Logement parfaitement conforme au descriptif, propre, complet, lumineux, une vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil, la plage à 100m, des kilomètres de balades en forêt des Landes, le Top ! Accueil très sympathique avec la propriétaire, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Ein toller Strand in grandioser Umgebung

Eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung nur 50 m vom Strand weg. So dicht waren wir noch nie dran! Mimizan ist ein Ort für Leute die Sonne, Sand und Abwechslung suchen. Wellenreiten, Kitesurfen, Sonnenbaden und Co finden die perfekte Umgebung während gleichzeitig lange Fahrradtouren in den Pinienwäldern auf sehr gut ausgebauten Radwegen Erholung bieten. Im Umkreis gibt es tolle Ausflugsziele die auch einen Besuch lohnen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Abende auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Jederzeit würden wir wieder hinfahren.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour a MIMIZAN Plage, l'appartement était conforme a nos attentes, décoré avec beaucoup de gout et extrêmement bien équipé. Une jolie vue sur la mer que nous pouvions voir de la terrasse….Parking facile et proche du centre. Cela nous a donné envie d'y revenir cet été. Propriétaire trés sympathique..

Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub für Meeresfreunde!

Wir bewohnten das Appartement mit 5 Personen (davon 3 Kinder) und Hund. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Meerblick von der Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und das Meer mit Strand in Sichtweite. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und es gibt immer hohe Wellen. Unsere Kinder liebten das Wellensurfen. Für Kleinkinder kann es mitunter durch die Brandung gefährlich sein. Abends ist es ruhig, da das Zentrum mit Geschäften und abendlichen Attraktionen fußläufig ca. 15 Min. entfernt liegt. Man sollte wissen, dass es in Mimizan eine Papierfabrik gibt. Hier kommt es bei Wind vom Landesinneren zu Geruchsbelästigungen. Wir hatten diesen Fall 3-4 Mal in 14 Tagen und dann jeweils maximal für 1-2 Std. Man sollte jedoch darauf gefasst sein 😉. Im Vergleich zu deutschen Ferienwohnungen in ähnlichen Preislagen ist der Standard nicht vergleichbar was Einrichtung und Ausstattung betrifft, aber wer bereits öfter in Frankreich war weiß dies und wird darauf eingestellt sein. Trotzdem fanden wir den gezahlten Mietpreis schon hoch und denken, dass man möglicherweise noch günstigere Unterkünfte in der Gegend finden könnte. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir schon lange nicht mehr so erholt nach Hause kamen.

"We had a wonderful week in this extraordinary apartment. The large terrasse offers a unique view over the sea and the apartment offers the comfort one needs for a relaxing holiday at its best. The beach is really close (2min walk)and for everyday needs a supermarket and little shops in the town centre are not too far and reachable by foot or car in less than 5-10 min. We hope to come back one day since everything was perfect and the landlords provided us a very charming welcome and farewell."
