My visit was fair.

The condo was great!! It was newly renovated and very clean.

The outside of this property did not match the inside of the condo. It could definitely use a face lift on the outside. I did not care to hang out there. The backside was dingy and the swim area needs a face lift.

Best Spring Break Vacay

I loved that we where so close to the beach and the scenery was everything .

The unit could have been a little cleaner but we managed.

No elevator access. After walking the strip &Beach, it was almost a killer to walk up flights of stairs

Location to beach and centrally located to restaurants and stores. Condo was clean and very comfortable.

Had difficulty finding location because we arrived late and was unable to see actual address (dark) and was under the impression we had to input gate code to enter.

This is our second time staying in room 303. The condo was nice.

They need to have larger carts to bring things up and down the elevators and actually provide blankets for the beds.

Main bathroom needs updating - dirty and plumbing needs fixing - bath didn’t drain properly; shower in water up to ankles; toilet didn’t flush/drain properly.

Superb

I loved the fact that it was so close to the beach.

The only drawback was that there were no extra blankets. There were 6 people total. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

Even if it looks like a deal..... Don’t!

Location is across the street from beach houses that are on the beach. Semi private beach access? Seems everyone has a code. Private access to shared pool/hot tub. Both seemed fairly clean.

You will not have an ocean view no mater what they tell you unless you’re on the 4th floor.Nothing worked. Supplied vacuum( you’re expected to do house cleaning) didn’t work. I had to take apart and fix. Thermostat batteries were dead. I replaced out of pocket. They want it kept above 72 or coils will freeze. Master bath drain plugged in shower. Property manager finally called 2 days after phone calls and emails. She then states she will personally take care of it. Two more days later she can’t be there when we are going to be so I give her go ahead to go into unit. She sends someone else which I wasn’t comfortable with regardless she tells me it takes a special snake which they don’t have won’t be fixed during my stay. So many other shotty maintenance issues. We have toddlers and this was a nightmare!Screen doors broke and taken out on sliding glass door. Ceiling light shorting. Silicone fixes everywhere. Nobody will help you. You are on your own in this slum . Then to top it all off there are roaches in both bathrooms!!!! Nice vacation. Sad part is it has potential or did at one point. Zero maintenance.

Wonderful Stay for Family at the Beach

We had a great time. The condo was very cozy, decorations were lovely- you could tell the owners put thought into it. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to take our two little dogs and that enhanced our stay. Full kitchen and laundry and two bathrooms made the stay super comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4 (plus dogs). The location was excellent! Right across from the beach and not too crowded (despite the fact that it was Spring Break). We will definitely be back.

The directions given did not make the place easy to find- no signs. We even had a representative on the phone trying to guide us and it took some time to locate- we told the representative so they could update the directions if possible.

Not as planned

The condo was well decorated and nice. Bed and furniture comfortable. TVs are adequate.

Was not clean. Roaches in bathroom. Ice maker did not work. A couple (strangers) entered condo at 8:30 Sunday morning by entering code. Was not given code to beach gate for entrance. No extra garbage bags for kitchen can. Dog hair from previous guests.
