Toboggan run at St Jean de Sixt 2km SKIBUS inter-station shuttle 2 km from the chalet with free parking. - SUMMER: At the start of hikes from the chalet, long mountain bike passes, mountain biking, trout fishing in the river, mini-golf, via ferrata, climbing (cliffs and boulders), stream, farms and mountain pastures, Lake Annecy 25 km away and La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand swimming pools. - Shops at 2 km - Many activities around. - Lake Annecy at 30min. - Chamonix and Geneva 45 minutes away. Un chalet magnifiquement décoré et très confortable par des hôtes très chaleureux. On ne se lasse jamais d’admirer les Aravis. Tout est pensé pour le bonheur des enfants. Amoureux du calme et de la nature , je vous recommande cette adresse.

Week end en chalet
C'est un joli chalet idéal, très joliment décoré pour 8 personnes puisqu'il y a 4 belles chambres et 3 salles de bain. Rien ne manque en équipement culinaire, de plus un trampoline, un baby foot et un ping pong sont là pour le divertissement.
Julie est très sympathique, accueillante et saura vous conseillez pour les visites, randonnées dans la région. De plus, elle est très réactive si vous la sollicitez.
En résumé, nous avons passés un excellent week end et nous recommandons l'adresse sans hésitation.

Un chalet aux équipements et prestations complets
Super accueil, un chalet tout équipé où le ménage, les draps et serviettes compris sont très appréciables.
Au calme, très bien situé, avec un très bel extérieur où les petits et grands ont de quoi s'occuper et s'amuser !

Endroit idyllique pour passer des vacances chaleureuses
Nous avons passé 6 semaines merveilleuses en famille, nous serions bien restés encore un peu!!
Le chalet est conforme aux photos et d'une propreté irréprochable ; sa localisation est idéale pour visiter les beaux paysages de montagne et non loin de toutes les commodités. Il est très facile de se garer devant le chalet, il y a un même un garage fermé. Nos enfants ont pu profiter pleinement du jardin, de la balançoire et des jeux mis à disposition alors que les adultes profitaient du sauna.
Les petites flambées dans le poêle ont agrémenté nos soirées "raclette" : bref, il ne manque absolument rien pour se sentir comme à la maison!
Quant aux propriétaires, Julie et Eric, ils sont très accueillants, disponibles, discrets et de bons conseils... Un grand MERCI à vous deux pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Très bien accueillis dans ce très beau chalet , confortable, bien aménagé pour faciliter la cohabitation de plusieurs personnes de générations différentes, superbement équipé, nous avons passe une semaine très agréable dans une région magnifique. Nous n' hesiterons pas à revenir et nous le recommandons.

Super chalet with great backyard including games for the kids. Great host. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
Just have to be careful with the flies in the summer. Maybe a few screens in the windows would be useful.

The chalet is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen is great to cook from, with all things supplied (utensils, bbq, coffee machine, fondue set, pantry essentials). The chalet is situated in a great location, with alpine mountain views all around - we used it as a base for hiking, cycling, rafting, swimming and resting! We would highly recommend this lovely chalet. Thank you Julie for letting us stay and for your warm welcome. Jenny and co.

The chalet was great and probably the best-equipped rental house we've ever stayed in which made catering etc a breeze. The local resort of La Clusaz is lovely but Chamonix and Morzine are also little more that 60 mins away as is Geneva and there was so much to see and do in the summer. Can't recommend it enough.

We had a very comfortable week in this well-equipped, spacious but cosy chalet with a fantastic view in a convenient location 10 minutes from the centre of La Clusaz. It is quiet and peaceful, south-facing, on the hillside two minute's drive above the village of St Jean de Sixt. The owner Julie is friendly and helpful but not obtrusive, and made us feel very welcome. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the slopes was a wonderful experience. We certainly would stay here again, perhaps in the summer when it would be a good base for exploring this part of the Alps.
