Vacances Magiques !!!
Excellent séjour entre amies, nous avions l'impression d'être à Tahiti grâce à ce magnifique Palmier ! un des plus beaux jardins qui m'a été donné de voir, la maison est un bijou, literie formidable. Excellent accueil ! Très bien situé proche du centre ville et du marché. Il nous tarde déjà l'année prochaine pour y retourner :)

Reunited
After 2 and a half years, we finally got a holiday with My Daughter and our 2 Grand Daughters.
The property was perfect with heated pool to occupy chjldren. Location was very conveniant and able to walk to shops and restaurants. The design quality and standard of acciomadation was 5 star and Vianny was a very friendly host available in a few minutes.
Great time had by all.

man fühlt sich sofort wohl
Objektadresse stimmt nicht mit der Zugangsadresse überein. hier sollte man vor der Ankunft mit dem Hausverwalter einen genauen Treffpunkt ausmachen. Ansonsten ein sehr gepflegtes Gelände mit Garten , Freidusche und Gartenküche . Das Gartenhaus ermöglicht es, dass nicht alle Hausnutzer „auf einem Fleck“ sind. dort sollte jedoch noch Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, seine Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen. Bäder top , begehbare Dusche , man fühlt sich sofort wohl , wenn man das Haus betritt.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans une maison très bien entretenue et équipée. Tout est parfait : une literie de qualité, la piscine bien chauffée ( c'est rare !) et un magnifique jardin ! La maison est idéalelent située. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Une maison magnifique!
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison! Idéalement située proche des commerces et de l’océan, cette maison nous a immédiatement séduite par son design et la qualité des meubles, équipements ménager, vaisselle et linge de maison mis à notre disposition. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de gout. L’extérieur est également très beau, superbe piscine chauffée, meubles de jardin de qualité et cuisine d’été avec une grande plancha ont agrémenté notre séjour .
Le jardin est un havre de paix avec une végétation magnifique et sans aucun vis à vis.
Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, tout dans la maison était préparé parfaitement pour notre arrivée.
C’est vraiment un petit coin de paradis que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Un séjour fantastique!
La maison est parfaitement située, l'accès par la grande route de Bordeaux via une allée peu engageante nous a étonné mais c'était pour mieux apprécier l'arrivée dans ce coin de Paradis avec son jardin fleuri sans vis-à-vis. Une fois la voiture posée, tout se fait à pied. La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de gout, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, l'accueil était parfait.

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine très agréable dans cette maison. Tout y est bien pensé, le confort, les équipements, le jardin magnifique, la piscine chauffée, la terrasse, le salon extérieur ainsi que la cuisine d'été. Un gros plus, la situation en plein coeur du Cap ferret permet de tout faire à pied (ou vélo). Un grand merci à Vianney pour son accueil.

Merci à Vianney pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils. On se sent tout de suite chez soi dans cette magnifique maison décorée avec charme, sans vis-à-vis et idealement située en plein centre du Ferret
La propriété est si agréable et bien equipée qu’on y resterait du début à la fin de saison, le feu ouvert et la piscine chauffée y remplissant parfaitement leurs rôles.
Mention spéciale au cabanon qui complète ce bel ensemble et y ajoute une note d’authenticité.

Sehr gerne wieder...
Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Garten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Atlantik Strand in Fußnähe, ca 5-10 Minuten. Der innen Strand, tolle Austern Lokale und Shopping Straße sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe.
Alles hat wunderbar gepasst, sehr gerne , wieder.

Superbe villa
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette magnifique villa qui a été entièrement rénovée et qui est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est grande et belle. Le jardin fleuri. L’emplacement est idéal : à 10 minutes à pieds de la belle plage de l’Horizon ou du supermarché.. Top ! Il y a une place de parking dans le jardin en face du cabanon.
Vianney et son équipe était charmants !
Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

The perfect holiday!
We had a wonderful week in this gorgeous property. The house had everything you could need and the space was well thought out both inside and outside. Lovely pool and outside area with barbecue. Great location on bike or foot to explore the local towns and incredible beaches. Vianney was a joy - we would definitely book this house again.

We loved this house - superb for a family of 7, really well equipped and well stocked. Even included a bit of cling film / washing up liquid/ balsamic vinegar etc etc .we would definitely return at some point.

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et avec goût. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Idéalement situés, nous avons tout pu faire à pied (océan, achats) même avec nos deux enfants (4 et 7 ans). Et merci de tout cœur à Vianney pour son accueil chaleureux et son aide précieuse, qui nous a grandement facilité le séjour. Nous reviendrons!

Un vrai havre de paix!
Nous venons de passer une semaine formidable dans cette belle maison avec des prestations de qualité et un grand confort. Sa situation étant idéale, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture pendant la semaine. La déco est magnifique, la cuisine bien équipée, les lits confortables et le jardin joli avec une piscine chauffée. L'accueil à notre arrivée - très chaleureux. Une adresse à recommander vivement!

Super Aufenthalt
Wir wurden von Vianny herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles sehr aufmerksam erklärt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es wurde mit viel Geschmack und auserlesenem Design eingerichtet. In der Sommerküche haben wir viele Speisen unter anderem auch frischen Fisch zubereitet. In der Lounge haben wir gerne unseren Apéro genossen. Den geheizten Pool konnten wir auch fast jeden Tag benützen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt am Cap Ferret. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Haus weiter. Die Kaution haben wir ohne Probleme zurückerhalten. Das einzige, das wir bemängeln können ist, dass das WLAN nicht immer funktionierte. Vianny merci beaucoup.

Un petit coin de paradis
La villa est superbement équipée. Tout est agréablement décoré et, cerise sur le gâteau, la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. Le jardin permet des sentir isolé, un bulle de tranquillité avec une belle piscine. Bref un endroit que je recommande particulièrement.

Ein sehr schöner, gelungener Aufenthalt!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde das Haus angenehm vorgestellt. Die Lage ist wunderschön und gut abgeschirmt, so dass man in Ruhe das Haus, den Pool und die Liegen genießen kann aber auch in 5min mit dem Fahrrad am Atlantik oder am Phare du Cap Ferret ist. Das Haus ist sehr schick eingerichtet und hat neben einem großen Fernseher auch eine Gasfeuerstelle, die an kälteren Abenden eine schöne Atmosphäre versprüht. Der Pool ist leicht beheizt und war auch gepflegt und sauber. Die Toiletten und Duschen war auch in einem einwandfreien Zustand und sehr neu. Die Küche ist mit einem doppeltürigen Kühlschrank, Induktionskochfeld und allem nötigen Zubehör ausgerüstet. Sogar Kuchen backen war hier kein Problem. Alles in allem haben wir hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

The property in the middle of Cap Ferret was beautiful and one of the best & most comfortable that we have stayed in, especially the beds! It has everything that you would need and is in the perfect location to walk to the beach and to the restaurants in the evening. We will be back!!
