the garage wouldn't have worked for our vehicle (Toyota Camry).
We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Rosemary!

Upscale, peaceful, perfect!
We stayed here because of the proximity to a hospital in Laguna Beach where my wife had a minor surgery procedure. We wanted a place that was quiet and serene for her recovery. The Sea ROC condo could not have been a better choice. It is very well located, clean, spacious and quiet. The owner was very helpful, communicative and kind. The beach style decor is upscale, extremely comfortable with every convenience one could possibly want. A wonderful place to stay!

We stayed at this rental in September 2019. This unit is clean, well equipped and has everything you could need. The community is also very quiet. We did not use the pool or other common areas but did manage to check them out - very clean and modern.
The owner Rosemary was very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless.

Family Vacation to Southern CA
We highly recommend SeaROC to anyone visiting the Laguna Beach/Laguna Niguel area. The location is a perfect home base for visiting downtown Laguna Beach, Dana Point and the many great area beaches. The condo was exactly as depicted. It was spacious and clean with many modern upgrades and amenities. We traveled across country for this trip, so we really appreciated that all towels, linens, beach towels & chairs and many other amenities were provided. We slept five adults comfortably. Rosemary, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the stay a pleasurable one. Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to return or recommend SeaROC.

A Jewel!
My sister and I treated our mother to Laguna Beach’s ‘Pageant of the Masters’ performance for her birthday and wanted a private, quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay that was also conveniently located. This condo delivered, and more! When the owner, Rosemary, found out it was my mom’s birthday, she had prosecco chilling in the wine fridge upon our arrival and surprised her with a mini birthday cake! My mom was really touched by her thoughtfulness, and it added to the festiveness of the occasion. This resort-style condo really made us feel like we were on vacation – from the comfy, airy, and white beachy decor to the oversized spa showers, we looked forward to coming “home” and relaxing at the end of a fun-filled day of activities. The newly renovated condo is appointed with lots of amenities, both inside and out, and we appreciated the updated technology too (fast wi-fi, nest thermostat, ring doorbell). We enjoyed our stay in this jewel of a condo and will be back!
