About this villa rental

Villa with green enclosed garden, exotic palms, wooden terraces around the pool with alarm, covered terrace for nice barbecues. Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, living room fireplace, large screen TV, Internet, air-conditioned villa. Villa located 5 km from the ocean beaches and the marine lake, surf schools, the fishing port of Capbreton, equestrian center and ponies club, outdoor games for children in Angresse, pine forests and gastronomy Landes . All to have fun.
Villa equipped for 8 people, pets are not allowed: the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, for 7 or 14 nights.
Ground floor entrance hall, wc, kitchen open to living room, library lounge, Wi-fi throughout the house, laundry and dryer, 4 bedrooms upstairs with TV and cupboards, 2 bathrooms, one with corner bath and balneotherapy shower, 2 toilets on the floor and 1 toilet on the ground floor.

We had a great week and the house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are lovely and the house was well equipped. The location is in a residential area so there is normal housing estate noise like motor bikes and dogs so be aware of this. It didn’t bother us but we normally choose somewhere more remote. Jean, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. It would be even better if there was more information about local restaurants and towns as well as nicer quality sheets. We would recommend it!

Jean our host provided us with the most superb holiday villa. 2 years delayed due to the pandemic, it was worth every second. The villa was of an immaculate standard and superb cleanliness. The layout and sizings of the bedrooms was perfect for a family holiday, and with Hossegor so close, we weren’t short of things to do. We look forward to returning!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien, also 4 Erwachsene + 2 Teenager in dieser sehr schönen Urlaubsvilla. Wir fanden alles so gut vor wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung ist ein reines, ruhiges Wohngebiet. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, selbst mit Utensilien, welche man eigentlich in einem solchen Objekt gar nicht vermutet. Besonders genossen wir die Aussenterasse mit Garten und Pool. Man fand auch immer noch eine ruhige Ecke für sich selbst, Innen wirkte es besonders durch die Galerie und Aufteilung der Schlafräume oben sehr offen und groß. Das Duschpanel ist großzügig und überraschend, it den einzelnen Einstellungen, welche jeder selbst erfahren sollte... :-). Lediglich die Anzahl der Hand-/Duschtücher sollte transparenter sein, da je 1x pro Gast womöglich nicht jedem reichz. Geschirrtücher sind auch vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Icemaker war auch sehr begehrt. Sicher wird bei höheren Temperaturen auch die Klimaanlage sehr nützlich sein. Da bei uns die Temperatur unter 30 grad blieb war es nicht so nötig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Objekt immer wieder wählen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Angresse. Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit und das Haus mit Pool ist sehr sehr schön. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Wohngegend nahe Hossegor

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht. Jean und Francoise haben uns herzlich empfangen und viele Tips für die Region gegeben. Die Villa liegt in einer gepflegten ruhigen Wohngegend 20 Minuten von Hossegor und Seignosse entfernt, die Outlets von Soort-Hossegor sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie der nächste große Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, an alles ist gedacht. Es gibt eine separate Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Besonders auch die Eiswürfelmaschine wurde von uns häufig genutzt. Auch sehr durchdacht sind die zwei getrennten Schlafbereiche im Obergeschoss. Natürlich ist aber besonders die Außenanlage mit der überdachten Terrasse, der Außenküche und dem wundervollen Pool einfach traumhaft! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen, gerade wenn man zwar zentral wohnen will, aber trotzdem nicht mitten im touristischen Trubel.

Family holiday that will stay with us forever

We spent a wonderful week (4 adults and 4 children) at Jean and Francoise's beautiful house. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, it was wonderful. We were well received, given great tips and a lovely welcome package. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures and it was perfect for us 2 families - the children absolutely loved their week and we parents were able to keep an eye on them and their antics in the pool, while cooking/eating/washing since the layout of the house is perfect. Another great thing was the covered outdoor area, which we used for cooking and eating - we actually did not eat inside once, despite thunder storms one day and rain the next! We were at the house during the week when France was baking in the sun and despite this we were able to sleep comfortably, thanks to the air con - though it was incredibly warm outside during those nights! When we had questions for Jean/Francoise, they were always readily available to help - even sending someone to provide us ice when we had used up all the ice from the ice machine and feared that it had broken... the fridge was working fine, it was just 42•c outside and we had not notice how much ice we were using! We stayed at other properties during our trips to France and I must say it was great to arrive at an immaculate property for once, even if this meant removing everything before checkout (we asked for the cleaning service on departure), it is probably the first time we had a place that was REALLY well cleaned. If you are looking for somewhere in this area and don't want to be in the middle of a lively area, I cannot recommend the place enough. It is perfect for families and people who want to retreat to the peacefulness of a home with all the modern luxuries that you would need. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette agréable villa. Située dans un quartier calme, nous avons pu profiter du très beau jardin et bien sûr de la piscine. La maison est superbe, moderne et très bien décorée. Proche d'Hossegor, Seignosse et Capbreton, nous avons un accès rapide au lac, aux plages et au port. Nous avons également passé une excellente journée à St Jean de Luz à une quarantaine de minutes seulement. Bref une très belle semaine. Nous remercions M et Mme Ramos pour leur très bon accueil. Manon, Benjamin, Nathalie et Ghislain.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einer modernen gut ausgestatteten Villa

Wir waren mit 2 Familien sehr zufrieden mit der für uns perfekten Unterkunft. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, mit offenem Luftraum und zwei getrennten Schlafbereichen im ersten OG. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet; drinnen und draußen gibt es ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und Chillzonen. Wir haben den Grill und die Außenküche häufig genutzt, denn der Blick auf den sauberen gepflegten Pool ist gerade auch abends immer wieder schön. Die Villa befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet - 15 Autominuten vom Strand und von Hossegors schönem Ortskern entfernt. Die Abwicklung mit Familie Ramos hat reibungslos geklappt. Schön wäre, wenn auch Duschhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden würden. Wir kommen gern wieder und können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Très belle villa très spacieuse confortable et moderne, nous avons passé le réveillon de la saint sylvestre entre amis salle à manger au top !! Repas au coin du feu..nous reviendrons sans hésiter cet été pour profiter de la superbe piscine , la villa est très bien située à Angresse beau village proche des commerces, à 5 min d' hossegor, du golf ..je recommande vivement cette location ! Merci à Jean et son épouse Françoise pour leur disponibilité.
