The apartment is fully furnished (newly renovated and furnished), has a digital TV-SAT connection, DVD player, stereo, telephone, internet access (WLAN-DSL (notebook is available)) and the kitchen is fully equipped for a 4 person household ,
Location: The apartment is located on the edge of the forest in the Philippinenhof / Warteberg district in a residential cul-de-sac, and therefore extremely quiet.
The bus stop of line 28 can be reached on foot in 2 minutes,
the university with public transport in 10 minutes, downtown Kassel in 15 minutes.
By bike / car you have to plan about 10/10 minutes to the university and about 20/15 minutes to the city center.
It is possible to take long walks in the adjacent forest and the corridor areas of the city of Vellmar and / or to use them as a running area.
In the district, local supply is guaranteed by 1 bakery, a Rewe local shop and an Aldi.
Furthermore, there is a drugstore, a post agency, a pharmacy, a general practitioner, a dentist, a hairdresser, a savings bank EC machine and a children's playground.
Both Christian denominations are represented with each church and parish hall.

If you need childcare, that's not a problem either.
