About this villa rental
The villa is located between Sant Pol de Mar and Sant Cebrià de Vallalta, on the Maresme coast. The villa is 2.5 km from the sea and 45 km north of Barcelona.
It is a very spacious villa distributed in two floors with superb sea and mountain views.
With a capacity for 12 people, the villa can be rented whole or divided into two apartments. One for 8 people and the other for 4 people.
It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a swimming pool and a large garden, BBQ and chill-out corner as well as swings for children and an optional private tennis court: supplement of 150 € per week. .
It is the ideal villa to spend a few days with family or 2 families to go to the beach and play sports.

Maravillosa vista a pocos kilómetros del mar.
Parcela muy grande, llena de vegetación y pinos, bastante bien cuidada.
La casa responde plenamente a la descripción y fotos. Cocinas muy bien equipadas (tiene dos)
Sólo un detalle que creo es mejorable, es el hecho de tener que pagar 240 euros a la llegada por la limpieza que, aunque se informa de ello desde el principio, creo deberia estar englobado en el precio publicitado, como ocurre en gran parte de los alquileres.

La propriété est magnifique, piscine, terrain de boules et surtout une vue sur la mer extraordinaire comme la photo du site internet. La villa et ses équipements sont au top, rien ne manque. De plus, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Beatriz.

Alojamiento fabuloso
Hemos estado un grupo de 11 personas entre adultos y niños y la verdad es que la casa es fantástica. Está muy bien equipada y con cantidad de juegos para que los niños se lo pasen muy bien; tenis con frontón, ping pong, bádminton, petanca etc... Los espacios comunes son muy amplios y estando ahora en diciembre y con la calefacción la vivienda es muy confortable. Realmente para repetir y una casa de 10.

Very spacious, fully equipped accommodation with great sea view
We stayed in this very spacious villa with great sea views with 8 people (4 adults/4 teens). Each teen had their own room and enough space to enjoy the holiday.
The pool is big enough to cool off in. There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The sun umbrellas available make sure you don't get sunburned right from the start. The two kitchens are fully equipped, e.g. coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, frying tube, etc. The full equipment also applies to the house in total, e.g. washing machine and dryer, as well as to the garden (e.g. barbecue grill with tools, table tennis table with rackets and various family games). We replaced the missing shower at the pool with a garden hose attached to a tree. Shopping facilities and a wide beach with free parking can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
In summary, I can say that everyone had a wonderful time. We would come back at any time.

Beautiful villa with stunning view
We had a wonderful holiday in August in this well maintained villa. During our two weeks stay, the pool and garden were maintained several times (the workers are very discrete - no nuisance).
The villa is exceptionally well equipped - kitchen (plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, etc) as well as overall (games, tennis rackets, candles, etc.). In fact, we think the description of the villa does not do it justice and might needs some updates.. In this day and age we were a bit concerned about the reviews regarding internet speeds, but this is not an issue any more (fiber 300/300 available).
Any questions we had before travelling to Spain about the villa and surroundings were quickly answered by the owner through the vrbo website, and the care taker in Spain is a very helpful lady, who is always reachable and responds quickly. There were some defects in the house when we arrived - and workers had already been contacted to fix things the same day. This kind of actions prove that this villa is very well maintained and will keep its high standard over time. Guest satisfaction is high on the list.

Wir konnten mit 2 Familien mit je 3 Kindern perfect 14 Tage im Object bleiben. Pool, Botchia, Badminton, Tischtennis, etc, alle Draussenspiele waren anwesend. Ein guter Traiteur und Gemüse und Obst Laden auf dem Weg zum Haus. Fantastische Aussicht, Ruhe zum Lesen und viel Platz. Sehr zu empfehlen, nicht nur in Corona-Zeiten

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette belle et grande maison bien agencée et très agréable. Très spacieuse, tout le monde a su trouver sa place (Nous étions 12 adultes) , avoir 2 salons était génial, Il ne manquait rien pour ce séjour. La vue sur la mer était splendide, les levées de soleil magnifique. L’accueil très sympathique . Maison très propre . Merci pour nous avoir fait profiter de ce bel endroit.

Perfekt til en familieferie
Huset levede på alle måder op til vore forventninger. Fantastisk udsigt fra huset. Faciliteter der til fulde dækkede de ønsker og behov, som vi elleve familiemedlemmer med en aldersspredning fra 1 til 74 år havde.
Det er dog ikke muligt at foretage indkøb mv uden at starte bilen, ligesom internettet ikke var det hurtigste vi har oplevet.

