My husband and I stopped in Beaune for the night and this apartment was perfection. The host sent us detailed instructions on arrival procedures and made everything super easy. The location of the apartment is a quick 10 minute walk to the town center. The apartment itself was so cozy, beautiful terrace and everything was perfectly clean.

We had a really nice stay in Beaune. The appartment is close to the city center and in perfect condition. We felt like being at home having all the comfort we needed. Check-in was very easy and flexible. Lovely communication with the landlord!

Jaques very kindly met us at the station, took us to the apartment and carried our heaviest bag up the 64 steps. Balcony was comfortable, quiet & private. Enjoyed our stay in Beaune.

We spent three nights in this comfortable apartment in early October. Everything was as described in the description but one should be prepared for many stairs! Jacques, our wonderful host, met us at the train and carried our luggage up the stairs! He explained how things worked (TV, stove) and that made our stay more enjoyable. Communication with Jacques was easy and he responded to all our queries quickly. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who is fit for stairs !

Great location, easy walk into the town centre, apartment clean, but be prepared for stairs, 4th floor, no lift!

Don't be put off by the outside appearance of the apartment blocks (a cardboard box has more character!) in this modern development just outside the old town wall. This apartment is spacious and conveniently located to walk into and around the old town. There is free parking on site and a car is handy to get to the Carrefour supermarket. The owner Jaques is very nice and helped us up the stairs with our luggage (there is no elevator).

This apartment is only 5 minutes walk from centre of Beaune town in a quiet residential area. Up on the 4th floor you get great views from the large terrace which is cover by a sun shade . Inside there is an adequate kitchen and good seating area. The bedroom is comfortable and cool. The position is perfect for visiting the vineyards and trying the wines of Burgundy.
