Had a great experience staying at this property in Paris. There were 8 of us on a family trip and the accommodations were excellent. The location was also exceptional being near several metro stations with plenty of dining options. We would definitely stay here again and hope to make it back to Paris in the near future.

Main factors: Lie on the amenities about having a microwave-NONE
A bit misleading about the bathrooms. You say 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but what you get is one bathroom with a toilet and the other 2 are out in the front hall in little closets! The one bathroom that had the bath tub and a shower wand had no shower curtain, so taking a shower meant water everywhere on the floor. Oh, we couldn't take a bath because the drain plug was broken.
wi-fi worked for about 10 minutes, then it would not come back on, we had to leave the building to get a signal. Then all that was offered for a remedy was "un plug the box!" Like we didn't know to do that 20 times.
Tried to open a dining room window and that about fell off into the street. Coffeee maker stayed on long enough to brew, and then shut off after a couple of minutes, and again, no microwave to warm up. Now all of these issues were reported to the girl who let us in, but the response time was not very good. When we asked for some toilet paper, it was almost like we were asking for the moon! When she told me they already provided 2 rolls per bathroom, when in fact each bathroom had one half used roll too begin with.So we felt like we were guinea pigs letting them know all the things that were in need of attention, when a good management company would have addressed those issues BEFORE a new tenant arrive. Finally, with what we got and compared to other apartments, I felt like we overpaid for what we got, by a LOT!

The apartment was perfect for our party of 7 adults. It’s conveniently located near 2 metro stops and walking distance to many stores, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Our host greeted us the first day and gave us helpful recommendations. We all had a FANTASTIC time in Paris!

Balthazar is outstanding! Host is terrific, rearranging our check in when our flight to Paris was delayed 5 hours. Apartment is big with a large kitchen island. Showers were great. Loved the Phillipe Conticini patisserie at the end of the block and a great wine shop across the street. Very close to numerous metro stops going in all directions. Really loved the location. Using the appliances can be a challenge so I would suggest that a binder with instructions be provided. The property manager did show us how to operate everything, but if you get stuck, use the Internet to figure it out. We were 7 family members from 16-70 years, and we never felt cramped. Highly recommend!

This apartment is exactly as they have projected it online. We were a group of six women and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and we would gather at the dining room table or enjoy many conversations in the cozy living room. Yes, there were three bathrooms where the toilet was in a separate room but it worked out great for us when it was time to get ready for the day. The beds were comfortable and the rooms lovely. There is a great coffee shop just steps from the apartment. Two very close wine shops and a grocery. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The metro was close and we made our way all over Paris without a problem. The apartment is on the first floor but the lift was right there for those who needed it. We all would highly recommend this apartment for a larger group or anyone!

4 couples ..3 nights, enjoyed the spacious living areas, cleanliness and location. Suggestions…shower over bath in main bedroom, plus shelves in other showers for soaps and shampoos.
Otherwise get good, and would stay again.

The place was perfect for all of our family - grandma, sisters, my husband and 4 kids - 8 of us in all. The kitchen was great and HUGE for travel standards. It does not come equipped with food or anything-- which is fine-- there is an excellent grocery store MonoPrix just a 5 min walk away. There are charming cafes, bakeries all around. The street is pretty quiet and very quaint.
We loved our stay here. I especially loved the giant wall of windows which are under represented on the VRBO photos.
This place is completely VRBO/rental only, not someones house.

We really enjoyed the Republique area. Gregory got us off to a good start by showing us around the apartment and giving some tips for restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Temperatures were warm towards the end of our stay (8 days), so the apartment became uncomfortable. Fans were provided, which helped. It was a memorable family vacation.

I brought my granddaughter, her best friend, hr Mother and my best friend. It was a promise I made to my Granddaughter that when she graduated from High School I would take her to Paris! The apartment was authentic….beautifully appointed and in a wonderful area. Groceries….Bakeries and shopping within walking distance. I will definitely come back to this charming apartment. Thank you for helping to make this such an incredible trip.

