We rented this property for a weekend. When we arrived there were multiple issues including the heat not working, blood-like stains on the bed, ceiling fans that could not be turned off and window AC units in the windows on a 45 degree day at the end of October. We sent photos as requested by the owner to an email and then also forwarded those to his personal email (provided by VRBO) and he never responded to either email. We ended up not staying and booking a hotel instead.

Needed a "last minute" lodging situation and found the Lark location was capable of accepting us. Easy walking distance to several nice eateries and pubs.

I loved how old and unique the property feels. There were a couple of mini blinds that were broken when I arrived. Also there was a large mirror that was hung in the bathroom that fell off before I even got there.

I lived in Cleveland a few years ago so I was excited to find this dog friendly rental for our vacation. Property was clean and well maintained and well furnished which we weren’t expecting for a pet friendly space. Yes you can hear your neighbors walking in and out in the mornings but you can plainly tell it’s a house that’s been modified and cut up into several units so it’s expected. The driveway and garage were nice to not park on the street and there was a nice small yard to let the dogs out and easy to clean up after them. Exactly what we needed for our vacation and will look the place up again in the future. The Roku on the tv was a nice touch as well and the comfy living room made a nice night in to watch a movie. Thanks so much for the great space with a reasonable pet deposit.

Don't do it. The owner isn't serious about having a acceptable property to rent

This property seems like an after thought for the owner. The kitchen sink was plugged on one side, the garbage disposal did not work, no towels or was cloths in the bath, the ad said sleeps 4 but they didn't leave bedding for the extra bed.

This property would be ok in a pinch however I was staying here with my 12 year old son. This place is run down, not overly clean and bare bones at best. There are 4 or 5 units in this place and people are in and out all the time making it very loud. Needless to say we did not spend much time here. The street was quit but seeing the man being handcuffed and put into the back of a squad car on the Main Street left my son feeling a bit unnerved. Sorry Lark street not the best experience.

A very good value, and we had a peasant stay. We would suggest that the Owner install a grab bar and non-skid mat in the shower for safety. The microwave on top of the fridge was out of reach for my wife. And it would be much more comfortable if the window A/C was moved away form the bed! Otherwise we had a nice visit.

Property was clean and very homey. Things were easy to find, and neighbors were very nice. I wasn't expecting to have to park on the street, but the proximity to downtown Cleveland made it acceptable.
