Rooms and facilities were exceptional at this price point. Cool medieval vibe about the hallways and rooms. A perfect stopover venue

Great restaurant, covered parking, great value for money

Location next to motorway. Arriving from the North we got the hotel to tell us exactly how to access the hotel. Easy direction. Thank you.
Nothing really. It was such a good place for an overnight stay.

Did not have any
We were told in advance there an elevator but we had to go two flights of stairs our mobility is not very good
Not enough pillows on the bed for my likingr

really friendly and helpful staff.
no English spoken but very willing to converse via a translate app .
open 24/7
able to order a meal from the bar when it suited us after 10 hours of travelling rather than having to wait until the restaurant opened. loved the attached well stocked /reasonably priced gift shop.
WiFi a bit patchy
when travelling southbound from Madrid it’s on northbound carriageway and can only be accessed by either travelling a couple of kms down a dusty side road or driving to the next junction and doubling back. having said that, we are we’re so pleased with the hotel that we’d happily use it again

overall clean
totally unsuitable for anyone with a motability problem, no lift to the first floor rooms, stairs are lit by a timed light when off leaves one in total darkness.

A lovely hotel with great restaurant and very friendly staff. Also good gift shop.
Ideally situated off the motorway.
The only downside from out Point of view, was the pillows on the beds. Only had the option of single beds, needed an extra pillow. I would definitely stay again, but would take my own pillow.

Very clean friendly staff a little knowledge of Spanish helpful but they are very accommodating
Unfortunately when travelling south there is no exit near the hotel so its an extra 12km to go further south and then return to the hotel on the north carriageway but worth it

One little grumpy waitress, I hope she gets happier soon.

Great location just off the motorway

It was a roadside restaurant, the meals were lovely and good value for money, the room was big and comfy.
I wouldn't say there is a negative, it was the cheapest of all our stays so met expectation

The food was great!
It was cold in my room.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel and restaurant, good decor and good size room, plus a big bathroom, the bed was very comfortable with good quality nicely laundered bedding. Great food as well as helpful staff. It was a lot quieter than Honrubia where we stayed before and in my opinion much nicer.

When nobody is able to speak english you can not expect to have some things done. It was hard to communicate and not so comfortable. But you get enough for what you are paying. Food was good even if you have nothing included. And it is clean.
