A really lovely holiday home in Gujan-Mestras. The owners were extremely helpful and were available to help coordinate all issues. We arrived at Gujan Mestras train station and were picked up by the owner who drove us back to the property. The property was exactly what we needed; quiet, comfortable, modern and connected to things that our children could use and enjoy, beaches, adventure parks, bikes, etc. We were a group of 6 but it would still have been comfortable with 8. Lovely restaurants and fresh seafood everywhere, highly recommended.

Lovely stay in quiet location

A lovely villa in a quiet residential location. The communication from the owners was perfect, always replied promptly to any questions we had. Lovely pool area and and electric awning to keep you in the shade outside. A lovely restaurant at the end of the road, the rest are a drive away. If you’re looking for a quiet stay in a villa suitable for all the family then give this a try.

We loved our stay here, the owners were charming, very helpful and welcoming. Prior to our stay, they had always responded quickly and considerately to our email enquiries. The villa is in a quiet area, not too far from amenities, lovely coastal walks and good restaurants. The villa and pool area are not overlooked and feel very safe and secure, great facilities and very clean and comfortable throughout. Many thanks for a great holiday.

Excellent accueil par les propriétaires, toujours disponibles si besoin. De parfaites vacances en famille, la piscine chauffée est de bonnes dimension et très agréable. L'ensemble de la maison est parfaite et suffisamment spatieuse pour de bonnes vacances en famille. Les pistes cyclables à proximité. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison agréable , très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et avec un environnement calme. Une très belle piscine ! La proximité des pistes cyclables pour visiter la région est vraiment un plus. Mme et M Teston, les propriétaires sont charmants.

Une région superbe et une villa à conseiller pour la découvrir. Un très bon accueil de monsieur et madame Teston et une maison très confortable. A noter un geste commercial, je dirai même plutôt amical suite à une panne de la pompe à chaleur de la piscine. Nous étions 4 personnes et nous recommandons cette villa de vacances.

Nous payons pour une piscine chauffée, mais elle ne l'est pas. La maison parait propre, mais elle ne l'est pas (vaisselle sale, vitres sales, poussière et mouchoirs usagés en papier derrière les têtes de lit, poussière sur les cadres, etc.. La vaisselle est depareillée, et seulement 3 verres à vin. Un des lit était cassé mais les propriétaires ne nous l'avait pas signalé. Sachant cela, les propriétaires n’ont fait aucun geste commercial, la caution nous a été rendue en décomptant les frais de ménage. Quelle ironie!

Nous avons réservés pour la deuxième année une semaine de vacances dans la villa . Très bon séjour, la villa etait propre . Il manque des verres à pieds car nous étions 5 il y en avait que 4 . Nous avons eu des soucis avec la machine à laver plusieurs reprises. ( impossible de l'ouvrir à la fin du cycle.) La piscine était fraîche en début de séjour . les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli .

Das Haus war in einen sehr guten Zustand, der Pool sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Betten sind für 8 Personen vorhanden und 2 kleine Bäder. Bäcker und ein Restaurant sind gleich in der Nähe.

Belle maison qui mériterait plus d'entretien pour le prix demandé. Les 120m2 indiqués, je ne les ai pas trouvés. Vaisselle à renouveler ainsi que le barbecue. La piscine aurait besoin d'un nettoyage.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est grande et tout était propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont bien accueilli. Seul petit point négatif, la piscine n’était chauffée qu’a 25 degrés ( un peu froid pour les petits)

Made us want to buy an identical house !

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spacious, light and so, so easy to enjoy. The pool is a huge 'plus' and we used it daily in spite of the changeable weather. We loved the tranquility and the privacy but also knew we had access to beaches and the social life of larger towns when we felt like it. The holiday was a perfect mix of quiet relaxation with lazy meals around a turquoise pool and visits to busy, buzzing locations which were appreciated by our 4 teenagers. An excellent choice and definitely a place to revisit for longer than a week next time. Thank you to the Testons for a very successful and happy week in Gujan Mestras.

Pour la 2è année consécutive, nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances très agréables en partie grâce à votre villa très confortable et à la piscine idéalement ensoleillée (29° tous les jours: il faut dire qu'il a fait un temps superbe ). L'accueil est très sympa et on est très à l'aise car on sait que vous êtes toujours prêts à répondre au moindre petit souci. Peut-être à l'année prochaine.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa, it is clean, modern, well maintained and everything we needed was provided...and more besides. We received a warm welcome from the owners and we were able to relax and enjoy from the moment we arrived, just what is needed on holiday. There are some pleasant and interesting places to visit in the area and the immediate vicinity is very calm and quiet, so good sleeps! We really enjoyed the lovely pool. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

A recommander Location correspond a la description de l annonce Intérieur propre et fonctionnel : rien en manque. Extérieur : un deserbage aurait pu avoir lieu. Pour un groupe de 8 personnes manque 2 chaises dans la salle a manger. Piscine non utilisée au vu du temps et il est dommage que la pompe a chaleur ne puisse être utilisée.

Très belle maison sur Gujan-mestras. L'emplacement est idéal. Cette maison est très bien aménagée, avec ses belles 4 chambres c'était idéal pour deux couples avec deux enfants. Les enfants ont vraiment apprécié la piscine. Maison à conseiller.

On est assez loin ici de la typique location de vacances, on a plutôt l'impression d'amis qui vous confierais les clés de leur maison en leur absence, L'équipement pléthorique de la villa, très récente, respire la qualité et le bon goût. Celle ci se trouve dans une rue très calme, au milieu des habitants du bassin plutôt que sur une zone bondée de touristes, vous pourrez dormir fenêtres ouvertes pour profiter de la fraîcheur de la nuit sans soucis. Pourtant, que ce soit le Pyla, le bassin ,... vous êtes proche de tous les accès routiers. Nous avons passé à 8 (4 adultes, 4 adolescents) 15 jours superbe, aussi pressé le matin d'aller explorer la région que le soir de se retrouver dans un cocon douillet.
