This house had everything a person could desire while staying in manhattan beach. Great location, great view, good space. Best of all the house is well stocked with everything a family could need. Such a nice surprise. Thank you for beingsuch a professional host.

My family and I just returned from an amazing 6 days at this fabulous home. This is our 3rd time renting in Manhattan Beach and, by far, the best home we have stayed at, to date, for a myriad of reasons.
Family Size: 4 Adults and Two Children - ages 2 and 4. We also have a lot of family in the area that visited for dinner or to join us at the beach. There was enough space to accommodate all.
Overall Synopsis: The home is amazingly equipped and stocked with everything you could need or want. All the amenities were amazing, with ample amounts of towels, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with anything and everything we needed, and the layout for both cooking and hanging out was superb.
Ala, the host, was fantastic. So very responsive and helpful from our questions leading up to check in, to check in and check out. The response time to any questions we had was immediate. As a family visiting, and potentially needing something fast, having an amazing host who is truly there to help is something incredibly valuable to a stay.
The deck and main living area / kitchen was the focal point of our stay, where we spent many an hour playing, entertaining and in the evening, enjoying the Ocean View. The full retracting doors to the deck / inside were amazing and something we really enjoyed, giving a true feeling of indoor / outdoor living.
Important: House is well stocked with beach toys and equipment.
MUST VISIT: Local Yolk for Breakfast - 10 min walk from house!!!

My family has stayed in many rentals across the US and this is by far our favorite. Everything is seamless. There is nothing the house doesn’t provide - including coffee and a welcome bottle of wine. We were able to have an incredible beach day with all the provided supplies. The bed was so comfortable I had to take a picture of the bedding tags so I could order them for my own house when I get home. The house is spotless. We didn’t cook but they had all the supplies to cook fabulous meals. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and stores. Close to the airport. It doesn’t get better than this!

The location, accommodations, and amenities were all perfect, as advertised. Our family visits the area every year and will definitely target this home as our place to stay when we are in town. Highly recommend!

The property, location, views, amenities and communication with the owner were all spectacular! The house and kitchen were extremely well stocked, the online description was completely accurate. It was great to have use of all the beach gear you would ever need. Garage parking was great! Furniture and beds were fabulous! Owner went above and beyond to be accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. This house has everything you could need. The home has beautiful views of the ocean and is in a great location of Manhattan Beach. The owner, Ala was so easy to work with and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. I planned this trip months in advance for my daughter’s 18th birthday. He explained all about LA from shopping, to dinners, to what to see.. etc. It was a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer. I would most definitely rent this house again.

This home was just as described online! The living space was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive especially as it relates to having equipment for a 15-month old baby - there was a baby gate, high chair and crib available and all set up when we got there. And the kitchen is very well equipped, which was great since we like to make some meals when we travel with the family. A great view and easy access to the beach made it perfect for our needs as well. I would highly recommend this property!

We were visiting for our elder daughter's graduation from USC. We could not have picked a better property for the week! True home from home comforts in an amazing location!
The description was absolutely accurate and the property immaculate! We loved the layout and amenities of the property, especially the outdoor fireplace!
The location is incredible (we so loved walking along the beach front to the restaurants) and the immediate area beautiful.
Any questions we had for suggestions/recommendations were promptly answered by the landlord who was very helpful and friendly.
Highly recommend this home!

Great location in Manhattan Beach with ocean views. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for a weekend stay celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. Check in process was simple and Ala was easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the house. It had everything you could imagine. Ala was extremely communicative and left a bottle of red wine and macarons for us to enjoy. We never felt like there was anything missing or lacking. Great location, one block from the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the deck and listening to the waves at night. Walking distance to the strand with tons of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We would definitely book another stay at the house.

The property is exactly as advertised and has wonderful living space and ocean views. The property is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The host greeted us and gave us a very helpful tour of the property and showed us how to operate various items. It was all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this property. We plan to stay there again on our next trip.

The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our family of 4 persons. Well stocked which was a pleasant surprise and all of the amenities required for a family stay.

All the stars for this property and for Ala! Perfect location on a quiet street but close to everything. Never used the car, walked to restaurants, groceries, shopping, the beach and the strand!
Property is very well equipped from beach gear and bikes to spices in the kitchen.
Great for relaxing. Soaked in the bathtub and used the yoga mat for yoga and meditation. Comfortable living area that opens to a wonderful outdoor space with fire pit and great ocean views!
Ala was so friendly and available to answer questions and help with anything. Hope to stay again soon!!

Just what we wanted, spaced out rooms easy for sleeping a small family with multiple children. Great view and close enough to walk to the beach. Host was outstanding and even provided menu recommendations for food that ended up being just what we wanted!

