This stunning vacation home offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, all completely remodeled for a modern and stylish atmosphere. Located just steps away from the beach, it's a perfect retreat for those seeking both relaxation and excitement. Plus, it's dog-friendly, ensuring that every member of the family can enjoy the getaway.
The first floor welcomes you with two private bedrooms and a shared bath with large shower. The first bedroom features two queen beds and shares access with the newly added bunk room featuring 3 bunk beds (twin over twin). All furniture in the house is brand new and top of the line. Comfortable furnishings, large flat screen tv’s, fast internet and it’s only the first floor.
As you ascend to the main floor, past the fully tiled accent wall, perfect for photo’s is the main living space. On the right, facing Gannet Street, is the fully remodeled kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, cabinets and countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a charming Carolina room, perfect for relaxing with a book or checking on some emails. To the left, the main living area greets you with new high-end furnishings, an 85-inch smart TV and doors out to the back deck.
From the living room, take a few steps down to the pool area for a swim. Enjoy the sun while on the pool deck or fire up the grill and enjoy lunch at the patio table by the pool. You can also enjoy the game from the comfort of the pool with the pool side TV. Rinse off from the beach and come right up to pool deck for a great time outside.
Back inside the main floor are the remaining three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom for added comfort. The primary suite is on the right side of the home and has a large shower and double sinks just inside the bedroom. There is also a door to the back deck off the bedroom. The left side of the home has the other king bedroom and shares a bath with the adjacent queen bedroom. The shared bathroom features luxury tile in the large shower and double sinks as well. The thoughtful layout ensures that everyone has their own space while enjoying the communal areas.
For an added touch of luxury and entertainment, a spiral staircase leads to the crow's nest on the third floor. Here, a game room awaits, complete with comfortable seating and a PlayStation, providing a perfect spot for family fun and relaxation with panoramic views of the surrounding area.
