The house is located in the Côtes d'Armor (Côte du Goëlo), in the town of Lanloup (22580) at a place called "Kermagadel" 1600m from Bréhec beach (fine sand lined with pebbles), its small port and coastal paths (the sea is 20 minutes on foot by the path that passes by the house).

The surface of the house is approximately 130 M² - Construction in local stone. Very calm environment. Not overlooked. The house has independent access, two annexes to house garden furniture and your bikes, a private and enclosed flowered courtyard with large sun terrace (electric blind). Garden chairs, tables, children's chair, barbecue. Possibility to park 2 cars.

Very quietly situated, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. walking distance (20 mins there as it’s downhill, good 25 mins uphill on the way back) very nice beach - good for all ages & such a beautiful part of Brittany. Hope to revisit this fabulous coastline.

Excellent séjour
Lanloup, petit village breton typique à l'écart du flux touristique, à proximité de la côte, de ses sentiers, ses falaises, ses plages ainsi que du petit port de Bréhec. Toutes commodités à proximité à Plouezec et Plouha voire Paimpol à 10 km.
Maison confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Propriétaire disponible et courtois.

Très bon compromis entre mer et campagne et proximité
Vaste maison très bien équipée, literie de qualité Avec des grandes chambres agréables à vivre avec une terrasse qui permet de jouer à la pétanque ou à la balle et dépendances. Village très tranquille et très fleuri. Sentiers de randonnée dès la sortie de la maison. La plage la plus proche offre un petit port de plaisance une grande plage de sable et quelques bars restaurants. Les villes voisines comme Paimpol ou Saint Qualité Portrieux ou Binic sont des destinations très agréables. Merci pour le soin mis à toutes les informations rassemblées dans un registre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour même si le beau temps n'y était pas toujours.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Idyllischer Ort mit kleiner Kirche, leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Ein bisschen mehr grün/Garten wäre schön gewesen.

Agreable sejour
Nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour a Lanloup. Le rapport qualite/prix est tout a fait correct pour cette grande maison avec 4 chambres. L'entourage est tres beau est grace au beau temps nous avions pu decouvrir la cote et profiter des differentes plages, toutes avec leur cachet.

Jolie maison à l'ancienne dans un endroit très au calme
Correspond à la description faite sur l'annonce. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition pour passer un agréable séjour.
La mer se trouve à 20 minutes à pied. Le GR34 passe à coté pour les sportifs.
Les commerces les plus proches se trouvent à 3km, et il y a de quoi visiter et faire dans le coin.
Le village est très calme, il n'y a aucune nuisance dans le voisinage.
L'accueil a été fort sympathique et la communication avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passée aussi.
Il y a un livret d'accueil très bien renseigné avec tout ce qu'il faut savoir pour passer un bon séjour.
Je recommande fortement.

Fonctionnelle, conforme à la description, très bien équipée, propre, agréable, tranquillité assurée, voisins et rencontres en ballades très sympas.

3 schöne Ferienwochen
Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus. Man kann sich drinnen und draußen gut aufhalten.Wir waren maximal zu viert, da war reichlich Platz. Mailkontakt mit dem Besitzer ist entspannt und freundlich. Auch das Ein-und Auschecken mit der Nachbarin war angenehm .Vom Haus aus geht der Wanderweg in 20 bis 25min. über Felder zur Bucht, der Rückweg dauert dann etwas länger. Bei Ebbe kann man über festen Sand in weiteren 8-10 Minuten zum kleinen Hafen (Brehec) laufen. Dort gibt es nette Lokale, auch schön für abends. Das ganze lässt sich auch in drei Minuten anfahren. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto nötig, man kann aber auch Touren mit dem Bus planen zB. zum Wandern. Guter ruhiger Standort, um von dort aus viel zu entdecken! Wir fahren hoffentlich mal wieder hin.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, super für Familien!
Wir, eine Familie mit drei Kindern (15, 9 & 5 Jahre), haben einen tollen Sommerurlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, und die Zimmern sind geräumig. Der Außenbereich (Hof) ist schön angelegt, durch die ruhige Lage kann man hier wunderbar entspannen. Der nahe Sandstrand „Bréhec Plage“ ist auch in der Ferienzeit nicht überlaufen und auch für kleine Kinder prima zum Baden geeignet. In der Region gibt es viele sehenswerte Ziele für Unternehmungen.
Pierre und Suzanne sind sehr nette Gastgeber- bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir mit Informationen und Tipps für die Anreise und unseren Aufenthalt in Lanloup versorgt. Zusätzlich haben die Vermieter viel nützliches Informationsmaterial und Tipps für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in der Bretagne im Ferienhaus bereitgestellt.