The house we stayed in was amazing! Ala had everything we needed and was immediately available. They had bikes, paddle boards, surf boards everything! The view from the house was incredible and only a few blocks from town and 2 min walk to the strand. We will definitely be back. Thank you! 5 star for sure.

We can't say enough great things about the house and the host. First, the view is spectacular and you can appreciate it from bedrooms and the living space. The location couldn't be more perfect - we walked to shops/restaurants. The house looks like it could be featured in a magazine but yet is warm and inviting at the same time. And, every single thing you need is there. You won't be missing a thing! Most importantly, Ala was the perfect host before and during our stay. He checked on us but left us on our own to enjoy our wonderful getaway. We will most certainly book again... and again!

My family and I spent the last week of the year at this fantastic home very close to the beach. The owner was exceptionally attentive to us and made sure any needs we had prior to our trip were taken care of. We have used this service for many trips but this was above and beyond our even highest expectations. The house was perfectly equipped for a family including bikes for all, tv’s , an outdoor fireplace among others. It’s proximity to the beach was unreal and we walked to all places to eat. We highly recommend this home as a place to spend an incredible vacation.

I stayed here for a great week with my wife, two kids (4 and 1) and sister in law. The property was exactly as described. The location is great if you don’t want to use your car. A few blocks to the beach and strand, 5-10 mins walk to cafes / restaurants / shops. And Ala is an outstanding host! Really good communication throughout and just super helpful. We have a 1 yr old with us so he got a crib and even installed a baby gate at the top of the stairs. All in all, a great house in a great location with a great host!

Great location in a safe to walk neighborhood. 10 minutes to the airport, 25 to Sofi stadium and only about 45 to the Honda center. House provided everything we needed. Owner was quick to help with any questions we had.

This house has really has it all! Ocean views, amazing kitchen, super accommodating host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you need and want. He has all kinds of beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, paddle board, boogie boards, towels, toys. It is a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Sunsets on the top deck are amazing. Super easy checkin and checkout. Great communication with the host. A+ experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Ala's house in Manhattan Beach. The house was very clean, highly functional, had everything we needed, had a great layout for cooking, eating, relaxing, and recreating, and was in a perfect central location with access to the beach, shopping, and dining. The view of the ocean was great from the upstairs patio and we really appreciated the open concept of the upper level. Ala was a perfect host and very responsive to our inquiries. We would highly recommend a stay at Ala's house and we will be sure to return.

The house was lovely with a wonderful kitchen/deck/seating area with a view of the water. The home had absolutely everything we needed including lots of coffee for our mornings. This was our first experience with a VRBO and it couldn’t have been better! Everything from finding the property online to Check-in, and the stay there was great! The place is fabulous, it’s a great location, and Ala, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer. The place had everything we could ever need. I love the “home away from home feel”. We just wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back!

Manhattan beach stay
This is the nicest VRBO experience we have ever had. Every detail in the house was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. We played a little game to see if there was anything the host hadn’t thought of and the only thing we could come up with was a garlic press. Truly a great property.
Please be aware the bedroom on the ground floor is small with a full bed. Presumably a single pad can be put into this room and that is why Ala lists the room as sleeping 3. The other two bedrooms are on the middle floor and one of them is the master with a king and the second room is a full bed. The host does share the property sleeps six although the bedding photos suggest you can sleep seven. This was confusing to us

Perfect location and incredible find
This 3 story home has a lot of character and an incredible view of the beach. It's a 10 min walk to downtown and has 3 bedrooms that could be family and couples friendly. I absolutely love the balcony areas, cozy spots by the fireplace, and modern decor. I'd absolutely stay here again next time I visit. It's worth the price and Ala was very accommodating and responsive.

Ala's home is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Ala's place. You'll have three separate bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Wonderful views including some of the ocean. Speaking of, its an easy two minute walk to the beach. That section of the beach is never crowded, unlike places closer to the pier. But most of all, Ala's home is incredibly well stocked. We've stayed in many many VRBO homes, especially all along the California coast. Ala's home is the most well supplied home ever. Kitchen has everything to cook with, such as different kinds of olive oils, and cook on, such as pretty much any kind of cooking pan. Stay here, you'll love it!

Amazing Stay
Ala is a very thoughtful host. The house itself is stunning, but it also comes equipped with anything and everything you could possibly want--from beach chairs, to bikes, to stunning views. The location--a few short blocks to the beach, shopping, restaurants--made this stay truly relaxing and stress-free. Can't wait to return!

We rented the house for my daughter’s College graduation. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It is very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The property is walking distance from the beach and very close to many great restaurants and shopping stores. Ala was a great host! Would highly recommend his home.
