1st level: entrance, large living room, small kitchen, WC, large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.french windows opening on the garden and terraces,; covered balcony in front of the dining room. Sea view. Possibility : 1 bed more (child) in the living room alcove.
1st floor: mezzanine, and bedroom with bed 140 , very bright, bathroom and wc, balcony with beautiful sea view
ground floor: 2 beds 90/190, bathroom, wc. terrace and garden.

very charming:
Provencal style, handmade tiles from Salernes, floors in parfeuilles, ancient furniture.
all the windows and french windows are new.
car port in the property, + possibility 1 parking space in front of the property.

The largest sandy beach of the Côte d'Azur, Cavalaire Croix Valmer (4kms).
Numerous water sports, diving on wrecks, walks on the coastal paths. Daily shuttles to the islands of Hyères (from the port).

We had a lovely time at Fabienne's house. A traditional house with amazing views over the bay of Cavalaire, it afforded our family of three plenty of space, particularly on the terrace and in the garden. There is always a shady spot to sit no matter what time of day, and the property's position on the hill means the house always benefits from a nice sea breeze, without the need for air conditioning. The beaches of Cavalaire are a short drive away and the town offers a good range of shopping and restaurants. Fabienne was very prompt at replying to our queries and always helpful. Thank you, we had a very nice stay.

Schönes Haus in Cavalaire sur Mer. Im Haus findet man alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit schöner Terrasse für das Frühstück und das Abendessen. Die Schlafzimmer sind über drei Stockwerke verteilt. Bäcker und Geschäfte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Es gibt einen schönen Wochenmarkt. Der Strand, der in Cavalaire beginnt zieht sich bis zum Plage von La-Croix Valmer. Dort kann man Wassersport in jeglicher Form praktizieren, unsere Kinder haben dort Surfen gelernt. Zu empfehlen ist das Centre Nautique de La Croix Valmer. Ausflüge zum Wandern, Schnorcheln und Baden sind gut möglich. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Gartenpark Domaine du Rayol im nächsten Ort. Empfehlenswert für eine Wanderung auf der Halbinsel Hyres einen Abstecher nach Madrague des Giens, dann gut 4-5 Stunden Zeit mitnehmen, Essen Getränke und Schnorchelausrüstung und gutes Schuhwerk für den Sentier Litoral, die Landschaft ist herrlich.

Une vue magnifique, une villa pratique et confortable, la possibilité de rejoindre la plage, le port, la ville de Cavalaire et sa zone commerciale sans recourir à la voiture sont des atouts que nous avons appréciés parmi beaucoup d'autres.

Toilettes et salle de bain à chaque étage, un vrai plus. Terrasse agréable, vue sublime sur la baie de Cavalaire et la Méditerranée. Joli jardin.

Maison agréable, bien équipée (salles d'eau pour chaque chambre et équipement électro-ménager complet) et bénéficiant de plusieurs terrasses accessibles, au soleil ou à l'ombre. Belle vue sur mer. Seuls bémols: l'éloignement relatif du centre et l'humidité de l'espace inférieur (fréquente à Cavalaire dans ce type de construction).
