Wanting to wake just a couple feet from the water with the best view of the lake? My one bedroom lake condo is just that as there is no rental on the lake closer to the water.
Great for couples and small families- Bedroom has a comfortable king bed and queen size double stacked air mattress that self-inflates. The lake condo has all amenities of a home as well as a shared spacious patio with plenty of seating and a 300 foot dock for your use!

Included- Fresh sheets and blankets on all beds as well as extra sheets in closet for air mattress. Plates, silverware, glassware, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, outdoor grill, & beach towels.
The condo dock is a local fisherman favorite! Referred to by locals as the "dollar dock" for the past 70 years. People pay $3 to fish on the dock during the summer but it is free to condo guests. There are also 22 boat hoists on the dock so there is a fair amount of traffic around the condos all summer!
For days spent inside, there is a record player with many classics, cards, board games, janga, books, Amazon fire stick with all major streaming app’s, and access to my YouTube TV account with over 80 channels.
Also for your use is an assortment of games kept in the garage which include can jam, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, connect 4, bounce battle, and frisbee golf. Some can be played on the property and you are welcome to take games to the park 4 blocks up the street!

Parking for one vehicle in the driveway. There is plenty of room for extra vehicles and boat trailers along the street just across the road from the condo.
Bring your bicycles, kayaks, etc. and keep them in the garage if you'd like.
You can tie up to and use the dock but if you plan to tie up your boat overnight, please talk to me ahead of time. Swimming from the dock is okay as I do have a ladder, but City Beach and State Beach are much better options to enjoy the water.

When you first arrive to the condo you will use a digital key code to get in to the building, head down one flight of stairs, and use another key code to get in to the condo.Once you have checked in, you will be able to avoid the stairs by using the back sliding door in the condo and use the concrete ramp along the side of the building leading to the driveway. Contact me ahead of time if you need me to assist in getting in without using the stairs at all.

Property was as advertised. Very nice place on the water. Had fun catching fish on the dock.

Nice modern condo. Beautiful view. Pullout couch was a little hard, but that's what they usually are. The bedroom vent also didn't work so it was quite toasty even with the fan. Parking was tricky also because the street parking is used by the golf course across the street. Otherwise it was a great stay. Only a 5 minute or so drive to downtown.

Great location, quiet, easy access, clean, plenty of coffee! We ate out the two day stay so didn't really need anything in the kitchen but fully equipped. The deck is shared which might be a draw back for some but we had no problems. Loved the views from the deck and one of the few places to rent on the lake.

Property was very nice and clean, bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our quiet time on the deck a lot, nobody bothered us. We enjoyed our sunsets and beautiful moonlight reflecting in the water.

Everything about this place was just what you would want in a weekend rental on the lake. The only negative was we had communicated with the property manager about the use of a private dock only to find out upon our arrival the dock had been removed and no one communicated with us. this significantly altered the structure of our extended weekend, which was focused around fishing. Had the dock been in place as originally planned, stay would’ve been perfect.

A lovely little unit, well equipped and maintained. Unfortunately, privacy is compromised by a walkway to a public dock which goes directly in front of the windows. Also, the small deck is shared with another unit and from the front room, you look directly across to the front room of the other unit. This was not mentioned in the listing and should be.

Photo of the property was misleading re lakefront and patio. Photo does not show multiple docks and harbored boats. It also appears that this unit is ground level with the dock but it is not. We burned candles to deal with the odor of the unit and had to ask for TP. We would liken this unit to a fisherman’s getaway, not a lake apartment.

This beautiful lake side location can’t be beat!
The open kitchen - living room with door wall to a shared deck right on the water made this a very restful stay. We especially enjoyed listening to vintage records on the turntable and watching beautiful sunsets from the dock.

Great lake view! Quiet location. Property is as shown with the exception of different living room furniture. Listing doesn't mention the flight of stairs to initially enter the condo. After initial entry you can access unit via the sloped sidewalk. Bed was comfortable. Small bathroom (not pictured) but adequate. Really enjoyed the quietness, the lake view and chirping birds. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our weekend away. It was nice to have the sliding door open and hear the waves and activity on the lake. Location was great to get to restaurants and shops. Will stay again.

Nice place, beats ay of the local hotels by a long shot. Nice view, easy to access, nice kitchen, very comfy lay-z-boy chair and a great bed.