Bonne maison de vacances fonctionnelle
A 20 minutes à pied par les chemins d'une belle plage, une maison où on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Bien équipée, bonne literie... les pièces sont vastes. Il faudrait juste peindre en rouge la poutre de l'escalier des combles !
Espace devant et dépendances appréciables, comme la possibilité de rentrer les voitures.

Gîte pratique pour 2 familles de 2 eT 1 enfant dont un bébé. Tout y est ! La localisation du gîte permet de découvrir de beaux endroits de la Bretagne et la plage eSt à 5 Minutes en voiture ! À recommander vivement !

Maison agréable
Maison située dans petit village typique, au calme, mais proche des commerces, de la mer, et des curiosités touristiques. Très propre, bien équipée, et terrasse super chouette. Livre d'informations diverses très complet mis à disposition par le propriétaire. La voisine est super gentille et prête à vous aider. Pour ceux qui aiment les ballades, pas mal de belles promenades sur le sentier des douaniers (G.R.), à quelques kilomètres aux alentours. A ne pas manquer : Ploumanach l'abbaye de Beauport, Saint Quai Portrieux (ballade ++) et l'île de Brehat (+++). Paimpol est une petite ville agréable, et son marché (le mardi) en vaut la peine

Nous avons passé une semaine à quatre (2 adultes et 2 enfants) des plus agréable !
En effet, la maison est parfaitement située ( mer, commerces, balades) et dans une rue très au calme.
Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse située plein Sud.
La maison est super équipée, rien ne manque.
Le propriétaire est très disponible et nous avait fait avant notre arrivée tout un courrier avec les explications de l'itinéraire et des endroits à voir, vivier notamment.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Relaxing and friendly
Firstly the owner, Pierre, was incredible helpful before we arrived answering our questions. The house is brilliant for small children as the outdoor area is enclosed and feels very safe. It's incredibly quiet and nearby beaches are amazing.
The facilities at the house were great, it had everything you'd ever want. One of us was ill whilst on holiday and our neighbour helped us book a doctors appointment and Pierre checked we were ok. We would definitely go again and recommend it!

Pour un moment de bonheur entre terre et mer
Délicieuse base de départ pour explorer la Bretagne du Nord. Beau pays : patrimoine intense, campagnes riantes, points de vue saisissants, tables réjouissantes et aimables habitants !
La maison, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût accueille aisément 7 vacanciers. Calme, finesse de l'air, chant des pinsons…
La terrasse, plein sud, est protégée par un vaste store électrique. On se sent tout de suite chez soi puisque le jardin est clos. Enfants en sécurité !
Le propriétaire a tout prévu et même rédigé un livret qui explique la maison, la région et propose commerces et restaurants qu'il a lui-même éprouvé.
Sur la plage de Bréhec (20 min à pied, belle promenade), le temps s'est arrêté. On se croirait dans "les Vacances de Monsieur Hulot". La baie, préservée des actions immobilières intempestives, enserre un petit port et une plage de sable fin que les enfants ne voulaient jamais quitter.
Nous avons vécu le 14 juillet au village. Atmosphère conviviale. Restauration et boissons locales et démocratiques. Musiciens celtiques et Fest-noz. Le feu d'artifice a ébloui nos petits enfants.
