The bungalow, located on the sea front, directly leads to the beach. It enjoys of a vast terrace (40 m2) overlooking the Belle Bleue that is perfect for aperitifs, lunches and memorable evenings ! From the lounge or terrace, you will have the impression to be on a boat ! A small creek of sand and rocks is located directly at the foot of the bungalow. The beautiful sandy beach of Sant Ambroggio is about thirty meters away. The area being pedestrian, it is suitable to children. The beachhouse has a central air-conditioning system (warm/cold), a dishwasher, a washing machine, an equipped open plan kitchen, a separate bathroom with bath, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a baby cot and a high chair, TV with integrated DVD, Sound system, Internet, WiFi. There are many excursion possibilities: visit the Agriates desert and the wild beach of Ostricconi, Ile Rousse and the medieval city of Calvi, the beautiful mountain villages Lumio, Pigna, Sant'Antonino, Speloncato, Belgodère, ... You will find the north departure of the famous GR 20 in Calenzana or Bonifato forest. Excursions to the Gulf of Porto, the Calanques of Piana, the Scandola Reserve and the Gulf of Girolata, all magnificent natural sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Shops and restaurant are nearby on the small harbour of the Marine. All the components are gathered to spend perfect holidays near the sea, in one of the most beautiful mountain regions of Corsican Island, 'la Balagne', that has to be discovered ! 2-week rental in high season (15.6 - 15.9). Arrival/departure on saturday. Free WiFi / High-speed fiber. Sheets and bathroom linen are supplied and included in the price. Rules of hygiene and disinfection of the bungalow are strictly applied. Final cleaning charge of 80 € to be paid on site. Flexible cancellation policy (credit note, postponement or refund) in case of impossibility of stay due to Covid-19. This was a great place for two people. The view from the bed is beautiful! The condo has two L shaped rooms plus a bathroom. When you enter there is a sofa and in the L a trundle bed. The next room is a queen size bed looking out onto the sea with a dining table at the foot of the bed and in the L a small adequate kitchen. We were there in November so didn’t use the porch as much as we would have in warmer weather. The owner provided lots of great information and we were warmly received by his representative. You can get near the condo to drop off your luggage but need to park your car a short walk away.

First of all, a big thank you to Loic!!!Communication was great, the list of recommendations was amazing and he even provided little gifts upon arrival. The „concierge“ Nathalie who helped us with check-in/check-out is also super nice and accomodating.
One needs to know that the apartment is in a resort and rather like a townhouse (= less privacy than we thought, because you have close neighbors on each side).
We were a bit unlucky because there were many many mosquitos while we stayed there, so we could not make good use of the terrace and often realized that the apartment is quite small, when you spend most of the time inside instead of using the combined space of both areas.
In our view, some things need renovation or even remodeling (bathroom!) in oder to keep up with the amazing view.

Alles bestens wie beschrieben
Wir haben uns in Loïc's Appartement sehr wohlgefühlt. Top Lage direkt am (eigentlich fast "im" Wasser - vor allem die Terrasse), gute Ausstattung, gute Infrastruktur und unkomplizierter Kontakt sowohl zum Vermieter als auch zu Nathalie, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert. Rundrum zu empfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle location, joliment fleurie et située en première ligne de front de mer. Beaucoup de promenades à proximité immédiate. Equipement de la cuisine et de la terrasse très complet. Excellente documentation sur les activités et promenades. Marine à proximité avec des commerces de qualité. Séjour excellent!

Der Bungalow liegt traumhaft schön, exakt wie auf den Bildern, über die Treppe erreicht man verschiedene Buchten mit weißem Sand und türkisfarbenem Wasser, die Marina ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist bestens, sehr gutes Bett, schönes Geschirr - und der Vermieter ist supernett und hat tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Wer Ruhe zum Entspannen sucht, ist hier genau richtig und der tolle Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unschlagbar.

Une vue et un emplacement idyllique
Chouette dépaysement pour ces vacances d'automne où soleil et eau cristalline étaient au rendez-vous. Le bungalow est vraiment bien situé, la literie confortable et la marine paisible à cette saison.

