About this apartment rental
-Apartment situated on the first floor of a former hotel in the 1930’s which dominated the beach of Trestraou with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea.
-Renovated in 2011 by an architect, this 40m² apartment very luminous, functional and comfortable, has 3 large bay windows with an unimpeded view of the 7 islands.
-This relaxing panorama will allow you to benefit from a beautiful landscape with a continuous change of light and to take an unforgettable nap opposite the sea or sleep under the stars with the tranquil sound of the waves.
-Wifi free.
-Easy access to the spacious sandy beach, the nautic center, the aquatic sport school, the 7 islands landing stage and its bays with an immense natural ornithological reserve, by private stairs.
You can directly access to the Sentier des Douaniers behind the apartment, leading to the large natural site of Ploumanac’h and its isolated pink granite rocks!
This relaxing residence possesses a cliff top garden, private parking and storage for bikes and sailing equipment.
Apartment completely renovated in 2011 (equipment and bedding are new).
The apartment is very well insulated with 3 programmable, easy to use, adjustable electric heaters. There is also a heated towel rail found in the bathroom.

A 2 double bedded apartment:
-One easily convertible corner sofa bed for 2 places (140 x 190 cm) facing the beach
-One double bed (140 x 190 cm) on the mezzanine floor with sea view.
-Bathroom includes: vanity sink, walk-in shower, washer-dryer and hair dryer.
-WC apart.
-Numerous cupboards including wardrobes and shelves on the ground floor (entrance and living room) and on the mezzanine.
-Access to the mezzanine by swimming pool style stairs. Blinds in order to isolate the mezzanine area.
-Touristic guides with maps of the region, board games, magazines and books for all ages.

Un très bel appartement avec une vue inoubliable. Bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire. Un très bon suivi des propriétaires qui ne sont pourtant pas sur place.

Wunderbares Ferienerlebnis in der Bretagne
Direkt am Eingang zur Côte de Granit Rose gelegen besticht die Ferienwohnung durch die Spitzenlage direkt am Strand mit Blick über die Bucht. Nachts rauscht das Meer angenehm und lädt zum Träumen ein, am Tag lockt der Stand, die Segler (Ausleih in 1 Min.) oder Kletterwanderungen zu einsamen Buchten an der Felsenküste. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht - Badezimmer modern, Betten gut, Küche üppig ausgestattet.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen, vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur wehmütigen Verabschiedung.

Die Woche Im Appartement von Emmanuelle war grandios.
Ich habe mich wie auf einem Schiff gefühlt.
Man schwebt förmlich über dem Meer und dem wundervollen Strand.
Nur Weite, Licht und dazu ein ständig wechselnder Himmel.

Nous sommes venus du 16 au 23 avril 2022 dans cet appartement magnifique avec une vue à vous couper le souffle. L'accueil est chaleureux et les propriétaires sont très sympa. Nous reviendrons et encore merci.

Das Appartement liegt in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage mit superber Aussicht. Für den Aufenthalt in der Nachsaison bestens zu empfehlen. Im Sommer könnte es etwas eng werden - kaum Möglichkeit, Badesachen zu trocknen.

Il nostro soggiorno presso l’appartamento di Emmanuelle è stato meraviglioso grazie all’ottima accoglienza, al luogo straordinario in cui si trova e a tutti i confort di cui è dotato. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la calma e la tranquillità che questo luogo offre nel periodo invernale. Inoltre sia Emmanuelle sia i signori Le Houx sono stati molto disponibili a fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Un’esperienza che speriamo di ripetere e che consigliamo vivamente.

Place to be
Das Apartment war exakt so, wie beschrieben. Es liegt in einem altehrwürdigen Hotel-/Residenz-Gebäude mit reichlich Patina, das vor Jahren in einzelne Apartments umgewandelt worden ist. Die Lage ist atemberaubend, mit Blick über die Bucht von Trestraou.
Die Besitzer haben das Apartment modern und stilsicher umgebaut, alles ist bestens durchdacht - Kunststück, die Besitzer sind Architekten. Das Apartment verfügt in der Ausstattung über alles, was man braucht - etwa wenn man kochen möchte.
Der Blick auf die Bucht - aus Adler-Perspektive - kann aus zwei Sesseln oder aus einer Couch genossen werden: einfach perfekt, um etwa ein Buch zu lesen und ab und an auf die Bucht zu schauen. Selbst Regentage werden so zum Genuss!
Als zu Beginn Probleme beim Einloggen in das WiFi entstanden (vermutlich durch meinen Fehler), kümmerte sich die Besitzerin vom fernen Paris aus vorbildlich um die Lösung - wir geben Emmanuelle die Note 1, und ihrem Apartment auch. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Appartement mit Traumausblick - es fehlte an nichts, die Wohnung war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos wiedergegeben wird - Wow!!! Wir werden mit Sicherheit sehr gerne noch einmal wieder kommen!!

Trop beau!
Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen!!! Der Blick ist genauso unschlagbar wie die Lage am Zöllnerpfad und in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung!! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet und vom Salz bis zum Kaffee, Spülmittel, etc. war alles vorhanden, was am ersten Tag noch nicht eingekauft war.

Das Appartment ist klein, aber für 2 Personen wirklich ausreichend, auch, wenn man die Empore nicht nutzt. Der Asublick ist bei jedem Wetter und Tageszeit wunderschön, man kann viel beobachten und nachts der Brandung lauschen. Die Umgebung ist interessant und bietet viel Abwechslung, Liebhaber von Flora und Fauna kommen voll auf ihre Kosten!

If you like walking the coast hereabouts has plenty to offer - including the Sentier des Douaniers which passes right next to the apartment - walk to Ploumanach and back for an unforgettable few hours, try the estuary path from Lannion or the coast south of Paimpol for more excellent excursions. Treguier Cathedral is also well worth a visit. Cyclists can enjoy the waymarked routes including the Tour De Manche which passes through Perros

We had a lovely peaceful stay in Emmanuelle's Perros Guirec apartment. The apartment itself is newly furbished to a high modern standard with all the amenities you could need for the week, including nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine!
The location was also suberb. We spent many an evening just relaxing, overlooking the beautiful bay as the sun set with a glass of local brittany cidre. The town is very pretty too with lots of restaurants to choose from and some big supermarkets on the edge of town. The apartment has its own path down to the beach, there is also a lovely coastal walk taking in all the amazing sights of the cote de granite rose which starts just at the back of the apartment.
