You want the sun, the blue sky, the sea, the scents of the Midi and relaxation in peace in a small corner of paradise So come to our Provencal villa (classified 3 stars) which offers you an idyllic setting of the French Riviera and which allows you to give yourself to your heart. With a flowered and closed garden of approximately 400 m2, bathed in the scent of umbrella pines, cypresses, mimosas, lavenders and oleanders, it welcomes you with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, bathroom all with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, 2 terraces, one of which is 70m2 in Bavarian flagstone with a beautiful view over the golf course and pine forests; charming pergola covered with plants and flowers. In one of the most popular areas of Ste Maxime, free access (about 500 m): large 20x10 m swimming pool, children's pool, open from May 1 to September 30. 5 tennis courts. Full household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, TV with English and German channels, ect, TNT, DVD, Wifi, baby cot.
Our mazet is in an exceptional geographical location, close to the beach and the town center, with a very beautiful view, quiet and far from the famous summer traffic jams of St Tropez.
- The residence is completely secure, you can park your car in the private car park just 30m from the house.
- There are not many rentals. Most of the villas are second homes. Some have their own swimming pool. Therefore, the large swimming pool (20x10m) of the residence is never saturated;
- Cycling life is quite possible in our region. Close to home, there is a wide and well-marked cycle path that takes you either to the beach or to the city center. Note that this track extends to St Tropez. There is also the cycle path of the old little train of the Pignes (a beautiful road, calm, in the nature, with sea view) on the side of Issambres, which extends over 8 km.
All the household appliances are of good quality as well as the equipment of the house.

Lovely peaceful location in Saint Maxime with views across the hills and within half an hour walk to the centre.
Size of property worked well for the three of us. Good internet and comfortable living room. Could do with a few more coffee cups in the kitchen! Tennis courts a real bonus (when we found them).
Friendly and informative host and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The landlady accepted us and the 4 dogs in her nice haouse in Ste. Maxime! This is extraordinary. I hope we left the house in a proper state.

Schöner Ort mit schönem Strand,
Das Haus liegt ruhig auf dem Berg, schönes Haus mit schöner Terrasse und schönem Blick. Das Inventar ist veraltet und müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht werden auch die Stühle und der Tisch auf beiden Terrassen müßten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das erste was wir machen mußten die Kaffeemaschine sauber machen und die Gläser und Tassen Spülen da die scheinbar in der Maschine ohne Tap gespült worden sind. Die Strände die in der Gegend sind schön aber nur für Menschen die keinen Hund haben. Überall Hundeverbot, es gibt Strände wo man mit Hund hin kann, da kann man aber nicht Schwimmen da das Meer dort voll mit Felsen und Steinen ist

Die Terrasse und der eingezäunte Garten waren toll,auch für unseren Hund. Die Einrichtung ist alt und verbraucht.

La location correspond a l’annonce. Petite maison très agréable dans une résidence calme et bien placée. Bon contact avec la propriétaire qui se montre prévenante et disponible.
La pisicine collective mériterait d’être agrémentée de transats.

Uitermate vies en zeer slecht onderhouden accomodatie
Wij hebben als gezin (2 kinderen en 2 volwassenen) deze accommodatie gehuurd. De foto's en recensies waren goed, dus boeken maar.
Bij aankomst meldt je je bij de eigenaresse, samen doe je de incheck. Bij binnenkomst komt de muffe lucht je tegemoet. je kijkt toch even in alle kasten, kamers, koelkast etc. Alles plakten, de koelkast stonk en was warm, dikke lage stof en vet overal, schimmel in de badkamer, douchedeur stuk, vastgeplakte WC borstel, wcbril stuk, servies en pannen stonden onafgewassen in de kast (al zeer lange tijd volgens mij). De etensresten van de vorige gasten lagen nog op de bank en in de koelkast. Het bedlinnen zat vol gaten en de handdoeken waren net schuurpapier. Verder is het huis niet onderhouden alles kraakt, valt uit elkaar en is oud.
We hebben de eigenaresse terug laten komen, maar die vond het allemaal niet en vond ons Nederlanders een te hoge standaard hebben qua hygiëne. Maar goed na lang volhouden, is de schoonmaakster langsgekomen om het huisje alsnog schoon te maken, ik zal de details van de schoonmaak achterwege laten. Conclusie er wordt nooit schoongemaakt, hooguit afgelapt, wat zichtbaar is en wat met 1 doek kan worden gedaan.
We hebben een vervanging gekregen voor de kapotte koelkast, een oude koelkast van de eigenaresse. Deze stonk nog meer, wat ook direct in je eten ging zitten. Kortom we hebben alle dagen buiten de deur gegeten en gedronken. De eigenaresse blijft het ontkennen en is stellig van mening dat ze een welverzorgde accommodatie aanbiedt. Wij raden het niet aan.

