About this apartment rental
We provide the apartment in which we regularly spend our weekends and holidays. It has just been REFRESHED and fitted out for 6-8 people with COMFORT and SPACE. Maximum occupancy 6 adults + 2 children.
LARGE T3 (78 m2) VERY BRIGHT with open view in a QUIET area (Andenia)
ON FOOT: The train station and the halls are 10 minutes away. Place LOUIS XIV, the port, the large BEACH and THALASSOTHERAPY at 15 minutes. 2 GOLFS nearby.
Shops AT THE FEET of the building (pharmacy, food, hairdresser, bakery, caterer, pizzeria).
LARGE LIVING ROOM 22 m2 facing south (French windows) and west (window). French window giving access to covered TERRACE 4 m2 with 3-seater bench, high table and 2 stools.
Table 8 people. 2 seater convertible sofa (slatted bed base system for leaving the bed made). 4 armchairs.
Separate kitchen with table for 4 people. DISHWASHER. Large refrigerator / small freezer. Multifunction oven. Microwave oven. 4 gas hob. Extractor hood. Toaster. Kettle. Filter coffee maker. Robot. French window giving access to balcony / covered terrace (same as living room)
Blue room bed 160. French window facing west. Large closet and shelves.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a quiet condominium of 9 apartments. A PARKING space is reserved for the apartment.

Away from the summer bustle of the city center. On foot: Place Louis XIV is 15 minutes away. The train station and halls 10 min. The beach and the thalassotherapy center 15 minutes away.
Chantaco Golf at 2 km and La Nivelle at 3 km.
Access to the entrances / exits of St Jean de Luz without going through the traffic jams in summer.
A secure cycle track is 500 m away and provides access to the city center along the Nivelle.

Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant pour les vélo, la caution et à l'écoute de nos besoins.
Je recommande ce lieu de résidence.

Falta mantenimiento
El apartamento es grande pero está muy descuidado en cuanto a mantenimiento. Entramos y las cortinas estaban descolgadas de un lado de la pared, uno de los lavabos inutilizable porque perdía agua, se quemó una regleta sin estar en casa y nos dejó sin luz, llamamos al propietario y nos tocó adivinar qué había pasado con él al teléfono. Los sofás muy incómodos. Las sillas de la terraza con óxido y el banco sucísimo. Hemos hablado con 4 personas distintas durante el alquiler: la reserva la hicimos con una señora, nos recibió un vecino, nos atendió su marido por WhatsApp y nos devolvió la fianza la hermana del marido.
Cosas buenas: es muy amplio y en cuanro a menaje tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar (excepto las sábanas y las toallas que son de alquiler)

Fantastic holiday apartment
This apartment was more than we expected and we had a very relaxing holiday here.....we have a 2 and 4 yr old and were able to accommodate their sleeping needs perfectly on the bunk bed and pull out bed and plenty of space to play on the rainy day. Check in and communication were prompt and helpful. The balconies and living space gave plenty of place for evening relaxation and kitchen was clean and well appointed. Dishwasher, washing machine and driers also made our holiday easier. The apartment is only a very short drive or walk / bike ride from the town centre and parking at the apartment was also easy. The garage was very convenient for storing Pram, bikes and surf board we took with us. The shop, Boulangerie and pharmacy downstairs were also very convenient. Our only criticism which is very minor was the squeaky double bed!! Overall an excellent apartment highly recommended.

nous recommandons donc cette location. petits commerces en bas du logement très appréciable, et une boulangerie avec des commerçants a la hauteur des client . Merci.

location bien situee et ideale pour une famillee
J'ai apprecie l'emplacement à 2minutes en voiture du centre ville et environ 15-20 minutes à pied.
la location est bien meublée et très bien équipée. La literie manifestement neuve est très confortable.
Il est facile de se garer près de la résidence, un emplacement étant réservé.

Modernisierte, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer kleinen Anlage
Wir haben alles gut vorgefunden und die sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung (die Eigentümer nutzen sie selbst) genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die hilfsbereit waren, war freundlich und schnell. Die Wohnung dürfte aus den 70´er Jahren sein, wurde aber im Juni 2017 fast vollumfänglich renoviert und modernisiert. Praktisch war auch der eigene Parkplatz. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Très belle location à St Jean de Luz!
Très belle semaine dans cet appartement spacieux et décoré avec goût! Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants, les deux chambres sont grandes, notamment celle des enfants avec des lits superposés et 1 grand lit. La salle de bain est également très spacieuse et les doubles vasques sont appréciables.
Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par Sophie et Christophe le propriétaire est très réactif par SMS ou téléphone en cas de besoin.
L'emplacement est idéal pour une ville comme St Jean de Luz où il est très difficile de se stationner, la location est à 15mn à pied du centre ville.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
