Apartment N ° 3 located on the 2nd floor classified 2 stars of 55 m² located east-west.
Located in a chalet with 4 apartments, including that of the owner, between the Massif de l'Etale and the Massif de Beauregard.
900 m from the La Clusaz ski area (LAQUAIS ski lift)
1km300 from the "CROIX-FRY MERDASSIER" station tracks for intermediate and beginner skiers, as well as departure for cross-country ski tracks for the Beauregard plateau
5. km500 from all shops and activities at LA CLUSAZ station.
Free ski bus: Stop in front of the chalet: Line center station LA CLUSAZ via telemix de l'Etale, les Joux, les Laquais, chalet La Feuilleraie, station Croix Fry –Merdassier.
Possibility of going on skis to reach the La Clusaz ski area, and returning to ski at the chalet. Around the chalet, a large snow field for playing.

We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. On arrival we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by Francette and David who guided us around the property and provided us with valuable information which was very much appreciated.
The apartment was equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay with magnificent mountain views and only a very short drive into La Clusaz.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be returning.
