In a completely enclosed space, our villa will enchant those who wish to spend a holiday in Guadeloupe and enjoy the sweetness of the Caribbean.
You are 5 minutes from the beach with white sand, 5 minutes from the city center, the artisan village (souvenir, local manufacture ...), tourist office, spice market and local vegetables every Thursday evening. By car you are 25 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the soufriere volcano, 20 minutes from the port giving access to the other islands forming the Guadeloupe archipelago (Les Saintes, Marie-Galante, La Désirade)

Accueil fort sympathique de Lucie malgré un retard important. La maison est très jolie mais mériterait un rafraîchissement à l'intérieur. Magnifique extérieur

Nous cherchons encore le charme de la villa

Une grande terrasse à l'arrière mais inexploitable à cause du bruit de la pompe. Des finitions très peu soignées, cette maison a sans doute eu du charme mais elle manque d'entretien. Sa situation est à 10 min à pieds du bord de mer mais 15 de la première plage accessible.

Vacances tres agreables

Accueil très chaleureux par nos hotes. La villa est conforme à l annonce. Spacieuse et bien equipée et surtout les chambres sont granes et climatisées. Deux terrasses securisees pour les enfants contribuent à rendre le sejour agreable. JM

tout était au top , maison très bien on était 9 personnes dont 3 enfants , on avait de la place et idéal pour les enfants car entièrement cloturée.

Une villa de charme, globalement conforme au descriptif, nécessitant quand même un petit rafraichissement. Gros point fort, la sécurité. Totalement clôturée, parfait pour laisser les enfants courir dans les jardins ou sous la douche :) Notre plage de prédilection est celle du bourg, comptez 20mn de marche. Notre hôtesse était disponible et charmante, encore merci !

Maison parfaite rien à redire tout correspond aux descriptions du site. La maison est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme .la maison est saine et propre et bien entretenue. On est près de la plage, des marchés, du centre. L acceuil de Luce et de son mari vous mets tout de suite dans le bain un apéritif aux couleurs locales et maison. Au cas où vous auriez des questions Agnès, Luce ou alberte vous répondent très rapidement. Je conseille cette maison ou l'on s' est senti comme chez nous . Merci Agnès

Agréable séjour dans cette belle villa

L'accueil de Alberte et Lucie a été très sympathique et chaleureux, La villa est dans un quartier calme tout en étant a 5 minutes à pieds du village artisanal et 10 petites minutes de la magnifique plage municipale. Les photos sont conformes à la villa ( la cuisine aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement et la salle de bain jaune aurait pu être aménager autrement car peu de place entre la douche et le wc). Cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un agréable séjour dans votre villa qui a tout ce qu'il faut pour y être heureux, Merci Agnès pour votre disponibilité lors de nos appels. Nous recommandons cette location. Laurence, Gilles, Mika et Dédé.

Die Bilder in der Anzeige wurden vor Ort bestätigt. Eine großzügige, freundliche Athmosphäre mit viel Platz. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vorbildlich, die Betreuung durch die Damen vor Ort ebenso und unheimlich herzlich und freundschaftlich. So, wie eben auch der Typ der Menschen auf Guadeloupe ist. Was uns von dem Objekt begeistert hat, war der großzügige Platz um das Haus herum, weitgehend geschützt vor neugierigen Blicken, man fühlte sich wohl. Vor dem Haus eine große Fläche mit Tisch, Sommenschirm und Liegen. Hier konnte man Abends auch die Lichter ausmachen und den traumhaften, üppigen Sternenhimmel bewundern. Hinter dem Haus ein weiterer Platz mit einer Art Garten, einem großen Tisch unter einer Pergola. Dort war es selbst bei einem der kurzen Regenschauer so richtig romantisch. Das Haus selbst und der Außenbereich war für karibische Verhältnisse sauber und gepflegt. Man muss eben wissen, dass man in diesen Regionen alles nicht so eng sieht, auch wenn man in "Frankreich" ist. Als jemand, der seit 30 Jahren in Deutschland im Bau- und Immobilienbereich aktiv ist, habe ich schon manchmal über Details geschluckt, aber dann einfach unsere Maßstäbe über Verarbeitung ausgeblendet. Zumindest habe ich vorher z.B. noch nie angestrichene Fliesenwände gesehen. Aber die Absicht, die Mühe zählt, und dafür hatten wir viel Freude. Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich, na ja, sie war ausreichend. Dafür waren Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und weitere Kleingeräte vorhanden. Ich habe nur meinen Mixstab vermißt :-). Wor haben meist selbst gekocht und die Köstlichkeiten des Landes ausprobiert, der Markt war jeden Tag da und der Fischmarkt war auch sehr nah. Die Lage war in einer gewachsenen Siedlung, Einheimische wohnten in der Nachbarschaft, keine Feriensiedlung. Ich spekuliere, dass die Vermieterin selbst dort wohnte, dann weg gezogen ist. Diesen Kontakt, das ist das, was wir lieben. Man war zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten an der Promenade, morgens kam der Bäcker vorbei. Auf jeden Fall würde ich, wenn es sich ergeben sollte, dieses Objekt durchaus wieder buchen.
