Relax in the open living area while enjoying the mountain views during the day and endless stars at night. This condo is ready for your spa like weekend getaway, fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras to prepare a special mountain meal, king size bed in the master bedroom, gas fireplace and a gas grill on the deck for all your entertaining needs.

All Echota amenities are available for enjoyment, including an indoor swimming pool open all year round, an outdoor swimming pool with spectacular views, two fitness centers, trails with river access across the street from the resort, two stocked fishing ponds for catch and release. Also a putting green, croquet and boccie ball court just a short walk from the condo.

Echota is nestled between Boone and Banner Elk, with lots of attractions and events in Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, the Blue Ridge Parkway and a great place to stay for Appalachian State University games.

Our second time staying here - love the condo and location. Great for a couples weekend. Ames go above and beyond with little things you may need including Keurig coffee for a few days. A lot of people love the foam mattress- a little soft for us but overall love this place!

Had a great time. Everything was as listed and better. We really liked the stocked kitchen. The views were really amazing. Would stay again. Also the instructions for the TVs were helpful and no trouble connecting to Wi-Fi which was fast.

Very convenient once you get up the roads and see how it is located for maximum scenery. Even in the rain and cloudy, misty days it is a scenic place. Except for a dishwasher that would not work it was delightful.

Place is wonderful for 2 people . Echota is conveniently located near Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk which made travel easy . Lots of fun restaurants to try nearby . Hosts were great , property amenities were nice , condo has a great view of Grandfather Mt, was nice and clean and we would definitely go back

We loved our stay here. The place was clean, and was a prime location for what we were looking to do. We hiked, rafted the Watagua River, and dined all over Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock! Definitely book here, if you are considering. Well worth it!

Everything was exactly like was advertised. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The view was amazing! My only complaint was they need some room darkening shades or something for the bedroom. The outside light shined right in all night and the blinds did not help.

Booking was easy and the place was exactly how it was advertised. It rained the whole time so there wasn’t a lot to do which wasn’t the owner’s problem. Definitely adding to the favorites for future trips

Property was exactly as advertised. We did not cook, but kitchen was well stocked for any need.. Wonderful view looking right at Grandfather Mountain. Easy drive to Boone to attend Homecoming.

First let me just say this listing does not do this property justice! It’s BEAUTIFUL and so clean! The view is absolutely amazing, the coziness of this condo is the best, the comfort of the bed is top notch, and the way the complex is nestled at the top is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed this property and the AMAZING view!!! The condo sits at a high elevation, so there are no obstructed views of Grandfather mountain. The sunset was beautiful! I enjoyed sitting in the comfy furniture on the large deck! The unit itself was incredibly clean and well-appointed to cook a meal. The bed was so comfortable! The owners communicate quickly too!

This condo is beautiful from the moment you step inside the door. The owner has taken great steps in making this unit feel like a home. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare any type of meal. And the view! WOW! Photos cannot do it justice! My only complaint, and this is a personal preference, is that the bed is really firm. I have achy bones and joints and the bed was a little too firm for me. Shouldn’t be an issue for someone without my health issues. I would stay here again for the view alone!
