About this apartment rental

Located on the seafront, within walking distance of shops, harbor and beaches, this large renovated apartment will seduce you with its exceptional view and its comfort: lift, air conditioning, 2 wall-mounted TVs, internet and WiFi connection, washing machine, washing machine dishes, Nespresso machine & professional table football! It consists of an equipped kitchen, a double living room opening onto a terrace overlooking the bay of Sanary, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with adjoining shower room, a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower system , separate toilet and office space. Possibility of parking at the bottom of the residence (non-nominal spaces).

Located on the French Riviera between Marseille and Toulon, Sanary sur Mer is a seaside resort which lives all year round. The apartment is ideally located a few hundred meters from the port and its shops as well as the beaches allowing you to stay on foot.

To make your stay more pleasant, a concierge service can be offered to you (babysitting, reservations of all kinds, shopping, etc.)

We put our holiday residence at your disposal, and hope that you will spend a pleasant stay there. Thank you for taking care of the property as well as respecting the neighborhood.

To guarantee the proper occupancy of the apartment, a deposit of 2000 € in cash (or check not cashed for French residents) will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after check out.

A cleaning fee of € 90 payable in cash upon arrival will be required for a full cleaning after your departure. We ask you to return the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness. Intermediate households during your stay and at your expense are possible.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are available during your stay. Please do not use beach towels. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. Clotheslines are provided for drying at the back of the residence.

Make sure that there are no objects blocking the closing of the electric window shutter! The terrace is equipped with an electric blind which must be closed in case of wind and in case of absence.

Das Appartement ist in exzellentem Zustand, wirkt wie jüngst renoviert. Die Ausstattung mit Sitzmöbeln sowie die Lampenausstattung sind sehr gut. Gleiches gilt für die umfangreiche IKEA-Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck. Es fehlt aber eine Teekanne. Die Matratzen sind stark durchgelegen und bilden ein störende Schräge, insbesondere im 1. Zimmer links. Bei Benutzung des Apt. durch mehrere Personen ist zu beachten, dass das 3. Zimmer kein eigenes Außenfenster und nur ein Einzelbett besitzt. Hochdefizitär und angesichts des Mietpreises inakzeptabel ist die Wäscheausstattung: kein Bettwäschewechsel in drei Wochen. Als Handtuch bekamen wir zunächst nur 1 Stück/Person und auf Protest noch 2 weitere Handtücher. Auf unsere Bitte hin erhielten wir ein zweites Schlüsselset, da aber keinen Transponder für den Aufzug besaß. Die von uns gewünschte (und von uns zu bezahlende) Zwischenreinigung in der Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes wurde uns von der Verwaltung zwar zugesagt; diese unterblieb aber dann kommentarlos. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Ort ist ein großer Vorteil. Insgesamt: Traumhafte Lage, schönes Appartement mit einigen Mängeln

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement super bien situé proche du port, des marchés, des commerces. Possibilité de se baigner en bas de l’immeuble (mini plage de rochers). Les repas sur la terrasse avec vue mer, c’est le top. En résumé, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Nous je regrettons pas notre choix. Bien cordialement. Corinne, Frank et les enfants

Pour la deuxième fois de suite, nous avons amorcé en mars un séjour de quatre semaines dans cet appartement qui jouit d'une localisation très avantageuse et d'une vue exceptionnelle dont on peut bénéficier grâce à une très grande terrasse, bien aménagée (coin salon et coin repas), et à un mur extérieur formé complètement de panneaux amovibles totalement vitrés. À l'intérieur, il est spacieux, divisé de façon très pratique, meublé sobrement avec goût, et très bien entretenu. D'ailleurs, notre décision de répéter l'expérience cette année témoigne d'elle-même de notre totale satisfaction à l'égard de cette location. Malheureusement, la COVID-19 nous a forcés à interrompre notre séjour, après deux semaines, pour répondre aux directives émises par les autorités gouvernementales de notre pays.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sanary dans le bel appartement avec une vue splendide sur la mer. L'appartement est grand, lumineux, fonctionnel, au calme et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage de portissol et du port de sanary et ses animations. La climatisation etait un plus pendant la journée! Nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement tout confort, spacieux, refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût. Emplacement idéal, à cinq minutes à pied du petit port de Sanary, des restaurants et commerces. La vue mer y est époustouflante ! Le petit plus, le babyfoot apprécié aussi bien par les grands, que les petits ! La propriétaire est très disponible, accueillante et sympathique, ainsi que la personne référente sur place. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter pour des prochaines vacances, avec nous l'espérons cette fois-ci un peu plus de soleil et de chaleur, car seul bémol de notre séjour, la météo, qui était bien capricieuse !

Nous avons passé séjour magnifique dans cet appartement pendant les fêtes de fin d'année. Tout était parfait : l'équipement (baby-foot professionnel :-)), le confort, la vue, la localisation ... Le centre de Sanary est tout proche, mais l'appartement est situé dans un endroit très calme qui favorise le repos et la détente. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires et de la dame d'accueil, qui ont fait en sorte que ce séjour se passe le mieux possible. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Appartement très bien équipé,spacieux, très bien placé (corniche des baux à Sanary) qui permet d'être très proche du centre ville tout en étant au calme. Le petit plus:le babyfoot dans le salon-séjour qui permet de passer des moments sympas en rentrant de la plage. Sans hésiter, nous reprendrons cet appartement si nous revenons à Sanary.

Nous sommes une famille vec 4 enfants de 7 a 16 ans. Nous avons passe une excellente semaine a Sanary. L'appartement est idealement situe a pied des plages, des commerces et des activites (nous n'avons pas utilise la voiture de la semaine) et offre une vue splendide sur la mer. En periode de forte chaleur, la clim est un gros plus. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse, et chacun a pu trouver son espace. Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine.

Vue incroyable, emplacement parfait, appartement tout confort

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans ce très bel appartement très lumineux. Il est refait à neuf et propose tout le confort nécessaire avec un mobilier de bon goût et moderne. Tous les équipements sont fournis, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le baby foot à fait le bonheur des petits et grands. La grande terrasse permet de profiter de la vue magnifique face à la mer et au port de Sanary, comme sur un bateau. L'immeuble datant des années 50, se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée sur la baie. La situation est idéale, tout se fait à pied : commerces de proximité, restaurants, bar, plage de Portissol, criques, pêche à la ligne au pied de l'immeuble... pour les activités avec voiture nous avons pu visiter le joli village du Castellet où se trouve aussi le plus grand accrobranche d'Europe et ses activités multiples, les calanques de Cassis à 40 minutes, le village de Bandol ou de SixFour collés à Sanary. La propriétaire a été d'une grande disponibilité et réactivité avant et pendant notre séjour. La société d'intendance qui gère les entrées et sorties est aussi très disponible et efficace. Pour les courses, on trouve tout ce qu'il faut sur le port à pied. Sinon de nombreux super marchés se trouvent aux alentours et pour se faire livrer la société Houra ou bien pour le drive il y a le Leclerc Drive de la Seyne sur mer. Nous étions 3 enfants et 2 adultes et nous recommandons cette location.
