My accommodation is ideal for a family of 9 .It is new and comfortable: 120 m2 + large terrace of more than 35 m2 + garden of 150 m2 + parking for 3 cars. INTERNET (wifi connection) free. 1 baby bed, 1 baby bath, 1 high chair.
Its location is exceptional for a stay in Carnac-beach: 150 meters from the beach, 50 meters from the tourist office where there is the bus stop for or coming from AURAY and QUIBERON, 700 m from the nautical base , 650 m from the spa, 900 m from the post office, 300 m from the chapel of the beach, 1100 m from the church of the village of Carnac-ville, all commerce nearby ..
You will appreciate this accommodation for the brightness of the living room (full south), the practicality of the large kitchen open to the living room with the central island can take breakfast for 6 people, the comfort of the bedding rooms, the large terrace where you can have meals in good weather, garden and lawn available for reading or lounging or barbecue, private parking for 3 cars and
especially its location in the heart of Carnac-plage allowing all to go to any activity without a car.
You will have therefore: 1 big kitchen whose central island makes it possible to take the breakfast to 6 people opened on a large room of life (full south), 4 rooms:
-room orange: 1 double bed 160x200
-red room: 1 double bed 160x200 can be separated into 2 single beds.
Green room: 1 double bed 160x200
foot and headboard lift.
-Grey room: 1 single bed 90x190 and
1 bunk bed 90x190

, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, 1 large terrace (35 m2, 1 garden, 1 private parking for 3 cars.
NOTE: the accommodation includes steps and stairs: 1 staircase of 10 steps leads to the front door and 1 staircase of 14 steps leads to the bedrooms.
Minimum 2 to 3 nights out of season.

cleaning is not included: you can opt for a cleaning fee at the end of your stay (see the additional information section by clicking on availability).
the tourist tax for the local mayor of 1 euro per person per night is collected in part via abritel and a supplement will be required
