Charming 1469 sq. ft. split floor plan home with 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, fenced backyard, and smart security system! The furnished covered lanai, outdoor grill, and in-ground pool will make it easy for you to enjoy outdoor living in Florida. Conveniently located near Tampa International Airport (TPA), Raymond James Stadium, the International Mall, George Steinbrenner Field, and so much more, you can experience all Tampa has to offer while you stay in comfort at the Aqua Villa!

The fast Wi-Fi, spacious layout, comfortable beds, and fully equipped complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals make your stay at the Aqua Villa feel like home away from home. The master bedroom and the living area have smart televisions. The covered lanai overlooks the pool, and there is a charcoal grill available for your use on the backyard patio. Basic amenities include clean bedding, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and full access to our washer and dryer.

During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. You will be sent a door code prior to your arrival along with check-in instructions. While we do not live on site, we are available via a quick message!

DETAILS BY ROOM:

The Living Room - Furnished with a leather sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 55" smart TV, this is the perfect place to lounge.

The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more!

The Rooms - Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms are equipped with iHome clocks. The master suite has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is close to both rooms.

Outdoor - A large pool surrounded with plenty of seating, good lighting, a charcoal grill, and warm weather transforms this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind.

Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN:

We are committed to providing you with a clean, sanitary place to stay. Here are the highlights of our sanitation policy:

- We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing each vacation home before and after occupancy, putting additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas.

- We clean each room using extensive checklists, and we wear protective equipment while cleaning.

- We have adopted the CDC’s cleaning and disinfection guidelines, including the use of cleaning products on the EPA-registered disinfectant list.

- We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking.

- We are making soap and surface sanitation supplies available to you during your stay to use at your discretion.

- We continue to offer contactless check-in and check-out.

HOUSE RULES:

- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking.

- Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner.

- We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving.

- A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply.

- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out.

- Minimum age for booking is 25.

My family loved our stay at the Aquavilla! The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and Davin was a great host. Even accommodated us on some last minute changes. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking in the area!

House is very well remodelled. The host provided all of the essentials. Although the listing doesn't include a hot tub, the photos are a little misleading as one is clearly on site with the pool but not active. You do get a little street noise from the busy street on which the property is located, but all-in-all a very pleasant place to stay.

This house had everything we needed for four adults and four children plus one pup. The owner was extremely communicative before, during, and after we stay there. He answered any questions we had making our stay that much more enjoyable. This house was spotless and checked all our boxes for a comfortable stay for 8. We were in town to hit Busch Gardens which is only a 15 minute drive making this a perfect place to stay.

This home is on a very busy street, with heavy traffic flow from 6am until about 8pm. The amenities provided were ok. There is no can opener. The ice dispenser does not work, but it did have fresh made ice. It was nice to have the pool on hot days. The pool maintenance crew showed up and cleaned the pool while we were there. Very nice crew. The yard maintenance crew didn’t show and the grass needed cutting. The furniture cushions on the patio needs replacing as there is no more “cushion” left. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. If you want to be close to the stadiums, then this would be a good place to stay. Overall, I give this place a 4 out of 5 stars.

The "Aqua Villa - Charming 1469 sq. ft. house 3 bed, 2 bath with private pool" we selected for our week stay as a family had all the perfect amenities needed to allow us to be comfortable and feel at home. It was close to many attraction places, shopping, food and restaurants. The host was quick to respond to msg's sent to him for questions or answer any help request. The property was extremely well maintained and very clean as well as updated. The pool and gazebo was a great way to distract and entertain us in the evening as well as during days where we didn't feel like going out. I recommend this place for a perfect "Feel at home" place to stay in the Tampa area. Thank you to the Host!!!! P & Family

This was a good stay. My only issue was the security camera that was pointed directly at the pool area. We specifically chose this listing because of the pool and ended up not using it more than once, vert briefly. As a female, it was extremely unsettling. In my opinion, an area where guests will be in swimsuits should not have a camera directly pointed at it. From what I’ve read online, something like that would have to be mentioned clearly in the listing, so hopefully they read this review and either update their listing or give their guests some privacy by moving the camera.

We enjoyed the property, it’s close to Busch Gardens, zoo, airport and grocery stores. We really enjoyed the pool all week, the weather was perfect. The property is on a busy street, that took a little getting use.

Very high rush hour traffic. Although the neighborhood could be nicer the location is conveniently located not close and not far from most vacation destinations. This property is a cozy 3 bedroom house with privacy fence for the pool which we enjoyed.

We stayed for 4 days in August. The house could not have been better. Pool was heated. House was very clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Check in was very simple. Would highly recommend!

A home away from home. It had all we needed. We spent most our time in the house and enjoying the pool. There are plenty of beaches nearby if you prefer. Host is quick to respond with any questions. There is a guide book with instructions for the house. Highly recommend.