What you see, is what you get! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Wir haben eine Woche eine super schönen Aufenthalt in Saint Ambroggio verbracht. Die Lage des Bungalows mit der großen Terrasse direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Im Bungalow selbst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuerin vor Ort war sehr freundlich und immer schnell und unkompliziert. Das Wohlbefinden des Gastes steht an erster Stelle. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ferien wirklich direkt am Meer!
Da wir schon einmal in San Ambroggio Ferien gemacht haben, wissen wir, dass die Lage dieser Wohnung wirklich super ist.
Man blickt sowohl von Innen als auch von der schönen Terrasse direkt auf das blaue Meer und kann einen fast privaten Mini-Sandstrand für eine Erfrischung (auch ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Schnorcheln) direkt vor der Wohnung über eine Treppe und ein paar Steine erreichen.
Zum Hauptstrand der Marine San Ambroggio ist es auch nicht weit, zu Fuss auch mit Kleinkindern problemlos machbar. Man sieht ihn auch seitlich von der Terrasse aus.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da der Weg vor dem Haus nur zum Beladen/Entladen befahren werden darf. Der Abstand zum berüchtigten Club Med in San Ambroggio ist gross genug, so dass man hauptsächlich das Meeresrauschen geniessen kann :)
Die Wohnung ist hell und klimatisiert. Das Bad/die Küche ist ok, wenn auch schon ein paar Jahre älter.
Ein Plus ist der Weber-Elektrogrill auf der Terrasse und die moderne und stilvolle Einrichtung. Es hatte mehr als genug Badetücher und bequeme Betten.
Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern (3 und 6) Anfangs Juli da, die Wohnung ist dafür von der Grösse und Sicherheit her bestens geeignet.
Gerne möchten wir eines Tages wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Terrasse direkt am Meer.
Tolle Ferienwohnung am Meer. Auch mit 2 kleinen Kindern super. Längere Mittagsschläfchen oder frühe Zubettgehzeiten sind auf dieser tollen Terasse auch für den Rest der Familie sehr erholsam. Selbst beim Kochen hat man immer Meerblick. Ein Stern Abzug für die Dusche. Die Temperatureinstellung benötigt Fingerspitzengefühl und ändert sich. Unsere Kinder mussten daher immer Baden. Fürs erste Entsanden oder Entsalzen gibt es eine praktische Aussendusche auf der Terrasse.

Entspannend und schön, direkt am Strand
Wer den Text aufmerksam liest und Korsika kennt, der wird, wie wir sehr zufrieden sein mit diesem Bungalow. Es ist nun eben sehr klein, aber super für zu zweit oder für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Einrichtung zeigt klare Zeichen von Abnutzung, aber nichts, das einem den Spass verderben würde. Wir waren eine Woche Mitte April hier, da war die Terrasse abends ab zirka 19h nicht mehr wirklich angenehm. Frühstücken ging dort aber fast jeden Tag. Im Hochsommer dürfte es trotz Klimaanlage wohl deftig warm werden - aber wir würden eh im Hochsommer nicht nach Korsika (sogar auf 2000m Höhe kann es da über 30 Grad heiss werden). Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: die kleine Duschwanne wurde von uns nur zum Baden benutzt da das heisse Wasser aus der Dusche mal zu heiss, mal zu kalt wurde. Das wurde durch die sehr entgegenkommende Art des Besitzers, und auch seiner vor Ort agierenden Verwalterin und Putzkraft, Monique, mehr als kompensiert. Zu erwähnen bleibt, dass die Autos nur zum Ausladen - über unbefestigte Wege - bei die Häuser hier dürfen. Das ist unterm Strich aber nur angenehm, da es so stiller und entspannter ist.

Absolutes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick! Auch die gesamte Abwicklung mit Herrn Desmouceaux war sehr angenehm und professionell. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft schön. Bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un bungalow parfait : décoration de goût, équipement complet et site époustouflant
Notre séjour a été parfait de tout point de vue :
- le propriétaire et la personne en charge de notre accueil ont été super
- le bungalow est parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien, tout est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût
- et cette terrasse avec accès privé à la mer est sans équivalent .... et pourtant nous connaissons bien la Corse et cette région.

Traumterrasse direkt am Meer
Die kleine, gemütliche Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist jedoch, dass man, schon wenn man die blumenumrankte Wohnungstür öffnet, durch die gesamte Wohnung direkt aufs Meer schaut. Noch im Oktober haben wir jeden Morgen auf der traumhaften Terrasse unseren ersten Kaffee mit Meerblick getrunken. Der Strand ist über wenige Stufen zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider war die Bäckerei am Hafen bereits für den Winter geschlossen. Dafür war es wunderbar ruhig. Ein Bijou!

Logement à recommander très chaudement autant pour ses caracteriques propres que pour son environnement.
De quoi contenter petits et grands: idéal pour découvrir la Balagne, nombreuses activités à proximité.
Une terrasse formidable où il est agréable de se reposer pendant que les enfants se baignent en contrebas ou bien pêchent dans les rochers!

Ganz herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bemühungen und Aufmerksamkeiten, wie die Köstlichkeiten, die bei unserer Ankunft bereit standen.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt in diesem Urlaub, da alles Nützliche in Ihrem Bungalow und wie beschrieben vorhanden war. Sogar topografische Karten, die uns wundervolle Wanderungen ermöglichten.
Unsere Kinder fragen jetzt schon, wann wir wieder nach Korsika fahren.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, es war einfach nur traumhaft!

We very much appreciated the tips from Loic which saved us a lot of time. It was perfect location and perfect holidays and we would definitely recommend it again!

We visited in the off season, but had no problem finding places to eat in nearby Calvi. We also loved exploring the picturesque hilltop villages, especially Pigna (make sure you visit the Casa Musicale restaurant).
The owner, Loïc, gave us lots of information to make our stay great, and the handover process was really easy.
It was our first stay in Corsica and the boys still now ask us to go back to "the beach house".

This was the perfect spot for a romantic holiday - my husband and I had the most wonderful time. The bungalow has everything you would need - comfy bed, well appointed kitchen and a terrace facing the sea where you can just unwind whilst sipping a glass of Corsican wine.
The pictures and description are very accurate and the owner gives you lots of tips and suggestions for visits and places to eat in the area.
We have already recommended this place to all our friends - we just hope they don't all go so that there is still availability for when we want to return!