Très joli et charmant Mazet aménagé correctement ( four, four micro onde , lave vaisselle ,grand frigidaire avec congélateur, plaque cuisson, barbecue ) avec 3 terrasses joliments arborées et protégées du vis à vis. Belle situation dans les collines ,calme, espace devant la terrasse avec joli coucher de soleil. Piscine proche .Propriétaire adorable , disponible a toute demande. Pour d'agréables vacances et découverte de ce magnifique département du VAR .

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen mit traumhaftem Ausblick und underschönem,großen Garten. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet(vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts!)
Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Check-in problemlos.
Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig,dadurch sehr entspannend.Trotzdem ist man in Kürze in der Stadt bzw am Strand.
Für uns war es eine perfekte Unterkunft!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse und einer netten Vermieterin
Alles in allem genau so wie es beschrieben ist. Sehr hübsches, ruhig gelegenes Apartment, eine sehr schöne Terrasse und mehr als genügend Platz für uns vier. Die Vermieterin wohnt quasi direkt neben an. Sehr unkomplizierte Übernahme und Rückgabe des Apartments. Die Gegend selbst braucht man denke ich nicht weiter zu beschreiben.
Endreinigung übernimmt auf jeden Fall die Vermieterin gegen eine Zahlung von 50 Euro - selbst reinigen durch die Gäste macht sie nicht mehr, da dies wohl häufiger nicht so erledigt wurde, wie sie es sich gewünscht hätte. Stromkosten werden mit 0,14 Cent pro kw/h extra berechnet. (Bei uns - Anfang März mit E-Heizung - knapp unter 30 Euro für 5 Übernachtungen). Auf jedenfall ein empfehlenswertes Domizil, dass sich auch durch solche Annehmlichkeiten wie Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Backofen etwas von vielen anderen Angeboten abhebt. Aber wie schon in einer anderen Rezession auch geschrieben: Ein neuer, (vor allem viel leiserer) Staubsauger wäre toll ;-)

Parkplatz sind vor dem Hause gegeben.
Das WLAN/wifi ist sehr gut.
In der Wohnung an der Terrassentür waren ein paar Ameisen zu sehen, dies war aber kein großes Problem.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant dans une magnifique région où de nombreuses choses sont à découvrir. La location est bien intégrée au paysage. C'est très calme tout en etant proche des commerces. La plage est également toute proche. La maison est d'une superficie convenant parfaitement à 4 personnes. La terrasse offre une belle vue et est spacieuse. Le logement est parfaitement équipé

War ein schöner Urlaub im Haus von Madame Gerhard
Das Haus selbst und die Lage waren total in Ordnung. Ausstattung war prima, vor allem die Spül- und Waschmaschine waren toll. Der Pool (1min) und der öffentliche Strand (5min) sind am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Leider braucht man morgens auch das Auto falls man frische Sachen vom Bäcker haben möchte.
Der Garten hat vor allem unseren Kindern gut gefallen. Dort gibt es einiges zu Entdecken und tolle Ideen zum spielen. Vor uns war wohl ein Hundebesitzer im Haus, denn es waren noch einige Hundehaare vorhanden. Ausserdem wär ein neuer Staubsauger notwendig.

Schöner Bungalow mit diversen Terrassen, auf der einen Seite kann in der Sonne Frühstücken und auf der anderen Seite die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genießen.

We had a really good stay at the beautiful located House. Everything you need is existent, Barbecue, Gas stove, a large Terrasse with a nice view, 5 min way to the Tennis courts and the swimming pool and sattelite TV with various international TV stations and a helpful and responsible owner. Communication with the owner is uncomplicated, her english is very good and she is really friendly.

Ns avons passé quinze jours de repos au calme dans un cadre très agréable. Cette location a tout le confort, beaucoup de vaisselles, de poêles et casseroles, des petits appareils électroménagers neufs, enfin très bon confort, jardin assez grand et bien clôturé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute. Ns tenons vraiment à les remercier.

Our First Experience in Saint Maxime.
The explanations and discription as well as the photos reflected the reality of the property.
The house, nice garden and terrace were in very good condition and very clean.
The furnishiings and appliances were in excellent condition, the kitchen and equipment were up-to-date and in perfect working order.
Large dining table for six persons, large sitting room area with fireplace, terrace with dining facilities well equiped aith chairs and
loungers as well as a BBQ grill were available.
The owners were very friendly and helpfull and were always available when needed.
The house is situated in a very quiet residential area,centrally located and within a five minute drive to Saint Maxime and the shopping
mall and the beach. A large swimming pool and tennis place were also available nearby.
We spent a very pleasant holiday three weeks (4 adults).
We would highly recommend this property to ousr friends.

We (a German family) stayed there with a baby for 7 weeks and experienced a very warm welcome by the owners and a very clean and well equipped (incl. Weber grill, international TV, ...) apartment with a stunning view from the terrace. The location is very nice, beaches and city are nearby.
Our expectations were over fulfilled. We will definitely come back again.
