About this apartment rental
This beautiful ocean front condo, which has been completely renovated, is the perfect beach oasis. This three bedroom one bath home is steps off the warm sand. Other homes claim "you don't get any closer to the ocean than this" I claim to be closest of all home to the ocean, just read my reviews! Sit on the deck and enjoy the crashing waves or grab a boogie board and enjoy the surf! This home is decorated in calming blues and greens with all brand new furniture. There's an out door shower and beach chairs. The beds have linens and the home has towels (bath and beach). This home is located on New Hampshire's premium 4 star, family friendly, Seabrook Beach. Enjoy the arcades in Salisbury or Hampton beaches, or perhaps a nice stroll through Newburyport, Ma or Portsmouth, NH, just minutes away. This house is a duplex (2 condos side by side). My wife and I live next door.

5/5! We have had the pleasure of viewing this wonderful beach front property over the years and were elated when an opening became available.
We booked this reservation over six months in advance. For us, the location was ideal, not just because we love the community, but because of the closeness to Boston where our daughter is undergoing treatment for Leukemia.
As the summer approached, it was through an email reminder, that we realized we booked the wrong week. We were devastated.
However, we immediately contacted the host of the property and explained that we made an error. Without hesitation, the host quickly checked the schedule of further rentals and was so kind in working with us to ensure our daughter, and family, were able to get a summer vacation. We knew that this might be difficult, maybe impossible, as summer had begun.
Going above and beyond, showing great compassion, we were able to figure out a plan. Although we have not formally stayed in the home yet, we cannot wait. We have seen this property first hand, love the front deck that sits on the sand, the open concept, and nautical feel. We have friends that rent too.
The hosts kindness and ability to connect with us as a family, was unforgettable. We were not simply a business transaction, we were a family seeking to make memories in a beautiful home and community. The hosts recognition of this sets them above the rest! Cannot wait to share our official review when the time comes!

The property was beautiful and right on the beach. It was perfect for a weekend with our grandkids. We would return to this property again. Our hosts were fantastic and made us feel very welcome.

The house was perfect, clean and on the water. The hosts were so sweet and friendly. We did not want to leave. Just to be able to put down devices and disconnect was just the reset we needed. We will be back next year. Our new favorite place. ❤️

This property has everything you could possibly need for a great week on the beach. Don’t worry about packing any of your own towels, linens, or kitchen tools. Chip and Camille provide everything you could need - pots and pans, corkscrews and martini glasses, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The view and beach access are amazing, and the grill and outdoor shower are nice bonuses! 5 stars aren’t enough to show how much we loved it. Already have our summer 2024 stay booked. Thanks Chip and Camille!

The location couldn't have been more perfect! Right on the beach! The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The host lives next door and were very gracious! Would DEFINITELY come back again!

I can't say enough about this property. It was amazing. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we would need. My favorite thing was watching the sunrise on the deck with my morning coffee. Chip and Camille were great hosts and super responsive! We would definitely rent this property again!!

We had a great weekend getaway that is truly few steps from the sand, with relaxing view and sound of the waves from the porch and living room. The property is very clean and well equipped. Our hosts C&C were so gracious and even surprised us with a champagne for our anniversary! The free snacks were really nice to have on our one lazy, rainy afternoon. Booked our next stay already!

Chip and Camille were wonderful hosts. The home is beautifully renovated, and you cannot beat the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay - especially enjoying morning coffee while watching the crashing surf and the sun rise over the water.

What a wonderful first time getaway with our 3 year old and 18 month old to the ocean. It was our first family vacation. We felt like the home was very clean, accommodating hosts, and we felt like we were at home. Our girls loved playing in the sand and ocean. We were so excited the trip went so well :) Thank you!

This property was a great October visit. The waves were high and fun to watch from the couch in the liviing room. Afternoons were warm enough for the kids to play in the sand (and the bravest in the waves). Walkable to a few restaurants and even to Hampton Beach tourist area if you're up for it.

It was a great place to stay on the beach. The whole family had a great time and loved it. It had all the little touches and was very cozy and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Would totally return in the future.

We loved our stay at this home, with its well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room that looks right out onto the water. Chip was very helpful and our short stay was relaxing and luxurious -- a perfect end to the summer!

Gorgeous Home and Beach Stay
Great experience! Amazing home, absolutely gorgeous with everything you could need. Nothing is forgotten here. One step out onto a beautiful, clean, large beach and ocean. Could not ask for more. I would have stayed longer if it was available! The owners were so accommodating and helpful. Thank you!!

This home is beautiful! Ocean views are amazing and Chip and Camille are excellent hosts. It is evident they want you to enjoy your stay, they are very kind and provide helpful recommendations about the area. The little touches including house snacks were great! The house was also extremely clean.
I would definitely stay here again in the future!

What a wonderful stay at Camille and Chip's house. They are so welcoming and generous, they made our stay so pleasant. We bring back wonderful family memories. And as a Montrealer who hadn't been able to come to New England for the past two years, what a treat it was to be so close to the ocean. We missed it! thank you again Camille and Chip, we hope to see you again soon!

Great location made even better by a wonderful host
We arrived late, the stores were closed, but my stay was off to a perfect start because there was a muffin and butter waiting for me. My muffin was complimented by a gorgeous sunrise that morning. My son was able to walk right out of the house onto the beach and go surfing off the northern tip while I watched from the living room bay window (it was January in NH). We also enjoyed the 10 minute drive to the Wall beach for more surfing.
House was cozy and inviting. The main kitchen and sitting room have a commanding view of the beach. Great hamburger at Chip's recommendation at The Goat restaurant and Whiskey Bar in Hampton.

Relaxing and Reenergizing
Chip and Camille were amazing hosts and very responsive. The home is beautiful and spotless. Coffee, snacks and a few refrigerated items were provided and welcomed. The house is literally right on the beach so you can enjoy the ocean sounds and breezes from the deck or walk along the surf. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

Wonderful time!
This property has a wonderful view, is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean. It is even better than the pictures. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items, bed linens, towels and more - they even had beach toys. The hosts also left some welcome items including snacks, waters and milk which was a great treat when we arrived.
I spent two weeks there with friends and family and we had such a terrific time that we were sad to go home.
