This one level contemporary is located just 10 minutes from the villages of East Hampton and Amagansett. It is situated on a private, beautifully landscaped and wooded lot bordered by a nature preserve. For the past 23 summers, guests have raved about this home (see Guestbook comments). You will find that it is immaculate and tastefully furnished, and has a spacious, bright living room with a cathedral ceiling and fireplace and a sunny kitchen with skylight with seating for 8 to 10 people.
The living room with fireplace is flanked on one side by the primary bedroom suite with king-size bed, ensuite marble bath, TV/DVD player and access to the deck, affording you the privacy you desire, and on the other side of the living room there is a hallway to three additional bedrooms and shared bath.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and terra cotta tile floor and all of the cooking and dining accessories you will need and desire. In addition to central air conditioning throughout the house, the living room and each bedroom has a ceiling fan to help cool the rooms. A washing machine and dryer is conveniently located on the main level.
The house has a large upper deck, accessed by four sliding glass doors, with patio dining furniture for 8 and Weber gas grill, and a lower deck with in-ground HEATED swimming pool surrounded by beautiful, flowering landscaping and an enclosed outdoor shower. There are 6 chaises, an umbrella, and pool rafts. POOL IS CLOSED FROM OCTOBER 1 THROUGH BEGINNING OF MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF GAS USED TO HEAT POOL.
There is also a two car garage with direct access to the basement making it convenient for you to enter the house, bring in your bikes and access the basement refrigerator from the pool area. Beach chairs and umbrellas, a highchair and 3 bikes are also available.
A detailed list of helpful information about the house and the area is sent close to your check-in date, and is also available at the house.
NOTE: Monthly rentals include all expenses and utilities except the guest is responsible for a mid lease cleaning fee of $250, electric used, and for any gas used to heat the pool at the renter's discretion. Shorter term rentals pay for any gas used to heat the pool. Deposits for these are collected upon booking.

My family (6 total with grandparents) enjoyed a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. We booked this property the day before Thanksgiving and Donna communicated quickly and clearly to get our lease agreement done and set up for a 3 night stay. Donna even turned the heat on for us before we arrived. The property is clearly and accurately described on VRBO. It is very well stocked. We made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. All 4 bedrooms are comfortable. The layout of the house was great for our small family gathering with one big great room with couches, fireplace, and TV attached to a kitchen. The only downside is that you can hear people talking and the TV from the bedrooms, so if someone in your group wants to go to bed early, they will hear what is going on the the main room. We were there off-season so the pool was closed, but it is just down some stairs from the back deck. We would definitely return to this property, in or out of season.

The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The house was easy to get to, although, much further from East Hampton than we were used to. The neighborhood is very quiet and near to the water. An excellent choice for a qiet getaway!

Cozy and Spacious Hamptons Getaway
We highly recommend this house. Large spacious living area with fireplace was cozy over the holidays. The kitchen is lovely to dine in and well equipped for cooks. The owner was very responsive and we appreciated the special Christmas touches she provided. Property is beautifully appointed and decorated. It is truly a home, not just a vacation rental.

Birthday Celebration
Visiting from NC with friends and family from Long Island and Connecticut to celebrate my 60th Birthday. We had a wonderful time and felt very much at home at Donna's home. Donna was nothing short of the hostess with the mostess! We were overly impressed at the size of Donna’s home, how incredibly clean the property was- both inside and out, and proximity to the town of east hampton and beaches.

Glorious Getaway
Every year eight of us from college catch up for a week of reconnecting. Finding a house is usually our biggest obstacle. We each need our own bed. We need a large open area to gather. We need a table large enough to fit the group.
When we walked into our East Hampton house, we all were wowed. Did we really find a perfect house. Yes, we did! It had everything we needed and more.
Donna met us, and gave us an introductory tour, and we immediately felt right at home. We can't thank Donna enough for all she does to make her home a true gem of the Hamptons. She was more than helpful with her recommendations, and her very thorough information kit in the house was better than using a computer to access information.
This was the best house we have ever rented, and we recommend it without any hesitation. Thank you Donna.

The home is beautiful and well-appointed and has everything you need to be comfortable. The pool is gorgeous but the water is very cold and a pool heater would be a big plus. Also wished there was more than basic cable.

Both Donna and the house were wonderful, I would highly recommend staying here. Had a great time with several friends in this very comfortable home that was close to town and and great restaurants. Donna was extremely accommodating and helpful in providing information on the area and where to go and the house was very clean and well maintained. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Had a really lovely stay with a few girlfriends - such a clean and well-kept house, and the pool was a great plus. Donna made sure we were all set for our vacation and even recommended a few activities in the area. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, with the town a very easy drive away. lovely, comfortable home with beautiful pool
We had a great ten days at this house. Furnishings were nice and very comfortable and the pool was really nice. While the location is a bit of a distance from downtown East Hampton, we ended up discovering new things to do and some beautiful views up in the Springs. Owner was great to work with, patiently answering all of my questions and providing us with lots of suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. All in all, we had a great experience.

Lovely stay at an amazing price
Beautiful home. Loved the grounds, pool and outdoor shower. Beds were comfortable. Beach umbrellas, chairs and coolers were provided. Donna was super easy to communicate with. What prevented 5 stars was cookware that was very old and scratched up and looked like it had been purchased at a second hand store which is fine if in good condition but this was not the case. Also sone dishes and other kitchen appliances had dried stuck on food...kind of gross. Lastly, some bedroom doors squeaked which was disturbing at night. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Great weekend away with the girls!
I stayed for a weekend with a few of my girlfriends and we had a great time. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and looks exactly like the pictures online. The pool was really nice, but it was a little too cold to go in during the weekend that we stayed. Donna is quick to respond and very accommodating. The house is in a great location, about 10-15 mins from the town. I highly recommend staying here! Thanks Donna!