My friends and I flew to Paris to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday! Most of us have known each other since junior high school. We're all very picky about where to stay and I was in charged of the rental. Thank goodness the house was perfect! Of course, there were minor issues but overall it was perfect! Will definitely come back if given the chance.

A group of 7 had a great time staying at this property. The location is great and in a fun neighborhood - close to restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store. It is also very close to multiple Metro stops - Temple (2 min away) and Republique (4 min away) are the closest, but several others are within an 8 minute walk.
The home has a great kitchen, dining room and family room. Beds were super comfortable and bedrooms were quiet as they all faced an interior courtyard (instead of the main street). The bathrooms are split into 6 different spaces - here is the more specific breakdown in case it is helpful:
1) Main bedroom has an attached bathroom (no door) with 2 sinks, toilet and bathtub (no stand up shower).
2) Queen bedroom has an attached bathroom with sink and shower (no toilet).
3) and 4) Toilet-only rooms.
5) and 6) Shower and sink -only rooms
One thing to note - the apartment does not come with any cleaning supplies (dishwasher tabs, laundry, dish soap, etc) or shampoo/conditioner/etc - they can all be purchased from the property management company if needed.
Overall we loved this property and would absolutely stay there again!

Spacious & Convenient Stay
The Paris location is very easy to get around by foot or Metro (Temple or Republique), we found the visit to be fantastic with very comfortable beds, gorgeous decor and gracious hosts. The only oddity is that there are toilet rooms and shower rooms versus 4 combined typical bathrooms. You get used to it quickly so nothing negative, just awareness. Having the washer/dryer was super helpful as the weather soaked us one day. Great French bakery, restaurants and speakeasy all on the street.

Early-to-mid August 2019
Wonderful apartment. Wonderful location. Eight of us spent ten days in this apartment in early August. The weather was very cooperative, but the apartment has large windows and it cooled down nicely in the evening on the two warmest days.
The Temple and République metro stops are short walks (no more than two to three minutes), and the Monoprix (grocery store) is less than five minutes away. The neighborhood is filled with a number of restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops.
The four bedrooms and three baths worked out perfectly for our large group, and the apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Grégory was a pro at getting us situated and familiarizing us with the dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer combo. If I find myself heading back to Paris with a large group in the future, I will absolutely make sure that this apartment is available for our stay.
It was super!

Amazing apartment in central Paris!
The apartment was perfect for two families of four. Very comfortable and well appointed. Location could not be beat with stores and metro stations right around the corner. Local restaurants were fantastic and several local sites were within walking distance. This was a wonderful apartment in a great location!

Very comfortable and and enjoyable 10-day stay for 9 (6 adults, 3 children)
Very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment: 3 generous main rooms fronting the street (kitchen, dining area, lounge with sofa bed) and 4 bedrooms (3 double, one twin) with ensuites in the 2 largest bedrooms. And also, very importantly, 2 separate toilets and 2 separate shower rooms.
The apartment is also very well located: the upper 3rd is a nice part of Paris. Several subway lines converge at Republique, but it's so pleasant walking: 20 min to Hotel de Ville or Louvre or Bastille, 10-15 min more to Musee d'Orsay or the Grands Magazins or into Montmartre. There's a Monoprix just around the corner and lots of specialty shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. And just one metro stop away at Arts et Metiers (under 10 min walk along rue de Turbigo) is a fabulous boulangerie, Ernest & Valentine, best croissants I've every had, specialist in brioche, and their Complet Bio is a superb light rye loaf.
Agence Paris Autrement is good to deal with. Gregory was very patient with us at check-in: we arrived late (suitcase lost by the airline) and not thinking straight after 24 hours of travelling from Australia.
It's remarkable that all this can be so easily and successfully arranged from the other side of the world.