Fantastisk eiendom og innholdsrikt hus.
Dette huset og eiendommen svarer virkelig til forventningene man får fra bildene. Det var faktisk bedre enn vi hadde håpet på! Vi var to familier med tilsammen fire tenåringer. Mer en nok plass både inne og ute. Seks soverom, hvorav et var uten AC (ble ikke brukt). To godt utstyrte kjøkken gjorde det enkelt å stelle i stand middag i huset. Grillen i hagen ble også benyttet. Stort langbord med plass til 12 ute i hagen. Bassenget var supert, ca 12 meter langt, med ti solsenger langs kanten. Det ble renset og vedlikeholdt en til to ganger i uka. Bordtennis, tennis (tillegg i prisen, må bestilles) og petanque var det også på eiendommen. Trivelige Beatriz tok godt imot oss selv om vi ankom etter midnatt. Merk at du er avhengig av bil, det er mange og lange bakker for å komme seg til alt man trenger.
Området er sentralt. Vi tok toget inn til Barcelona flere ganger, tar ca 70 minutter. Det var vanskelig å finne parkering i Sant Pol De Mar, så vi kjørte til Calella og tok toget derfra (gratis parkering ved togstasjon, kan være full). Matvarer ble også handlet inn i Calella, her er det mange gode supermarkeder. Det finnes også et lokalt bakeri i bunnen av bakkene før huset, med gode crossainter
Waterworld ligger også bare 30 minutter unna, kan anbefales for barnefamilier. Rent og kompakt anlegg
Vi kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake til denne plassen, og har du muligheten til å leie her så angrer du neppe!

Marvellous !! Einfach Extraklasse !!
We have been a group of 12 Persons (4 families). We did not only enjoy our staying in this villa we really loved to be there. It's interior is tastefully decorated and everything was Available in the house for our 14 days stay. Even games, candles, etc. have been left ready to use. The towels, beds and the bed linen were very clean and confortable. From the terrace or even from the pool side there was a beautyful view over Sant Pol de Mar and of course the sea of the Costa Brava. The pool was clean and filled with clear water. The property is so big that several sports activitys can be done there.
Very friendly and good conversation with the owner of the house and the housekeeping staff
I can just recommend this villa !!!

Avons passé un super séjour dans une maison idéalement équipée (de 2 cuisines, une superbe piscine surplombant la vallée, transats en suffisance, jeux pour enfants à volonté, situation ombragée par grande chaleur, literie impeccable, BBQ idéal, wifi compris ).
Vue panoramique magnifique sur la baie méditerranéenne de San Pol.
Quelques villages typiques et belles plages à visiter dans la région; assez proche du superbe centre commercial de Mattaro et non loin de BArcelone et de Gérone.
Bref un superbe endroit pour se ressourcer en famille...

Idyllique
Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette villa située sur les hauteurs de Sant Pol avec vue superbe sur mer.Elle se trouve à 5 min en voiture de la plage et à 30 min du centre de Barcelone.Elle est située dans un coin très calme et permet de visiter la région facilement (on est à 5 min de l'autoroute).
La villa est divisée en 2 étages qui peuvent être totalement indépendants.Il y a une cuisine et 2 chambres avec 2 sdb en bas et une cuisine,4 chambres et 3 sdb en haut.L'espace salon est très spacieux sur les 2 étages. Elle décorée avec beaucoup de goût et possède tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un séjour dans les meilleures conditions (Bbq-piscine-piste de pétanque-transats-lave vaisselle-machine à laver-essuies et draps fournis...).Tout est très propre et bien agencé.La literie est correcte et il y a une connexion wifi.
Cette maison est vraiment à conseiller!!

Super vakantievilla!
De villa was volledig conform de beschrijving en is nog beter dan wat de foto's laten zien. Ontvangst was goed geregeld, het onderhoud van zwembad en tuin perfect in orde. Wij hadden hier een fantastisch leuke vakantie met drie gezinnen, ruimte zat voor iedereen, de villa en het domein zijn groot genoeg.
Aan alles is gedacht, zelfs het tafelservies was top.
Een klein minpuntje: in de periode dat wij daar waren was het zelfs naar Spaanse normen extreem warm en extra airco in de slaapkamers op de benedenverdieping zou een zinvolle investering kunnen zijn.
Conclusie: zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, één van de beste vakantievilla's die we al gehuurd hebben...

Environnement idyllique, vacances 100 % réussies !
Dès notre arrivée à la villa en haut de la colline de Sant Cebria, en septembre 2014, nous fûmes immédiatement conquis par un sentiment de calme régénérateur.
Un immense jardin déployait une vue paradisiaque sur la baie méditerranéenne. Ce large espace vert invitait immédiatement au repos, à la détente, dans de nombreux endroits uniques.
La villa elle-même répartie en deux appartements distincts, récemment entièrement rénovée, nous fait découvrir deux livings décorés avec goût, six chambres avec salle de bain, une terrasse et un vaste balcon accueillants.
Bref, dans cet environnement idyllique, nous avons passé des vacances 100 % réussies dans cette propriété que nous quittons à regret.

Très belle villa, très bien située
Nous avons loué cette villa fin août pour une semaine et nous avons été enchanté de la prestation d'une part pour la villa qui est très belle et très bien agencée mais aussi d'autre part pour la situation géographique qui est idéale au calme sans être trop loin des plages et commerces.
Très bon accueil par Beatriz qui parle parfaitement le français et qui vous guidera tout au long de votre séjour.
Nous vous conseillons si vous louez cette villa une petite adresse où vous vous régalerez et où le patron parle également très bien le français, il s'agit du restaurant "El Sot Del Morer" situé en face de la mer à Sant Pol De Mar sur la Carretera Nacional.
