You will have a 3-room house of 86 square meters on 2 levels, suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. The bright, modern, and cozy furnishings include an entrance hall, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a satellite TV (flat screen) with electric shutters. There is an exit to the terrace from the living/dining room. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also has a shower/WC on the ground floor. On the top floor, with sloping ceilings, there are 2 rooms, each with 1 bed and 1 double bed, as well as a bathroom and a separate WC.

The vacation property includes terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), a covered balcony, and a box-room. Facilities such as a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free) are also provided. Please note that it is a non-smoking house, and a smoke alarm is present. Additionally, a Nespresso machine is available for your convenience. There is a shared use of the private bathing area (1200 sqm), with 25 meters of lakeshore included, and 1 paddleboard is available for free use.

The property is suitable for families, and when there are fewer guests than the maximum capacity, not all of the housing units will be available for use. The garden features a small bath house, which is due to be moved.
