This apartment located on the 1st floor of a small building, furnished and completely renovated. Being able to accommodate up to 4 people, you will really feel at home.

The advantage of this apartment is of course its location. You will discover Nantes with joy on foot (elected European Green City 2013). Very attractive and charming city, it takes us with the stories of its castle, its cookies of 'LU', its old district 'Bouffay' where restaurants and cosmopolitan atmosphere mingle. TGV station at 600m, museums, shopping, restaurants ...

Appartement très bien placé en hyper centre de Nantes. Très bien aménagé pour des courts séjours. L'extérieur est sympathique pour passer des moments de repos ou pour profiter d'un apéritif. Accueil chaleureux. Nous le recommandons !

This apartment is in a great location and was clean. However it really wasnt for us. Despite choosing an English speaking owner the lady who showed us the workings of the apartment didnt seem to speak any English. The cooking facilities were basic, the freezer door didnt open due to lack of space so was unusable. We like to take advantage of the local markets and do some cooking in the evenings. This apartment didnt really facilitate that. All crockery was on a shelf and the glasses were really dusty, would have only taken a minute to wash, so not sure why it wasnt done. The lounge area was very dark and we had to keep a light on at all times. The sofa in the lounge was not too comfortable due to it being a sofa bed, so not good for relaxing on after a full day of sightseeing. In my opinion not enough seating for 4 people. The bedroom on the other hand was too light with window coverings that didnt keep out the light. The bed situated in a space that left no room at either side you were right up against the wall. So no place to leave glasses or books etc. Towels and bed linen were supplied but to be honest both had seen better days, however were clean. The outside place was a bonus however didnt really get any sun, great I am sure in the height of summer. So unfortunately we would not book this apartment again.

Appartement très agréable, avec cour privative. Bien équipé, nous avons de vélos à disposition. C'est une adresse que je retiendrai. En plein cœur du centre-ville.

Pleasantly surprised

As I walked through the door, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the place felt like home. All the rooms were clean, the wifi was reliable, the kitchen well equipped. The small backyard was cute and well furnished, me and my husband had breakfast there every morning during our stay. Being in the city centre, we didn't need to buy any transit tickets, and the hostess made bicycles available at our disposal. If I were to revisit Nantes, I'd definitely stay there again.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable, tout le nécéssaire est présent et il a vraiment une bonne situation (hyper centre) et transport à 2 min Mon amie et moi meme avons apprécié ce petit séjour nantais. De plus, nous étions 3 avec bébé, et il y avait largement de la place pour mettre toutes ses affaires... La propriétaire est aussi très serviable.
