900 m from the La Clusaz ski area (LAQUAIS ski lift)
1km300 from the "CROIX-FRY MERDASSIER" station tracks for intermediate and beginner skiers, as well as departure for cross-country ski tracks for the Beauregard plateau
5. km500 from all shops and activities at LA CLUSAZ station.
Free ski bus: Stop in front of the chalet: Line center station LA CLUSAZ via telemix de l'Etale, les Joux, les Laquais, chalet La Feuilleraie, station Croix Fry –Merdassier.
Possibility of going on skis to reach the La Clusaz ski area, and returning to ski at the chalet. Around the chalet, a large snow field for playing.

- KITCHEN CORNER fully equipped: electric oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, fridge, elements with everything you need in cookware (pressure cooker, dishes, glassware, cutlery) dishwasher, microwave oven, electric coffee maker.
- A MEZZANINE of 6.5m² overlooking the living room with a single bed.
- A 10 m² BEDROOM with two 90 cm beds, storage cupboard.
Blankets, pillows, bolsters, and sheets are provided.
- AN ENTRANCE HALL of 2.5m²
- A BATHROOM with bath, sink, W-C. with an area of 4m²
Central heating. Hot water. Cold water.
- A PRIVATE BALCONY, garden table, chairs, parasol.
The apartment is equipped with cleaning equipment, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner. From an ironing board and iron, clothes line stored in a small closet on the balcony.

In winter, access road to the chalet perfectly cleared by the services of the D. D. E., however in snowfall conditions special equipment is recommended.
