My family and I had a great time at Marie's villa. The big plus of this house is the outdoor, garden and wood deck, very pleasant dining al fresco and the layout of the place on one floor that is enjoyable as everyone has their own independence and separate place. The location of the house is ideal in my sense as it is quiet and hidden from the tourists, yet a quick and pleasant bike trip (5-10 min) to all the amenities, market, beach, etc. of the town of Cap ferret. The house is well decorated and appointed. All the beds and linen in the house are comfortable. A special mention for the comfortable and pretty master bedroom with its own bathroom which is rarely found in older French houses. The owner, Marie, is friendly and very easy to talk to. She responds very quickly to any inquiries and emails. We had such a great stay in Marie's villa that we are coming back this year!

We had the pleasure to stay in this charming house in June 2014. The house itself is located at the heart of the 44 ha area and very closed to the Bassin beach which is ideal for young kids or casual morning walks. The terrasse is a great living space to host and the house is well decorated with personal and warm touch. We were pleasantly welcomed by the owner and the house offered a comfortable stay for our families from overseas who visited the Arcachon Bay for the first time. It is an ideal stay for a large family with independant bedrooms leading to the surrounding terrasse. The kitchen could have been larger but that's a detail in view of the overall property.

simple, pure même, luxueuse pour le Cap - ferret, contemporaine mais chaleureuse et familiale .On est reçus par la charmante propriétaire comme des amis avec des petits cadeaux , un "kit de survie" qui indique ses bonnes adresses et les noms des médecins et autres à contacter en cas de problème . on se sent portés !et l'accueil est chaleureux et sympatique . la maison est très soignée ,d'ailleurs la peronne qui se charge de l'état des lieux d'entrée vient 3x dans la semaine l'après midi ,entretenir la maison pour que notre confort et notre repos soient complets . à nous le hamac ,les chaises longues ,la plancha etles siestes au soleil sur les gros coussins bleus de la terrasse!la vie est belle ,douce et gaie dans TESS et nous reviendrons écouter ses bons disques et regarder les dvd laissés à notre disposition . tout se fait avec une sympathie amicale . on trouve à l'arrivée des petits savons neufs ,des kleenex ,du papier sopalin et de l' épicerie bien pratiques .on peut aussi laisser ce qui reste pour les autres amis de TESS car tous ont le meme état d'esprit amical et sain de respect et d'entraide . La règle est simple :on remplace pour les autres ce qu'on a utilisé et cela évite d'avoir à faire toutes les courses le premier jour et crée une ambiance "maison d'amis ".Le jardin est joli très végétal et bien entretenu dans le style 44 hectares que nous aimons ,sauvage et sophistiqué à la fois ,avec de douces odeurs .il est très bien éclairé la nuit et on peut en profiter tard grace à la terrasse abritée de l'humidité et aux nasses de pêche(paniers de pêcheurs du bassin d'Arcachon)qui ont été revisitées en lustres de terrasse offrant le soir à la veillée de douces lumières tamisées.Que dire de plus pour vous donner envie de vous offrir ainsi qu'à ceux que vous aimez quelques jours de détente iodée, ensoleillés ,ou même la cuisine de vient un plaisir avec cette installation extérieure .
