The estate is located right next to the Wimereux golf course. The price includes the costs of cleaning, electricity, water and heating.
The apartment is planned for 6 people including 5 maximun adults, it is equipped with 2 bedrooms (140 x 190 cm bed) and a bedroom with a single bed, a convertible sofa bed for one person and a cot.
A bathroom with sink, shower, baby bath and washing machine, separate toilet.
Living room / lounge open to a kitchen, 4 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven Multifunction with microwave, hood, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, SMART flat screen TV, radio, high chair baby. Many cupboards equip the apartment.
An ideally oriented balcony (sea view over Ambleteuse Bay and the slack dunes) completes an area of 62 m2.

Duplex T3 Apartment - max 6 people- located at Wimereux in the high standard residential estate "Dunes Golf". It is located at the Golf of Wimereux, at 400m from the beach - accessible via a pedestrian pad along the coast - and at 20 min walk from Wimereux "Downtown". Ideal location for those who like nature and sea side view.
The apartment is suitable for 6 peoples (maximum 5 adults). There are 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 cm * 190 cm) and 1 room with 2 single bed (90cm * 190cm). The bathroom is with sink, shower, baby bath and washing machine.
The apartment is 62m2 and with full sea side view (Ambleteuse bay and "slak dunes") from the dining room and a 7 sqm terrace. The Living room is equipped with Smart TV-flat screen- and an American style kitchen, fully equipped (fullsize fridge, dishwasher, traditional and micorwave multifunction oven, 4 vitroceramic areas, coffeemaker, elec kettle, toaster,).
The apartment is on the second and last floor, with no lift.
Secure residence, access with a badge, 2 private parking slots are available for the duplex. Share equipments are: garage for bikes, children's playground, tennis, "pétanque" area, and putting green.
The cleaning fee is included in the price.
